I’m
gonna
be
brutally
honest
here.
Great
pies,
both
savory
and
sweet.
Don’t
expect
to
get
any
great
selection
if
you
come
late,
that’s
on
you
for
waiting
around.
If
you
wanna
have
good
pies,
you
gotta
pay
the
price.
They’re
not
easy
to
make
and
they
can’t
just
crank
out
a
million
of
everything.
Every
pie
I’ve
had
has
been
excellent.
Super
rich.
Okay,
now
the
negatives,
IMO.
Look,
I
know
it’s
super
woke
Evanston,
but
I
don’t
need
to
be
hit
with
passive
aggressive
messaging
on
t
shirts
for
sale
right
when
I
walk
in.
I
wanna
tell
them
I’m
Jewish
(I
am)
just
so
they
don’t
think
I’m
just
a
typical
cis
white
dude.
Also,
if
I’m
tipping
on
a
slice
of
pie
I
order
at
the
counter,
pick
up
at
the
counter,
and
I
still
have
to
go
find
a
fork,
I’m
wondering
why
I’m
tipping
at
all.
Then,
there
are
signs
everywhere
asking
to
put
your
dishes
away
on
the
way
out.
I
mean,
I
have
no
problem
with
any
of
that,
just
don’t
grovel
for
digital
tips
and
offer
NO
service.
It’s
so
unbecoming
and
unwelcoming.
Which
is
not
inclusive,
it’s
triggering
and
really
hurts
my
feelings
more
than
the
extra
dollar
I
graciously
dropped
for
nothing.
I
respect
all,
regards
of
their
race,
gender,
sexual
preference,
personal
beliefs,
etc.
Just
don’t
have
to
lecture
others
on
how
to
behave
and
present
a
condescending
and
patronizing
vibe.
But
the
pies
are
really
good.
Worth
the
annoyance,
and
hey,
if
you’re
woke,
you
won’t
care
about
any
of
that
anyhow.
Am
I
wrong?
