I was looking for a simple yet quality set of rings for my marriage. My wife didn't want a gaudy ring, she wanted something more subdued. I met with Koorosh and he was very attentive to our needs. After selecting everything, Koorosh and his team made the rings, engraved them, and had them in the mail the next day. I recommend Koorosh because he is a true craftsman and really knows about wedding bands. I appreciate that I wasn't buying something off the shelf, but he was actually making it exactly how I wanted.

No pressure and consultative service. We got my wife's grandmas ring resized, customized and decorated with new diamonds. The result was incredible. My wife was so excited and she felt no pressure along the process. She was given a 3D printed replica to be sure of the look and feel which gave more comfort. We also price shopped from 3 places and decided to go with this place for the service, expertise and reasonable pricing. I'd recommend to everyone doing the research.

This review is long overdue! We worked with Mory earlier this year on selecting our wedding rings and had such a wonderful experience. Mory was friendly and unbelievably helpful as we worked on selecting our rings, and the turnaround time for us to receive them was so fast! When I came into this place at first, I was looking for a specific ring a unique design for an engagement ring for a beautiful, gorgeous, and very unique woman who is my now wife. I had gone to other places, and they had told me that for me to make a ring that I was looking for I would need to go to someone who can design rings so that there would be no other way for me to find what I wanted. So, I looked around the Chicago-land area and although there were plenty of places to choose from, I was amazed at the high quality of work that Koorosh designed his engagement rings even if they seemed simple there was a uniqueness that I did not see anywhere else. With that being said I went into the shop with an appointment, and I talked directly to Koorosh and we went over my mirage of images that I had compiled to try to explain the uniqueness and design of how I wanted my ring. It took a couple of rough drafts, pictures, renderings, until I was finally completely satisfied with how I wanted the ring. Koorosh took his time in making sure that I had a ring that I was 100% satisfied with. Once we got the rough draft, he also gave me a 3-D plastic ring that showed essentially how it would look once completed. Any further changes that I did want to make he did. Initially I had thought that because of the uniqueness of this ring it would have been a very hefty price, but Koorosh worked around my budget for a reasonable price. My suggestion is to be upfront on what you want and what you can afford, and he can give you options to work around your budget. Another thing is since he is making the ring in house it takes a little bit of time for him to get the ring truly ready. But once I finally approved the final unique design of this ring man was it an amazing and glorious ring it was even better than I had imaged like OMG! I was so excited and so amazed at how well it had turned out the ring shined almost as bright as the sun itself just like my wife. I was so happy with the artisanship and such high quality with which it was made that I give him 100 stars out of 5! It was such an amazing, beautiful, and unique ring that I doubt that others could have been able to make otherwise. When my wife looked at the ring she could not believe how detailed it was and how well it was made. It was anything beyond what she had imagined and I couldn’t have been any happier when she said yes and proceeded to get married September 25,2022. Thank you Koorosh for all this great work its an amazing ring and truly one of a kind.

I have been working with Koorosh since 2008. From a men’s band, to custom rings, his work and service has always been absolute perfection. My aunt purchased an emerald ring there on my recommendation. I recently went back after not seeing him for 10 years and even through a mask he remembered me, my wife, my aunt and my wife’s ring. Try and get this service and quality of workmanship anywhere else. I challenge you. He recently remade a ring for me. My platinum band had cracked. Insurance paid for a new ring. I wanted the exact same ring and he was able to remake it perfectly. He is a master craftsman who is also a perfect customer facing agent of his work. I would never go anywhere else. Update: I added a picture of my wife’s ring that Koorosh worked on as well.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience working with Koorosh at Wedding Bands & Co. He was able to create the exact design I was imagining in my head, while giving thoughtful feedback and advice on what would look better or be more secure. However, he was never pushy and always made sure I was happy with the direction. The final ring is stunning. The quality is unbelievable. The engagement ring that Koorosh and my fiancé designed is absolutely breathtaking! Koorosh worked with my fiancé to design the ring of my dreams based on the rings I liked on my Pinterest board and Koorosh was able to 3D print a few rings for my fiancé to choose from. The quality of the ring is outstanding and Koorosh is very professional and easy to work with. I also had to have my ring resized a few times and he was very flexible about that as well. If I could give more than five stars I would because this ring is perfect!

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Wedding Bands & Co. I used them to purchase my Fiance's engagement ring and then later on both of our wedding bands. We worked with Mory and he was an excellent salesman. He helped us find the best ring that met our financial needs. I was very pleased with how he took the time to explain cut, color, clarity and carat to us and help us decide on the best rings (i.e. my future wife tell me exactly what she wanted). I strongly recommend Wedding Bands & Co. as a place to choose your engagement ring. Rick was very helpful and straightforward about the pros and cons of each ring and rock option. He helped my fiance and I make the right decision after weighing out several options, and he made sure that the ring was ready for the date of my proposal. My fiance described the ring as her "perfect ring" and "the most beautiful ring she has ever seen". The customer service and custom design options are exceptional! They knocked it out of the park.

My partner and I worked directly with Rick as we embarked on the journey of designing our wedding bands. While we had ideas of what we liked and didn’t liked, this was the first time we spent trying on rings, getting sized, etc. Rick was extremely patient with us as we took our time browsing through the selection, asking questions, and reflecting on what we liked. He never rushed us forward and oftentimes he took the time to recap what he was hearing from each of us. As a gay couple, we never know how the public is going to treat us but Rick was so incredibly welcoming - we never felt like we were different than anyone else in the store. Our rings turned out beautifully and Rick’s engraving was the perfect personalized touch. We can’t think him enough for his role in our journey!

We just celebrated our five year wedding anniversary. Koorosh and his staff are as professional and friendly now as when we purchased our beautiful unique rings. I would rate my experience as 3.5 stars. We went to Koorosh and his team to create a custom engagement ring. I was initially really impressed with what I saw from him. He seemed to have plenty of experience and an advanced design software tool that would make the design process simpler and that would allow me to see exactly how my ring was being designed, which is what convinced me to move forward with Koorosh. However, I did not feel like Koorosh listened to exactly what I wanted despite making it very clear. I wanted my future wedding ring to be able to sit completely flush with the engagement ring and I voiced that to him, yet his initial design did NOT accomplish that. After wasting one of my 3D printouts on this undesired design, we confirmed that this initial design of the engagement ring would NOT allow a wedding band to sit flush. I instead had to suggest a design to him that I found online that set the diamond higher in order to sit a wedding band flush with the engagement ring. After proposing that design idea to him, we then moved forward with it. In the end, my ring turned out beautifully and I am very happy with it, but if I had put all of my trust into him throughout the process instead of doing my own research, I'm not sure that would have been the case. He also originally upcharged us for the setting and customization fee. I had also been in communication with another jeweler about designing my ring with them and they were able to offer a $400 lower price for the same design, but in platinum not white gold like Koorosh had quoted us for. After negotiating, we were able to get the price down. All in all, I am very happy with the end result, but I had to do a lot more work on my end than I hoped to do. And I was shocked despite all of the years of experience Koorosh claims to have, that I had to be the one to suggest a design for the ring that would give me what I wanted. I shouldn't have to had to do that and be as involved in the process as I was. I will say though, he did a good job of sending over renderings and showing me the changes he was making so I always knew exactly where we were with things and the changes being made, but if you move forward with him, just be sure to negotiate the price because he is likely upcharging you and be sure to do your own research!
