Due to a work-related accident, the patient was diagnosed with COVID-19 and visited another hospital, but symptoms that appeared to be after-effects remained, so he decided to seek treatment at a specialized outpatient clinic. Work-related accident procedures have already been completed at the previous hospital and pharmacy, and in order to be transferred to the hospital, I prepared Forms 6 and 8 and a letter of introduction before going to the hospital. (As it is a complete reservation system, we confirmed what is required in advance by phone when making the reservation) There is no examination by a doctor with the title of vice director in the examination room, and it will not be treated as a work-related accident. I'll do it. What can you learn from this piece of paper (letter of introduction)? I decide whether it is a work-related accident or not. ? ? ? Certification of workers' compensation is the job of the Labor Standards. Is it shortness of breath and hair loss? No, I have a lot of other symptoms, right? After 2 to 3 months, I may be able to fill out work-related compensation documents. yes? Workers' compensation compensation for what? ? I decided it was okay and asked for all the documents to be returned. When I looked at the referral letter, I saw the title lol I didn't read this doctor's referral letter lol There are various symptoms written in the text lol It's a hospital that feels like I'm being rude to the doctor who introduced me, but what do you think?

I had Noriko Onoda take a look at it. Grandma teacher. It feels very bad. I don't understand, so I just laugh out loud even though I'm listening. If you think about it with common sense... That's true, but I'm asking because there are times when I can't do that, so why are you saying that! ! I was told that I should think from my own perspective, but what if the teacher also thought about things from the parent's perspective? I think so. I feel really bad.

The facilities include dermatology, internal medicine, neurology, etc. I can't believe there isn't. Also, it was just renovated a few years ago, so Departments that treat epilepsy, internal medicine, neurology, dermatology, etc. I would like to see more. Since then, the number of coronavirus cases has increased. Places dealing with coronavirus and cases of regular examination and treatment, etc. I'd be happy if it was shared. This is it 🥺🥺 Thank you for your support 🤲 I was born in the Tokushukai and have now become a fine adult. I am battling epilepsy while working at a major company. Thank you for your support 🙇‍♂️🥺

I came here for a fever outpatient visit. When I called in advance, the general receptionist told me, ``Please tell me that I have an appointment at 9:00am,'' so I just told him that, but the man at the reception desk said, ``Hmm, are you a fever outpatient clinic?'' Even though I had told them on the phone beforehand that it was my first visit, they asked me if I had a medical card, and I felt like there was no communication between them. The man seemed lethargic from start to finish, and I wondered how he would react to a sick person. A nurse? After the doctor's examination was over and I was told that the doctor would come, I waited for about an hour. On the way, it was cold where I was waiting, so I said, ``How much longer? It's already cold here...'' and she said apologetically, ``I don't know how much longer because the doctor is also seeing patients in the outpatient department.'' It was said without any emotion. And then he said, ``If that's the case, I wish I could stay outside somewhere where I can easily see him.'' I didn't think they would lend me a blanket or anything like that (maybe it's difficult these days). The nurse who examined me and the doctor also made sure that I could take the powdered medicine, which was really nice, but other than that, I didn't feel like they were very supportive of me or cared about me because I was sick. It was a disappointing impression.

I visited the dermatology department for the first time, and the staff at this hospital, from the doctors to the nurses, laboratory technicians, and office staff, were really kind and kind. I would like to continue going to Chigasaki as long as I have symptoms.

I don't want to give even one star. I went to see a doctor because my family had been in poor health and their weight loss was clearly strange even to an amateur, but since it was a holiday, the doctor in charge was a non-specialist. It can't be helped, but even though I was admitted to the hospital for several days of tests, I wasn't taken over by a specialist, and when I looked at the test results, I was told that although the numbers were low, there was no particular problem, so I was told to stay at home and rest. I was discharged from the hospital. After that, I went to another hospital and found out that I had a malignant tumor and that it had metastasized. I would like those who saw this to get tested by a specialist with proper equipment and expertise in Tokyo, even if it is a little far away.

It's no different from AI medical treatment. He had a fever and went to the doctor, but they couldn't find the cause, so they decided to wait and see. The patient does not look at the patient's eyes, does not use a stethoscope, and does not palpate the abdomen even if the patient complains of gastrointestinal distension. Shining a light on your throat causes inflammation. That's it. No matter what I asked, they wouldn't treat me like it was a problem, and only gave me medicine for a sore throat and medication to take when the temperature was over 38 degrees. The prescription is not based on the patient's symptoms and is completely meaningless. I want my money back. That doctor's salary is a steal. The nurse at the fever outpatient clinic was very nice and listened closely to me. As a patient, it is a nuisance to have someone in the internal medicine department feel like they are just being given a license just because they have a medical license. I went to the hospital because I felt physically sick, but a second opinion was confirmed.

In August, my two-year-old daughter developed a fever of up to 39 degrees Celsius, and because there were no antipyretics available, she went to the hospital. Are fever outpatients no longer isolated? I was guided and examined as usual. Since I only had a fever and no other symptoms, I thought it was just a cold, so I was prescribed antipyretics. A few days later, I started feeling unwell, which was unlike anything I had ever experienced before. I thought there was no way, so I took a commercially available PCR test and it was positive for coronavirus. picture? So that means my daughter had coronavirus in the first place, right? Even though he had such a high fever, there was no talk of coronavirus, and no PCR test was taken. So I don't have to be quarantined because of a fever. I felt distrustful of the hospital's response. I went there because my family doctor was temporarily closed, but I don't think I'll go there again.

I think it depends on the doctor, but the rotation is too bad. Even though I had to wait for almost 3 hours, neither the doctor nor the nurse said a single word about how sorry I was for keeping you waiting. The doctor who examined me was obviously not very efficient, and even though there were many people waiting, the examination was done at a slow pace. I don't know how long the reception number will be and how long it will take. I went there at 9 a.m., had a medical examination and had blood drawn, and returned home at 1 p.m. Some people around me were wondering why it took so long.

On a holiday, I had a fever of 38 degrees Celsius or higher, and despite taking over-the-counter medications, the fever did not subside, and I felt fatigued, so I called to see a doctor. The woman I dealt with, Ms. Sekiguchi, gave me completely different answers to my questions and didn't seem to understand the urgent nature of my situation, so I don't know when she'll be able to see me since an ambulance is coming. However, the response was that if it was okay, I would come. There was no explanation of what we needed or where to go until we asked. I was not feeling well and I was very angry that I was listening to you. I work in the medical field, but I've always heard bad reviews about this hospital, so I had the impression that it was a good idea. I think they should improve their operations in various ways. By the way, when I was a child, when I broke my elbow, I went to the emergency room, took X-rays, and was given a compress and sent home with a bruise. Later, the affected area became swollen and my mother noticed that something was obviously wrong, so she took me to see the doctor again, but after looking at the same X-rays, I was told that I had broken a bone. It's been over 20 years since then, and now that I think about it, I've come to remember that the hospital has always been very distrustful.
