I
came
here
for
a
fever
outpatient
visit.
When
I
called
in
advance,
the
general
receptionist
told
me,
``Please
tell
me
that
I
have
an
appointment
at
9:00am,''
so
I
just
told
him
that,
but
the
man
at
the
reception
desk
said,
``Hmm,
are
you
a
fever
outpatient
clinic?''
Even
though
I
had
told
them
on
the
phone
beforehand
that
it
was
my
first
visit,
they
asked
me
if
I
had
a
medical
card,
and
I
felt
like
there
was
no
communication
between
them.
The
man
seemed
lethargic
from
start
to
finish,
and
I
wondered
how
he
would
react
to
a
sick
person.
A
nurse?
After
the
doctor's
examination
was
over
and
I
was
told
that
the
doctor
would
come,
I
waited
for
about
an
hour.
On
the
way,
it
was
cold
where
I
was
waiting,
so
I
said,
``How
much
longer?
It's
already
cold
here...''
and
she
said
apologetically,
``I
don't
know
how
much
longer
because
the
doctor
is
also
seeing
patients
in
the
outpatient
department.''
It
was
said
without
any
emotion.
And
then
he
said,
``If
that's
the
case,
I
wish
I
could
stay
outside
somewhere
where
I
can
easily
see
him.''
I
didn't
think
they
would
lend
me
a
blanket
or
anything
like
that
(maybe
it's
difficult
these
days).
The
nurse
who
examined
me
and
the
doctor
also
made
sure
that
I
could
take
the
powdered
medicine,
which
was
really
nice,
but
other
than
that,
I
didn't
feel
like
they
were
very
supportive
of
me
or
cared
about
me
because
I
was
sick.
It
was
a
disappointing
impression.
