I had a GREAT experience with Royal's Gold and Silver. I brought in a diamond bracelet that has been in our family for many years, that needed to get some work done. Royal's Gold & Silver was perfectly fair and did an INCREDIBLE job on this family heirloom. I have tried other stores in the area, and my experience has by far been the best with Royal's. Trustworthy, professional and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Got quotes to fix a ring at 3 other very popular jewellers and was amazed that Royal's Gold and Silver was less than half the price. We decided to fix 2 rings and have a couple diamonds added onto a wedding band and couldn't believe the results......Awesome!!! We will recommend them to all our friends and family and look forward to going back to fix or polish or design all our jewellery in the future.

Got my chain fixed here, originally there was a small lapse in communication but he made it right! He fixed my chain, polished my pendants and did not charge me as he felt bad! Very refreshing when people stand behind their mistakes, take ownership and make it right. Great shop, great guy would definitely reccommend.

I visited this place about 2 weeks ago to get my rings and broken chain fixed. Rumi (veer ji) did exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price and very quick. Thank you for giving a new shape to my old jewellery. I highly recommend their shop for any jewellery needs!

It’s been about 15 years since I was able to wear my wedding band. Royal’s Gold & Silver Jewellers did amazing work. I had to go up two sizes for my ring to fit me again. My band has intricate designs engraved on it. They were able to make the addition to my ring have a complete look with continued design. I can’t tell where the modifications were done. Highly recommended above any other jeweller!

I don't often post reviews, but I feel that the level of customer service and workmanship at Royal's Gold and Silver Jewellers in Chilliwack is worthy of mention. Like many of us, I had bits and pieces of broken jewelery that I had not had repaired due to the cost. However I wanted to have my Grandmother's wedding rings fixed, and earrings made for my daughters from a broken diamond ring, so I thought I'd have a look at having all of the work done at once, numerous repairs included. I brought all my work to 3 separate jewelers in town and laid it on the table. Although the customer service was fine at the other jewelers, the work was not in the realm of my affordability. On a whim, I noticed Royal's Gold and Silver Jewelers as I was driving by and pulled in. So glad I did! Rumi, the jeweler, looked at everything I wanted to have done and was able to do it within my budget. He was willing to make it work and I was able to use the bits of gold I didn't need to complete some repairs and put the remainder against my bill. The custom pendants and earrings were exactly what I wanted and will be a very special gift for my daughters as they grow. Since then I have brought several others in to have Rumi look at their repairs, and they have been just as pleased as I have been. These are the kinds of businesses I want to support in our community!

I brought in gold coins to sell and he said "I am not interested" I'm not sure why they say they buy gold coins if they dont. The coins are 14k gold and yes I was mistaken about the weight but I was not being misleading. The employee asked what I wanted for it but didn't make an offer. I asked for the value in scrap gold. Anyway I found a gold deal in Vancouver who paid extra because I had the whole set. I'm glad Royal Gold didn't want it

Bought two silver necklaces for my daughter for her birthday and he even marked down the necklace and pendant set for us. He suggested the Rhodium finish so it wouldn't tarnish and we are happy with the results. Great service.

Talked on the phone about selling some junk silver i won from a storage unit, things sounded good Show up and the guy takes one glance doesnt ask any questions and assumes my meager 1oz in loose change is stolen and sends me on my way
