Not much is known about this temple but it is said that it was built in the regime of Maharaja Gulab Singh, and was destroyed badly during the 2nd Anglo-Sikh War (1848-49). The temple exterior and interior is a combination of Hindu and Sikh architecture and is a treat to watch for those who have keenness for such architectures. It is one of the many landmarks in the city of Chiniot. The astonishing temple is believed to be constructed during the second Anglo-Sikh war.40 people found this review helpful 👍

On its front sides shops are built. This is historic place and is destroing. It is very important to care it and restored to its original condition.
