Great Supermarket. Has recently been upgraded, able amount of parking and it doesn't get as busy as the other supermarkets in the area.

Ruth was an absolutely gem at Morrisons Yate. She went out of her way to find me a safety pin when there werent any instore. She checked out the back of the store and found one for us. Very polite, kind and personable. Thanks Ruth!

Shocking, staff not working as a team, at Yate store. Went into cafe, long queue. 2 people only working in cafe, one chef, one member trying to operate till, and serve at till. I shouted over to the 3 members of staff who was stood chatting at supervisors desk at checkout. To ask them to get staff off shop floor to help out in cafe. The woman who was stood chatting pulled a face, not wanting to help out. She moaned she was not familiar with till. I called for manager to complain. Absolutely disgusting. I am speaking as a ex employee of Morrisons, I know the drill This is not acceptable, and will be putting in a complaint to head office. Customers were walking out, and customers complaining about waiting time for hot food. Staff should have been called from shop floor. Shame on the manager

Love Morrison, spacious aisles, Great sausage rolls and friendly staff. Great selection of snacks for lunch and tasty cakes too

Visited yate store on Saturday to get a joint of meat . There was no one at the meat counter so we waited for no less than 20 minutes, in that time other members of staff gave two call outs for the butcher to return. One member of staff even went to inform the manager. But still no one came to cover his post. For this whole 20 minutes there was two very sharp looking meat knives in very easy reach to members of the public, this day and age we need to be very careful about this kind of thing. When the butcher returned there was no apology for his absence, I informed him about the health and safety of the knives, and without speaking he just picked up the knives and put them out of public reach. Then asked how he could help. ( so arrogant )

The ultimate breakfast was very nice when it arrived. The staff that were there were friendly enough. However, the instructions for self service were very unclear. When we ordered our coffee and mid morning cakes, we found our selection was unavailable. Which is why I'm only giving 3stars

Enjoyed a full English breakfast very nice but very pricey £ Unfortunately. But have to give it at least 4 stars because it was cooked well and enjoyed it

I cut myself today on 1 of morrisons paper bags, I was packing my oap mum's shopping for her, when she got home and processed to unpack her shopping from the same bag, it cut her as well, so watch out: there paper bags bite.

I'm really impressed with the vegetarian range at Morrisons. I have found the staff at the Yate branch to be mostly, friendly & efficient, some are really lovely. I'm not a fan of food shopping, but I really don't mind going to Yate Morrisons.

Very expensive and not enough checkout cashiers, lately prices matching Sainsbury but no match in quality fruits and vegetables are tasteless even compared to lidl and aldi

Very busy in store but not long queues at the checkouts. Petrol station very busy as petrol extremely cheap at the moment £1.41.9

Really Rude staff members. Who tells a customer I don't really care what you think when they have just ignored that said customer and served everyone around them when they repeated said excuse me. Being busy is no excuse to ignore or be rude.

Relatively small supermarket compared to others locally, but a competitively priced range of goods. Fresh produce is particularly good.

Great supermarket, there's a really good range of fresh food and I particularly like the fish counter and all the other fresh food counters that many supermarkets are removing. There is also a butcher counter, cooked meat counter, pizza counter and fish pastys. I like the feeling of freshness and really feel the food I'm buying is as fresh as can be. Staff are also friendly and the shop has a good layout.

The usual polite service due to the older demographic ie employees who work there. Had a very nice breakfast thank you very much, price and service of the same quality.
