We've
been
to
Tim
Ho
Wan
around
the
world,
but
this
was
the
first
time
in
Tokyo
(between
Hibya
and
Ginza).
Lives
up
to
a
high
standard
for
a
basic
set
of
dim
sum
/
yum
cha
dishes,
with
their
own
unique
take
on
classic
dishes
such
as
pork
buns
or
cha
siu
bao.
I
would
wish
for
a
slightly
broader
range
of
dishes,
and
maybe
they
have
them
if
you
ask.
We
were
very
afraid
of
the
queues
(no
reservations
possible)
so
we
turned
up
at
10am
for
Sunday
brunch.
We
did
not
have
to
worry.
At
9:58
there
was
a
queue
of
about
20
people
who
were
all
promptly
seated
at
10.
By
11am
there
was
a
short
queue
that
had
to
wait
maybe
half
an
hour
max.
I
guess
around
midday
it
could
get
crazy.
Prices
are
quite
moderate.
I
think
they
tend
to
overdo
their
Michelin
star
story
though.
It's
only
one
of
the
original
stores
in
Hong
Kong
that
got
that
honor.
