Magnificent view. Expensive.

Really enjoyed the Flower Garden Vegan Afternoon Tea they are offering right now. So happy to be able to enjoy this vegan experience. The food was really delicious and unexpectedly filling. There were also great views while dining even though it was a rainy day.

Came here for the buffet lunch a while back and was impressed by the quality of the food so I tried dinner and was again impressed by the service but was slightly let down by the food. I booked a course meal of 5 dishes through ikkyu restaurant at 6700 yen. But quality lacked slightly.. Almost felt as it was lunch leftovers. The portion size was quite small as well. The beef tasted like beef from a flight, was very dry. Best thing really was the view Maybe my fault for going through ikkyu and should have done alacarte. For buffet lunch I give this 4 stars.

Terrible experience Wanted to have afternoon tea Was told to make a reservation we had to order the afternoon tea set 7500 yen each! The place was semi-full Food was horrendous ( Japanese standard) If you're looking for a nice relaxing afternoon tea time many other places better Views are nice, enjoy over simple tea/coffee

enjoyed the autumn vegan afternoon tea. Great for lactose-intolerant people who would otherwise likely suffer at the hands of a standard afternoon tea... anyways, nice views and nice selection of teas. It's fun to see how many things you can recognize from the view. the hotel feels a bit like a video game or movie set in a strange way. if you go into the carpets near the restaurant, they are very pleasant to stand on. i want carpets like that in my home one day. The snack layouts were cute and had a nice variety of flavors - I particularly liked the texture of the scones which were more chewy and dense compared to a traditional scone. I felt like I was 'eating off the ground of a forest', except if that was tasty and not disgusting.

Beautiful Tokyo views and a reasonable distance from other guests. The options of food aren't many, which is regretting. Good to have a formal meal.

I did enjoy the lunch here and want to recommend this place. Every seat has amazing view of imperial palace, particularly in autumn you can see the yellow leaves around the most central area in tokyo. The four course food is amazing. Enjoyed the taste and presentation of each plate.

The breakfast is amazing

After wasting 40 minutes trying to figure out how to reach this place for breakfast I decided to go somewhere else . No clear directions on how to reach this place . The shops and restaurants on the ground floor have no idea where this place is or how to reach it and the elevators in the area of price gallery only go to 4th floor . If you are a tourist in the area . Don’t bother . You will just end up frustrated and not find the place
