Ignore the security and got to the main elevator for the 17th floor lobby. Beautiful views, massive open space with chairs and tables and nice sofa's. The view is incredible. All free. Grab a cup of coffee in the convenience store on the same floor and soak in the views.

A shopping plaza building next to Tokyo Station, and if you don't have an actual item you are looking for to shop, then you may end up spending forever at the building looking at everything. It goes on and on and up to 13 or 14 floors for shopping and restaurants. So you get to eat and refill your fuel, then shop again. The tax-free process counters are also on the floor with the restaurant by the corner on the floor. Just check out the floor plan to see for the location.

Left my phone in the toilet and realised after 40 min… however the staff at the information centre and the lost and found were sooo patient and helpful as they kept the phone for me. Was genuinely very frightened then felt so relieved. Thanks so much and was actually quite surprised it was kept so well for me as the mall and toilets was quite busy that weekend

Friendly staff, they take Apple Pay which was really nice. There is a basement food hall which we spent a lot of time in.

A must do shopping experience, All the famous luxury brands, service is kind, efficient and professional. This is THE place to see and be seen. The most impressive part is the dessert hall, every single kind of beautiful cake, biscuit and delicate sweet and treat Just go in and have a look. Also if you are after real Jade jewellery too this place has it too. It is always very busy too. Even just go in just to window shop its worth it.

The basement and 1st floor is winter wonderland of food. The basement has an assortment of ready prepared food ranging from sushi to katsu to salad. An endless selection. Also numerous Japanese sweets, cookies and cakes. The top two floors has a selection of some good restaurants both Japanese and western.

The mall was always my go-to when I needed to do some shopping. With its wide variety of stores and restaurants, I could always find what I was looking for. Plus, the atmosphere and layout were always inviting, making it a pleasant experience every time.

This is one crazy place so many shops and the Japanese people so polite and inviting and being next to Tokyo station is one of the most busiest and so many shops. It’s like David jones in Australia but add 12 levels of high end shops.

Many Japanese and international sweets found there. Next to underground mall of many restaurants. Photo is taken at Maison Kayser. Croissant is bigger and cheaper than Hong Kong shop.😅

Being the tallest building in Marunouchi (financial district of Japan) this is one of the modern buildings in Tokyo. Having worked here view from the building and the facilities are up to its standards. Also located just at the JR Tokyo station had made it one of the most convenient buildings. The department store is also highly rated as you can find souvenirs from each an every prefecture of japan.

Very well located easy access, inside Tokyo station b1 floor. Staff very friendly even not speaking English they are willing to help and try to communicate. The communication was not a issue at all and also the Salesperson recommended another stores. Here you can find the DELICIOUS tokyo banana cake. The prices and variety it’s better than the airport.

Their food basement at the Tokyo Station is the best that I have seen! They have every kind of fruit from around Japan at the peak of the season and crab bentos with only crab claws! I always stop in for a delicious fruit smoothe when I am at the Tokyo Station. They are so delicious!!

Nice atmosphere. Many places where to sit and relax (near the elevators) and enjoy the cool air and escape from the Summer heat in Tokyo when near Tokyo station. I bought some jewelry and the staff where very patient and nice.

Excellent department store, a place to buy good quality ceramic and glassware, exceptional customer service. Tax free counter level 12. Access to subway via basement food court.

If you want to imagine what Japan was like 20 years ago. This is like a living museum.

I had the most awful experience working here. I hope the store’ll take necessary measures to solve the issue.

The variety of sweet snacks and lunch boxes was impressive. That must have been a reason why it was extremely crowded together with being a Sunday afternoon.

Good place for omiyage but maybe not a place for department store level shopping for other categories

This is a very interesting place to visit even if you are not used to Japanese sweets (which is an acquired taste, no doubt). This is a two stories high hand Mande sweets and Japanese delicatessen. They will offer you tons of samples and with the traditional Japanese courtesy i# hard to say no. If you are planning to take some for presents be aware that they have a very short life spams as most are artisanal. If you are buying I would recommend you buy them couple of days before returning home. Their items are not cheap so don’t expect bargains but one sure thing is that you are buying quality.

A great department store right beside the Tokyo railway station. We often visit the shop from time to time when we are nearby to enjoy their amazing hospitality.
