カウンター上には短冊がズラリ。
漁港近くだけあり魚介系が充実してますが、モツ系を主体に変わり種もかなり見受けられます。
目移りしそうなので、まずは定番物からいただきましょう。
お店名物という豚ハラミの煮込みは、とろとろに柔らかく煮込んだハラミがたっぷり!
甘めの醤油で煮詰めてあり、豆腐のツルンとした食感とともに肉々しさが楽しめます。
続いてこれは他の人の写真で気になっていた、ぶつ盛り。
赤身、ビントロにタコ、イワシにサザエ…非常に豊かな取り合わせのものがゴロゴロ載っています。
正直この2品だけでずっと飲んでいられそう(笑)
続いて頼んだガツニラにんにくポン酢は、ボイルしたガツに生ニラ、おろしニンニクがたっぷりと!ポン酢がこれらを引き立てます。
3~4人前はありそうな巨大な釜焼きの脂の乗った身を削りつつ、地酒も堪能しちゃいました。
「銚子最安酒場」と銘打たれているだけあり、非常に手頃で個性的かつ美味しいおつまみを頂ける良店でした。
残念ながら店内の説明書きでは、令和4年2月に現在でのスタイルでの営業を終了するようですが…できればこのまま続いてくれれば嬉しいですね。
