This cute little shop offers a lot of variety within the world of tea and boba - my favorite! They also have a small menu of snacky things - note to self: try the bulgogi fries! I had a brown sugar matcha tea and added boba and gave my mom the lychee jasmine tea, which had chopped lychee in it. Yum, yum, and more yum! The lady taking my order was super sweet and helped me patiently to make my choices. The decor is unique and adorable. There are places to sit "on the floor" with cushions, chairs in front of the window, and a couple more near the register. There is disabled parking directly in front of the store - awesome. I definitely want to come back and try other menu items!

What a quaint little place! Very unique seating, and the area is decorated with so many plants, the shop owner has an amazing green thumb. The young lady that took my order was sweet and pleasant. Highly recommend.

BOBA AND TAPAS I had a teen social get together for a couple of hours. I was concerned because of the size of the venue. However, there was no glitch. Only a handful of girls showed up and we took the corner of the stair stadium seating. Customer service is what is expected. However, because I had a pre-order of extra food for a larger group, the communication and on-time preparation was exemplary. WHAT'S THE DEALIO WITH THE BOBA? I'm not at Boba fan. But teens are and they got pretty fancy with it. There is a lot to unpack at the menu with combinations and customizing.  I ordered the Oreo Cookie milkshake. This was really good Oreo Cookie flavor if you like the ice milk texture rather than the ice cream mixture. Prices are quite reasonable. WHAT'S THE SEATING SITUATION Like one continuous square flat bench Small pillows for your rear Small bar seating Love seat Or seating on your tush WAS THE FOOD DECENT? I ordered one of each: chicken wings, popcorn chicken, sweet potato fries, and egg rolls. One order of each. These were are good choices for as group of hungry teens and not to heavy on the stomach. The wings/drummettes were a good juicy size of 8 pieces. The popcorn chicken had flavor though the exterior a little too crunchy. Egg rolls had a good texture and sweet potato fries were decent junk food. WHAT ARE ADDITIONAL TIPS? I brought my own pillows and placemats because of the size of the group and to ensure some comfortability. Because we were there a couple of hours I brought the selfie props and card games. As a first time customer the milk teas was amazing, but the female employee who took our order was very rude. I didn't finish ordering and completely dismissed me trying to add to my order. She didn't even let me put in my number for points and tried to take another customers order before finishing mine as well. When handing me the receipt she just flicked her long nails at me. Upon getting my order, I noticed that only my drink wasn't made write compared to my companions. I do recommend this place and the peach oolong tea that didn't have the boba I wanted, but hope you don't have this employee take your order. Also the brown sugar milk tea tastes like yogurt and nothing else.

Wanted to stop at a boba shop in Chula Vista area and found this on the map. Ordered a Large mango passion fruit tea with mango star jelly and a Large matcha milk tea with boba. As well as bulgogi fries. The drinks were good! You can adjust the level of sugar you want in your drink. The fries were tasty as well. The meat was a little tougher than I expected, the onions and the sauce really tasted good. They definetly mix up the bulgogi fries in the bowl so you'll get a good meat to fry action. Logo with pretty nice! The aesthetic in the shop was nice but the walls could be wiped down to make it look cleaner. I would come back again to try out their other drinks.

They are not wrong when they say they are the best boba shop in Chula Vista because they are literally the only shop in west CV area. That’s how they justify the inflated price with an average of $7. They also charge for add-ons of $1 each, they charge $1 for cc transaction under $5, although you get 5% off if you pay cash. Ichiban Sando, across the street sells boba so that would be their closest competitor at $3.75. This place is cute for photos but the shared staircase seating was not ideal, IMO. Takes up too much space and forces you to be close to someone. They need to update their on line menu because the menu in store had more items such as roasted coconut foam series and more snack items. They offer a lot of drink choices, I got the butterfly rose milk tea. It’s pretty and the sweetness level was perfect without adjusting. I tasted the rose on my palate then it completely disappeared like it was water downed. I was hesitant to get tea at 5pm due to caffeine but I slept normal which tells me, the tea was not strong. Also got passion fruit tea. It tastes syrupy not fresh. It has chunks of seeds and extracts to make it seem fresh. The girl told me this was their most popular fruit tea. I disagree. I got spicy garlic butter wings and it was delicious. The portion size were huge, came with 7 wings filled with crispy garlic toppings with green and red bell peppers. Taste exactly like cua rang muối (lobster garlic butter) or tôm rang muối (shrimp garlic butter). My friend got spicy pop corn chicken and surprisingly pretty good too. The white meat was juicy, the exterior was lightly battered so it was slightly crispy in your mouth. Didn’t have a lot of spice on the outside and for sure was not spicy. I would come back again to try the roasted coconut foam series and this plaza has parking. It’s right next door to Starbread and down the street from Tacos el Gordo.

It was decent, the seating was interesting. The bench by the register would do without the faux plant arrangements; it was difficult to relax because of it. The service was alright, my daughter didn't like her drink and when I brought it up, I was told I could buy another one; no refunds or discounts. You have to be sure of the drink you are getting. The bulgogi fries were very hot and good. Mixing the fries so the sauce coats them evenly is a good idea. I would recommend the brown sugar crème brulee as a beginner option, if you want something sweet and creamy.
