I've
never
had
a
Mexican
pizza
before
and
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
how
well
it
went
together.
The
crust
was
extremely
good.
Crunchy,
crispy
on
the
outside
and
fluffy,
steamy
on
the
inside.
The
addition
of
cornmeal
in
and
on
top
of
the
crust
was
very
much
appreciated
as
well.
For
two
people,
it's
tough
to
get
a
good
sampling
so
we
ordered
the
smallest
size
and
got
it
half
half.
One
side
Birria
and
the
other
side
el
pastor.
The
ingredients
were
fresh
and
tasted
great.
The
meat
was
very
soft
and
flavorful
and
was
paired
with
crisp
radishes
and
cilantro.
The
soup
it
came
with
was
perfect
for
scooping
onto
your
next
pizza
bite.
The
el
pastor
came
with
a
lot
of
pineapple,
a
bit
more
than
I
would
have
liked.
There
was
more
pineapple
than
meat
haha.
It's
a
bit
heavy
overall,
the
two
of
us
were
so
full
after
around
2
-
3
slices.
Beer,
wine
and
soda
are
available.
They
have
a
beautiful
interior
and
welcoming
atmosphere.
The
owner
is
super
kind
and
friendly.
Would
recommend
if
you
are
in
the
area
but
bring
friends!
