Went inside to dine in but I couldn't even order at the counter. Was completely ignored while there was 3 workers at the counter. Greeted them and no response not sure if I was invisible.

This was my favorite taco shop but now I will never go there again. I bought a surf and turf burrito and it had no shrimp in it. I called and they ask me to take it back. Since I had bit into it they called me names and said that they will make me another with 6 shrimps. I walk out since I don’t appreciate the cook calling me names and saying that I was just trying to get a free burrito. Worst service ever. Don’t go there anymore cause this might happen to you as well.

My husband and myself live directly right behind the restaurant and since we moved in we were tempted to come in and try there food we work graveyard shifts and the smell of the food would wake us up and when we would get home at 6am the smell of fresh cooked rice salsas bean asada meat OMG so good so we came in the morning at 8:30 after work my husband got a breakfast burrito and I got a California burrito and they had orange bang haven't had this drink in a long time we give them 5 Stars if it more we give them a 10 stars Burritos are very delicious every one very good customer service the cooks are very good with the deliciousness of there cooking we will be back soon they put there love into the food. Better then El Torto restaurant.

So sad that the prices increased 1.50-2.00 for each item. TODAY Los Panchos is good to compete with other taco shops but not good enough to compete with restaurants that charge the same price for more service, refills of drinks, and better environment. You're kidding me. Two chicken a la carte enchiladas for $9.50. No sir. Shameful because this was my go-to Mexican restaurant for lunch twice a week.

Order food, and asked what came in the food that I had ordered, because I'm allergic to certain onions. The cashier muffled somethimg as she walked away, as if it was such a bother. So I approached her after we ate, and explained next time someone asks what's in the food is because people have allergies to certain food. Needs to be more considerate with customers.

This used to be the spot! I bought a carne asada burrito for almost $10. It was soooooo small. And the salsa container was tiny…half the size of a regular salsa container. I’ve included a photo that shows a small spoon and small remote so you can gauge the size.

Wanted a couple extra salsas. They refused. Not everyone uses the same amount of salsa. May not sound like a big deal, but at these prices? Also the lady at the window was very unfriendly / rude. We've been going there for many years, basically since they opened. We won't be going there anymore.

I'll be going to Los Panchos for the past 5 years and this is the first time I'm disappointed I've never had beans in my carness of the fries or nacho cheese so I don't know if you guys got new management please don't change your old cooking I don't like these new fries with the nacho cheese and beans I'm going to start ordering them specifically sour cream shredded cheese and guac and that's it

Ordered 12 FISH rolled tacos $19.70 with tax, forgot to add guac then had to pay $4.30 for 4oz... Turns out they gave me "BEEF" rolled tacos that are 75+% RICE! $24 For 12 lousy RICE rolled tacos! Los ponchos is the absolute WORST!

Worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Went through drive through, took over 10 minutes with no one else in front of me. Received my burrito in paper and no foil, so by the time I got to my destination to eat, my food was cold! Now for the burrito itself, skimp!!! More tortilla than the Insides. I will stick to los panchos H street.

Horrible experience as the employees seem to have a horrible attitude every time I have gone there. Asked for some salsas and the lady said she already gave me a lot and even though she just threw random ones in without asking me then when I requested the ones I wanted she said there would be a charge if I wanted more. Horrible attitude and service.

Came here for lunch with my resident, and I usually love the food and the service. I ONLY ever order the “Bitchin Cali” and today I was served their ‘Surf & Turf’. When I went to the register to explain that they got my order wrong, the cashier proceeded to argue with me saying that she never gets an order wrong. Girl bye and give my burrito! 🙄 Once I did, I was doing my happy dance! 💃🏾

Disappointing. The caldo de res was more like a potato soup. There was no meat whatsoever just chunks of fat. Not worth it.

This was the only Taco shop my family would love to go to. We went today because my son really wanted lunch here. We all noticed black spots on our beans. I thought it was pepper at first but when I touched it noticed it would smear easily on my fingers I immediately called. They said they cooked the beans with burnt chorizo today. My whole family was grossed out. Plus there was a jalapeño stem in my food. I understand that we are going through inflation but for the cost of what they charge now- I expect better. They didn’t even apologize when I called. Chula Vista, we need a better quality taco shop.

Absolutely love that the food is severed hot, not warm, hot. I think it's one of the very few Mexican fat food restaurants that serves its food at a good temperature. The enchiladas looked so good, all melty and gooey 😋 It's definitely one of my favs

All of the food is delicious. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. Their salsa bar is AMAZING, my go to place for great Mexican food.

No tripa tacos, no roasted chiles. 5 dollars extra for half and half of carne asada fries, outrageous, there is no additional meat added it is a substitution. I get a 1 dollar surcharge for modification maybe but the way is worded, " we are adding meat" and its untrue.

Very disappointed! We liked going to Los Pancho's but after tonight I don't think we will go back. We ordered a caldo de res and they didn't have any and they always have it. So we ordered rolled tacos got home and they were not good at all. Looked liked they were made in a hurry and tasted bad. One of worst rolled tacos we ever had. We had to throw them away. A waste of money.

This is your typical taco shop with all the basics you'd expect to order. Went through the drive thru and had excellent service. The lady was friendly And greeted us with a smile. The rolled tacos have the "American guacamole" which I love! Carne asada plate had a good portion and burritos are a good size!

I have to say that this is horrible Mexican fast food. I used to come here a lot many years ago and the food was good, but now I won't be coming back. Understandably the price of food goes up but the quality shouldn't go down. I ordered the 5 roll taco special, supreme pollo asado quesadilla, regular Carne asada quesadilla, Carne asada burrito, side of fries and horchata for $50 and some change. I threw away about $25 of it. My nephew didn't enjoy the Carne asada quesadilla and ate about less than half. I had a little less than 1 quarter of my pollo asado supreme quesadilla; it was soggy and the pollo asado was almost like carnitas. Seriously, I do not know if they even serve carnitas, but the texture and taste was of carnitas, so over cooked. My dad's Carne asada burrito came out like bistec Ranchero, so not sure if they just gave us a wrong burrito. He didn't enjoy it, but didn't want to waste it so he ate it. The only reason for the 1 star, was for the rolled tacos. That was the only plate that looked appetizing and had no complaints. The fries were just blah, so no rating on that.

The drive thru was a perk but don't expect service to move quickly. We ordered surf and turf fries and it was just okay. Fries could have been crisper and hotter. We were only given a few shrimp. Everything about it was forgettable taste and quality wise but it wasn't terrible to the point of being inedible. We prefer surf and turf fries from another local restaurant but they close at 9pm. Los Panchos stays open late.

For the price I was expecting a bit more food but it was pretty good. Green salsa was a bit chunky so 1 is not enough to cover all the fries. Red salsa was just enough.

Food is delicious try it better than other fast food Mexican place I had menudo totally delicious you could taste is home made

I will never order white menudo there. The menudo tasted a little bad so I complained. The lady said it was because I still had not put cilantro ,onions ,Chile and lemon . I did just that and it still tasted spoiled. I complained again and told them their menudo was foamy at the ends of plate and told them to eat it themselves !

I had a bowl of red menudo. The meat was clean but seemed old. Wasnt firm and fresh. Even the flour tortillas were hard, not soft and fresh. Like someone's leftovers.

Food was great!! Authentic, favorite stop in chula vista. Service was awesome and less than 5 minutes in drive thru

Got the Azteca with carne asada. It's spicy and has nopales. Very tasty. Did drive thru and got in and out quickly.

Love their Daily special. Crunch chicken tacos. Rice and Beans...YUMMMMMM. and drive through makes it heavenly. THEY ROCK

Okay, this place is our go-to stop. Really good food, great music and good salsas! 😋 their soda machine kinda doesn’t work (lol) so you just have to ask them for it and they’ll get it for you. I love the small chicken tacos. Their tortilla chips are yummmm! And everything else is soooo gooodddd. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!
