    There was a bug in my food. I only got refunded for one of my meals even though I couldn’t eat any of my meals in fear of bugs

    If you pay $12 for a meal you would expect to get your money worth. For some reason this location gives very small portions (especially the meat) so you end up with a bowl that is half full. I understand portion control but when you can't even get a full scoop of chicken here you are wasting money. Drive to any other location in this area and you get your monies worth. Disappointing....

    Not local to the area or state decided to try out chipotle after 5years, this location is horrible rice was stale/under cooked burritos are kid size could have sworn they were HUGE, burrito bowl was questionable hardly any meat or beans onions and bell peppers were added but had to pick those out since my stomach can’t handle them also never asked for them on my bowl.. this place is just a big NO the staff here needs to stop being lazy and do the job they applied for!! Training needs to be done again and a manager that is actually professional and monitor it’s staff needs to be put in here.

    I will never go back to this branch again because they serve very little portions of food. The employees serve with shaky hands small portions of beans, rice, corn and protein under the supervision of management. It is obvious that managemente is there to ensure that the employees serve little portions of food, THEY DON'T EVEN HIDE IT, THEY DO IT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!

    Had a bowl at this location. White rice, pinto beans, with brisket, med salsa, cream,cheese, guac and lettuce. It was good and consistent. Only negative, a little stingy on the protein.

    This.locatio used to be one of the best around pre covid. But for some reason it has drastically changed . Enough to make me edit my prior four star review which was written along time ago. I have eaten there twice this week on June 13 and on June 17th. Both times young kids who work there were rude. On the 13 at around 730pm with a party of four they were annoyed they had to make food . An today the 17th they had the same attitude with a party of one. Not sure if it's a new crew but pre covid they were all friendly and helpful now not so much . They don't wear name tags but the name on the receipt says Angela , if in fact that is the young ladys name she is pretty snarky and has a attitude. Such a shame great spot and it has gone down hill

    Rude staff, especially the gentleman that put together my bowl, believe his name was Daniel. Employee displayed a bad (smart a**) attitude when I was trying to order and spoke in a condescending tone. It wasn’t just him multiple employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. I don’t think I will be returning to this Chipotle anytime soon.

    If I could give a -0 I would. $36 on food that they can’t even cook the rice and meat correctly. It’s not the first much less the 3rd time that they can’t make rice. Portions are ridiculous as well. Chiptole has really went far down hill in every aspect. Will not be spending a single penny on this store ever again.

    We went based on the chain reputation. We were not disappointed.. the food smelled wonderful just outside the door, so you know it’s going to taste good too! Very fast and I don’t know how he got all that rolled into my burrito??? It was sooo good! It may cost more than the other taco shop, but it’s way better.

    Upon entry, the entire customer seating area was filthy. Tables weren’t cleaned. Trash was overflowing. We wiped our table with our own sanitizing wipes. For the next 30 minutes, I observed as we ate, no one took the time to check and clean the front area. As customers entered, no warm greeting, no smile, just going through the motions of “anything else, anything else, anything else?” The bathroom was also filthy! Food was okay, but appetite was ruined by uncleanliness and blasé service.

    They have great customer service. I ordered my food using the App but when I got there they couldn't find my order it seems there was a glitch. So they prepped my food I showed them my order was placed on the App, ofcourse did not have to pay twice 🙃. Overall great customer service good food nice atmosphere, easy to find a parking.

    I asked for water cup & they are saying they don’t have any cups. More over they say if you want the cup which they have for coke is chargeable plus giving vey less quality of veggie bowls then which they give all the time when I came here. I am loyal here because I stay in Chula Vista. The entire staff is new and ridiculous in service. Ridiculous attitude.

    Walked in around 8pm last night there was no line. We stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. One worker looked to be preparing an online order. Another worker just stood to the side on their cell phone, the other guy stood next to that person as he at lettuce out his bare hands, and says out loud he’s on break. After waiting another five minutes without being acknowledged we just walked out. Disappointed in the service.

    I mean chipotle is always good, but today they missed the mark. I ordered online a bowl with extra corn, no pico. And I got extra pico and no corn. Along with lettuce that wasn’t on my order either. As a pregnant lady this was extra disappointing because corn is all I crave. Lol also the steak was basically all the fatty parts. This chipotle chain is whatever and if you order online double check before leaving.

    I love to eat here but, yesterday was free GUAC day on the app. I explained the customer service representative and he insisted i needed to use my reward points otherwise they were gonna charge it. App doesn’t apply the discount either nor it says anything about USE reward points but be suscribed in the reward program. Sad to be honest.

    Got charged an extra $5 for a half/half option while the person in front of me didn't for the same dish. Portions didn't even cover the spoon when scooped up, and when my order was ready dude just stood there and stared at me, didn't say a word. Paid $20 for a dish that should've cost me $12 at the most. Save your money, Chipotle is a scam

    Everyone one here is rude and miserable. Quit your job if your miserable. Incompetent staff, U feel awkward and unwelcome. The meat is undercooked (chicken) so be careful u dont get sick. Also seen a roach crawling in back kitchen do yourself a favor dont go to this chipotle. Tried to call corporate but they dont care, when you call their phone number is a recording that tells you if you have questions or comments to go to their website and then the phone number hangs up on you.

    This is the third time they’ve been out of lettuce. Is there a shortage or is it just this location? For health reasons, I cannot have rice, beans or corn, therefore my options are limited. Not having lettuce makes my meal portion inadequately small. Lettuce is probably the cheapest ingredient too! I went to Vons afterwards to buy a box of spring mix to add to my Chipotle when I got home :/

    The teenagers working in the front in the afternoon have terrible customer service skills laughing playing around talking and not paying attention to what they’re doing I almost thought they were playing a joke on my order i ordered a chicken bowl and got almost nothing in it I should of said something but I’m not one to complain won’t be going there ever again!!!
