ALWAYS happy employees. But, I ordered 4 chili cheese fries. Is this what inflation looks like?

Amazing owner... she was friendly and kind.. I went there on veterans day 2023. She comped my meal.. and thanked me for my service to our country.. these type of patriots are why it is a pleasure to put my life on the line for a total of 26 years to keep America from falling into dictators hands (marxist and people spread hatred and fear so they can think for you... thank you madam your restaurant was pleasant clean and efficient.. the food was delicious.. I would hive 6 stars if that was possible!👏👏👏💪🤜🤛.. God bless you and your employees.

First time getting this. My boyfriend and I got the 5 chili or corn food for $7.49, the bacon ranch chili cheese fries, the wild berry and watermelon lemonade. Overall good fast food stuff. Also the staff are very friendly and kind.

The food was yummy and the customer service was amazing they went way and beyond with a smile on there face and even gave us a large fries instead of a small for no extra charge. Thank you for the great service fast with great food and ice cream cones.

It was good as always, however, the cashier was loud and obnoxious and the music was loud. Should have taken it to go. Food was good and fresh.

The crew at the Chula Vista 3rd Ave and Palomar location are the nicest and most helpful crew. The food is good, too.

Google helped out to find this location for a late night snack. Nice and service was excellent. Easy to find the freeway back on my own too!

I got some food there a few weeks ago. I got home and noticed that my wallet was missing. I immediately called store and they said they had my walle5. I had left at register. I. Filed Police report arrived 5 minutes later and they went in back and retrieved my wallet. When I looked in wallet my license and credit cards were there but the $400 in cash (rent was due). Corporate did not respond to my calls. Filed Police report and no response from them either. Stay away from these thieves and dishonest people

This is a very unique fast food business because there are no other choices for hot dogs except Der Wienerschnizel. I have been coming to this location on and off for over 23 years. This location, along with the Imperial Beach location are the only Der Wienersnitzel's that offer in door dining which makes for a much better dining experience. Everything about this location is great. For very good hot dogs this is the best place to find them.

Normally I wouldn't review a fast food place, but we come here pretty frequently for our kiddos who love corn dog. The staff is the main thing I wanted to highlight - everyone is so incredibly friendly and extra nice to our kids. They talk to them in the backseat and give them little stickers and thing every time we go. Really nice in the drive through!

Refused to give my Uber eats driver my shake that I paid for and told him that the meal didn’t have a drink even though he had the receipt. Now is fighting the claim for a refund on app.

The staff always really friendly, the girl at the front today apr 24 by 12:40 pm, was the sweetest person ever! And the food fresh!

They are always so friendly here and they try hard to get everything right as you ordered and see you off happy with your order and the service.

I was very surprised by the cleanliness and great service. This is not your ordinary fast food joint. They are very good. When hungry and in a hurry, this is a good place to eat.

Even with the ongoing food industry troubles and morale issues this team still gives a great attitude towards customers. Prices have been stable in this inflationary environment

I like this place because they make my food well every time. Plus, I receive a 20% discount for being a nurse. Ask for your discount next time to see if you qualify: Healthcare workers, Military, Firefighters etc.

This location is very clean. Food was so good and fresh. Great customer service . The manager was nice and pleasant. Was a great experience all the way around.

Outside of restaurant was free of litter or trash. I used the drive thru where there was no wait at the menu. Was greeted quick and order was placed, got hot delicious food fast and easy. I love the Tapatio hot sauce packages too..

I've been to very many wienerschnitzels but the one on Palomar and third is seriously off the chain. They actually listen to what you order. They even asked if you wanted grilled onions or regular. WOW THAT NEVER HAPPENS. The quality of SERVICE is off the hook. I have never seen such professional and compassion as I did today at this location. You really have to go and try this location. If you haven't already. And the amount is perfect every other place I've gone They give you go little you don't even finish but portion to ratio is perfect. No lie I plan on going again and spreading the word about this location

This Wienerschnitzel is fantastic! Clean, modern, sunny (big beautiful windows), super friendly staff, Julie and Frank, fast service and delicious hotdogs.

The workers of the restaurant where so attentive and kind, the food was good and hot, loved the iced tea and the jalapeño poppers with the hotdogs. The place was really clean and comfortable.

Hit or miss here with service. I been giving food that's not warm enough or cheese isn't melted. Sometimes service is very slow though I feel because if pandemic that should be a normal thing.

The food was cooked perfect!!!! The customer service was amazing! They were so nice & had fun with our children too! Great experience all the way around ❤

This place was great. Had almost everything I needed and was clean and sanitized. The employees were nice and helpful. Definitely my preferred place. Everything seemed up to date and it was not crowded. It was an open space which helped. Outlets, parking, outside tables. Check!

I was very impressed with their customer service skills. The older white lady manager was very, very nice and gladly brought my food over to my table and when I asked for more ketchup, she happily gave it to me. I also noticed the lobby and restroom area was very clean. Cashier was also friendly. I will definitely come back.
