I appreciated the guys' slow and methodical style of explaining to my client the differences between what needs to be done sooner than later, and what is just being acknowledged as something to be aware of and to keep an eye on. First time using this company. I loved that I could schedule the inspection online. It helps due to that fact that sometimes escrow timelines are very short and having to wait for an inspector to get back to you to see if their schedule is open can delay plans. Very thorough and personable, the technicians did a great inspection job for our future home. They took their time to go through all areas and make sure of detecting any issues in every area of the house we were purchasing. Their report is very extensive and with shows attention to details that made it safe for us to make decisions when it came to do or not request for repairs. Very methodic, informative and patient people to work with, they took time to let us know their observations, right after the inspection was done, and share their recommendations with us, so we could ask questions and get immediate answers, like which actions to take and what products are best for the mitigation of some of the issues and which ones are not good options and why. We have used Morales Inspection Services before but only for sewer, this is the first time we used them for Home, Crawl Space, and Sewer. They are the best and real deal! So professional and caring! The reports are state of the art (as in Technology) and very easy to read! We have been doing real estate for about 16 years and used the same great Home Inspector, but this is just easier with 1 stop shop! I recommend them to any home buyer/agent that wants to work with top notch people! Francisco, Arith, and the gentleman who did the sewer inspection (sorry forgot his name but has a cool accent) are all AMAZING!
