For their Time allowed 1 hour and 45 minutes and the money 💰 paid not everything including dusting especially in the 1 bedroom that was included not done at all.

The two young ladies that cleaned my house yesterday were absolutely incredible. For the 2-hour plus time they were here, they worked diligently and nonstop until my house was absolutely spotless. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the ladies, but they should be recognized for their professionalism, dedication to the job at hand, and their attention to detail. Please thank them for me. Kudos

Ruth and Carolina did an excellent job! They went out of their way to make sure all details were taken care of and make me happy. The tenant left a mess, but you would never know it after they were through cleaning. Very happy with this service.

The two women did a good job for 90 minutes. It cost $210, plus $40 each for them. They washed the floors, cleaned one of the 4 windows, did most of the dusting/wiping down of things, etc, in one bedroom Apt.

I have been using their services, monthly, for around 6+ months. Not stellar, not bad, just mediocre. Miss details like cleaning off certain things on the counters in kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom shower has buildup that isn't tended to. They move things around and then put them back, randomly. The house doesn't smell fresh or "clean" after they've cleaned.

Roxana and Francis did a fantastic job yesterday doing a deep clean. They were thorough, professional, diligent workers, and also very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could and highly recommend them.

Antonia and Carla did a good job of deep cleaning my house. They were responsive to feedback and worked quickly but diligently. The price is a little high ($340 for a 700sqft home) but they did a much better job than I would have done.

We've had Merry Maids for a while and appreciate their work. We have been using the service once a month and have recently considered going to twice a month. Our only hesitation is that every time we get a different team (two persons) to clean. While they are all good, some are just better than others. We wish there could be more consistency in at least one person who has cleaned our house before. We were initially told that would happen but we've not found that to be accurate. Our concern should not prevent anyone from using Merry Maids, but for us it is what stands between us moving to twice a month at this time.

I used Merry Maids to help me get a jump start on cleaning / organization. Roxanna and Yusef were amazing, they were so thorough and left my house spotless. I will definitely rebook for more regular cleanings.

This was my first merry maids experience and it was wonderful. Martha and Antonia are kind, detail oriented and professional. I will definitely ask them to come back for another cleaning.

Ladies were very polite and overall did a great job. Cleaning the ceiling fans was the main reason for requesting the service, the 2 downstairs fans weren’t cleaned. Unknown if the upstairs fans were cleaned because they were newer. Everything else was spotless.

I have used Merry Maids several times for my home and cannot say enough positive things about them. From scheduling a date, to the team arriving and cleaning my home, everything is easy and always professional. We don’t always have the same cleaning crew each time but consistently, they are friendly and very professional and do an excellent job! Highly recommend.

The cleaners, Antonia, Carla and April did good. The house was empty, no furniture. I had requested them to mainly concentrate on the bathrooms and the kitchen. I asked when they got there if they could wipe the walls down and the baseboards and possibly do the windows. The kitchen came out great, the stove and refrigerator look practically brand new. The bathrooms were good. There was a spot they missed behind the downstairs bathroom behind the toilet, and the window ledge above that bathtub. They also missed to clean or sweep between the vanity and the walls on both sides. We had asked them to not use any water on the flooring, since it was new, and part of the house had original hardwoods, but they did do a light mopping using water. So I don’t know if there is a miscommunication with that or not. Overall, they did clean where I had asked them to do and the little extras, like the baseboards and wiping the walls down, they were OK on.

Roxana, Carla and Ashley from Coastal San Diego Merry Maids did an excellent job on our 2,000-square-foot house in just three hours. We have four people in our home, all working and with little time for housework. Our house hadn't had a deep cleaning since before Covid. I was impressed with how much they accomplished. It's wonderful how fresh and clean everything smells, and while writing this I just noticed they even cleaned the lighting fixtures. Plus, they were able to come out on short notice before a holiday. Highly recommended.

It is comforting to know that every two weeks my house will be clean. The staff is always very professional.

Merry Maids out of San Diego is one of the best cleaning services I have ever used. I get my apartment cleaned bi weekly and every single time my place is left spotless. Great service at a great price.

The ladies were very nice, my challenge was the quote was for a 2 bedroom with doing the stove and the fridge. When they arrived I told them do only 1 bedroom so I could work out of the other one. They did the stove great, but never did the fridge. When they were leaving I was on the phone so didn't get a chance to look closely at everything. When I did, there was still masses of dust on top of the cabinet in the bathroom, the bottom of the glass wasn't cleaned on the shower door, and the tables in the living room still had dust. They were nice, but not thorough. I am still going to have to spend a half day cleaning. I only took a few photos. I told the supervisor I wanted to know what reduction would be on my bill and have not heard.

Team has been doing a good job lately, but the last 2x have not done a very good job of cleaning the tile/grout in master bath shower. Everything else is great.

The ladies who cleaned were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating and did a great job. They helped me last minute due to another person canceling and the schedule person was very nice and helpful. The price was a little high, but for a one off I was happy with the service.
