It was my first time visiting the location and its going to be my last time too. First of all the parking is so small and so hard to get a parking space. When I enter the location I had to wait a long time for the batistas to notice that I was ready to order. There was a person in drive thru a barista preparing drinks one cleaning the restroom and the other one just wasting time. I never waited so long for a barista to take my order. The place wasnt busy at all. When I order it took a lot of time to have my drink ready more than 20 mins. When I ask the barista about my drink she just said Im making right now. She didnt even apologize for anything. These was the worst experience in a starbucks I ever had. Super slow and bad customer service. I also notice when I was waiting for my drink they had a shelf where they display cups, it had a lot of dust. One of the cups it had a splash of coffee. I wonder how often they dust and clean. Unacceptable.

Nice staff but for the past month they have not had all that the menu has to offer. To top it off the drive- thru window is so dirty it made me wonder if the staff even wash their hands after they use the bathroom. Common I know they must be aware of this dirty big detail that is seen by thousands of people each week.

This is the most consistently bad starbucks I've been to. It's near my home so I continue to go there out of convenience. I just know that there is very great chance that my order will be made wrong or forgotten if I order ahead. It has been the same quality since it opened. I had thought that it would improve over time, but no, still the same terrible drinks.

20 minutes Waiting So sad I coming late to my work just for a coffee I never come again to this Starbucks 😡

This is the first Starbucks that has great service and it's really fast. They also have great service to my 9 year old daughter now that a big plus with me.

I give it a zero star for service. Took more than 10 minutes to get our drinks and warmed sandwiches. Yes we ordered $80 worth of drinks and food but the cashier or the manager I assume kept on assisting customers but never gave us our food so of course we had to still be in the premises. My toddler was becoming too excited and screamed and the manager came to us to ask us if we were still waiting for something. Hello!! if you give us our food we will leave. I felt pressured and rushed to leave. The manager went back behind the desk and put the last part of our order in a bag and gave us what was left of our order. Kind of like, here it is and leave. There is better coffee shops out there. Not planning on buying Starbucks anymore.

I really love this Starbucks but the only problem is that they're always out of everythig not good for business wish they would restock with more

Love the mango dragon fruit I kinda recommend it for people who like drinks like those sometimes there not to my like but mostly good

Good Coffee they were out of grilled cheese sandwich But all our Coffees were EXELENT

The customer service at this Starbucks is so bad. They always hire new people so I’m thinking it’s the management. The drinks are good which is fine but the staff sometimes gets too nosey with your life.

The world runs on coffee and so do I, so you know I'm always at a Starbucks. Because the vibes are great, the service is great, and the coffee is superb.

Go here strictly for pick-up. It is not comfy or inviting. This could be by design as they are always super busy.

The service was good. It didn’t take long for us to wait for our orders. We got the free reusable red cup for the holiday. The parking is small and it was hard to back up when there’s a lot of cars coming. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I tried to get a coffee on this location, but how we were on a limo they didn't give us the service, and also I did my order in the app expecting that they serve us to go, but didn't matter if we paid, they didn't serve the order, I love Starbucks, but this store is zero comprehensive, I don't recommend this location.

Barista that took our order was upset about something and I received her bad mood. I'll visit another location, thank you.

I’ve visited this location various times and as a food critic & someone who reviews various locations. I can’t help but say that what I do notice is that the manager is very toxic. She always has an attitude and is very rude and I think that goes against Starbucks’ values and what they represent. This is why I rate the store one star, and I am firm on it.

I love this Starbucks, but traffic is bad in the area and makes it a bit hard to enjoy stopping for coffee but the service is like no other! I will drive to this location regardless of where I am because they get the drinks right and treat you like family! Over look the traffic and trust when I say this will be your new spot too!

Taste good but it’s like the 3rd time that I order a Grande coffe and they serve you like a small one I fell my cup little empty... And I haven't even drunk nothing this is what I get this time

Parking ia terrible and the wait at the drive thru line is often 20 minutes. They close their lobby at random times. Hot drinks are consistently luke warm. I almost always regret coming to this location.

This guy Ron says he cant sell me a Hazelnut Syrup because he does not have the bar code and to tell him who sold me the previous one to get them in trouble. Buddy it is a freaking 12.95 syrup. Why you can not sell your product to a paying costumer? I wont be coming back here

Ordered the salted caramel nitro cold brew and it came with ice in it? Also the foam on top was diluted. These baristas are sub par or the machine is down. Either way I didn't receive what I paid for. I'm most likely not returning to this location.

We placed a mobile order at this Starbucks location on Friday Sept. 9th in the evening. We were totally ignored by the baristas... granded, we were the only two in the store. We waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. We finally came to the mobile pickup counter asking for our drinks, everyone ignored us except for one person standing by the drive thru window turned around handed us our drinks that were made, our drinks probably sat there at least 10 minutes, no one bother to place them where customers can pick up their own drinks. One of the drinks were not made as ordered. The baristas at this location were very "relaxed", helping customers were NOT their high priority. Hoping the manager at this store will send his/her staff to a customer service training class soon!

Very small parking lot. Lots of traffic for the drive threw. Wish they would build more parking but don't think that will happen.

I love Starbucks it has a lot of things you can try and the service is always good at least for me however I have gotten not bad drinks but maybe tasteless drinks or it might be missing something but it's on the off chance not too bad

I have been coming to this Starbucks for years but lately it’s been so bad, they literally handed me my drink dripping with a broken cup and now I’m getting a grande in a venti cup come on people :( I get customer service sucks at this store but at least give me what I paid for :(

This Starbucks is right off the 805 freeway and maybe this is why their drive thru service is so slow! I waited 20 minutes to get a frappuccino, which by the way I would never do, but once your in the drive thru lane your kind of stuck. The employees were very nice, but the service is way too slow. Maybe I caught them on a bad day?
