    Fist time trial as the flagship in Osaka was said to be amazing. Completely disappointed as the restaurant was short staffed. The fryer chef was pissed off at the staff as they were all likely new and didn't know the details of how to serve. Ambience was so-so but most importantly, food sucked! I have been to many good tempura restaurants and cannot believe how poor the overall experience was starting from the hostess taking our coats from the door until the end of the meal. I would not go there again nor recommend to anyone who reads this. You are better off to eat tempura at a non-tempura specialist. I am darn sure it will be better than here.
