I usually feel it’s comfortable for overall service whenever I’m staying here. But I always feel not comfortable when non-Japanese female who speaks Japanese are in charge.

The hotel was more of a generic hotel not worth the price we paid I’m not sure why we had to pay a 300 yen nightly charge either. The rooms seem older and the bathroom was very small with mold. The Japanese staff is friendly but when we checked in we had a foreign staff member check us in and did not seem as if she wanted us there felt very unwelcome. The “gym” is a laughable matter it’s as if they forgot to add a gym to the hotel and made a makeshift one later lazily instead of doing renovations. It is literally 4 hotel rooms opened up with just treadmills and bikes thrown in. They also charge you for breakfast instead of giving it complimentary like other much nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. I will not be staying at this location in the future.

Sumida teppanyaki is the most tasted bad teppanyaki in japan. They serves the most lousy beef and cook terrible. A hospitality without heart. Shame of japan!

Location excellent for subway access. Lobby is lovely. The rooms are comfortable, and a good size. There may be renovated rooms, but mine was very dated, with unusually loud plumbing and very limited air conditioning. However, the housekeeping staff were wonderful, and the room was extremely clean. The hourly rate for early check-in was unusually high, especially for a booking through the hotel directly, for multiple nights. For the price, I have stayed at several similar hotels where the rooms were nicer and the front desk staff were considerably friendlier.

This place was nice, but not sure if it’s worth the 4 or 5 star rating it currently has. Room was a bit small, and the gym requires a fee - I believe 1150 yen for 24 hours of use - when in reality it should come standard given how much I paid for the room. The shower was decent, amenities were decent, and the location was lovely. Would probably find somewhere less expensive next time.

Located right off a subway stop, this hotel is extremely convenient to most places in Tokyo. The staff is wonderful and the hotel provided us a free cell phone to use during our stay. Rooms are spacious for the area and the breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.

Subway below, airport bus terminal adjacent to it, away from excessive tourist crowd yet at center of Tokyo.... Excellent hospitality.... Just go for it

For me one of the best hotels in Tokyo. The decor is amazing but the staff do treat you with respect and above all makes you feel at home. Easy access to the metro station, and a fantastic panoramic restaurant with views of Downtown Tokyo. The main breakfast/dinner restaurant is amazing, with Japanese and Western style cooking. Congrats to the chefs as the food was well presented and the flavors impressive. Again the staff are so attentive you are made to feel special. The manager at the reception, in particular, resolved am issue we had with no questions asked, but purely professionalism and understanding. Thank you. The rooms are really clean, adequate, and comes with all the modern gizmos. Even a phone/WiFi you can make calls home for free and use the internet whilst sightseeing in Tokyo. Well recommended!!

The Hotel is in a good location but rooms are damp and old, the layout changes in the executive lounge are very poor since it reduced the number of window places drastically, the staff needs to improve English communication and often does not understand questions. The gym is a highlight with proper weights and machines. Overall value for money is fair when you don’t spend much time in the hotel.

This review is just for the first floor restaurant. I got the lunch course set, the soup was amazing and rich, the Hamburg was cooked very well and was a great size for the price, and the coffee that came with the set was strong and had a bold taste. A very nice experience overall especially because the staff were so attentive.

Sehr angenehm. Gerne immer wieder.

I only have good things to say about this hotel. Amazing views of Tokyo. I saw the Tokyo tower from my hotel room. Close to train station, the bottom floor has a nice convenience store where I would make late night runs to. The breakfast at the hotel was cool. The service was awesome but be sure to be ready to pick your order up in the lobby if you order Uber eats. There are some restaurants close to the hotel you can go to.

Everyone and everything at this hotel is amazing! Breakfast is great with lots of options and everyone is happy to serve and help you. The room/bathroom is very clean and has everything you might need for a delightful stay in Tokyo.

Comfortable for a weeklong stay. Corteous and warm staff. The executive breakfast was a great way to start each day and the views can’t be beat. Although the location is not as convenient as others for my needs, the easy train access makes up for it.

Absolutely clueless staff. They take 15 minutes and talk to multiple people to solve the most basic question. The "guard" at the breakfast restaurant thinks he's the doorman at Club57. Jesus, I paid $500 dollars for a room, just want to have breakfast without being harrassed. Reception staff so incompetent that they couldn't provide me an invoice for the first 4 nights of my stay. I just left without it. Do not recommend.

Appalling. Never trust online reviews. Next time we will leave the airport for better accommodation despite the inconvenience. The beds were like rocks - while it helps to make sure you get up early for the next flight as your back is so sore, would have been no different to sleep on the floor of the terminal. Pillows also rock hard with no additional pillows provided as one would expect. Rooms are tiny. Steer clear of the food - the chicken skewers (yakatori) bore every resemblance to being cooked in a microwave.

The Royal Park Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to many attractions. The lobby is very grand full of rich history and tradition, serving as a wedding venue.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is outstandig and a lot of good options. Metro is in same building and direct bus to Narita airport from building next to hotel is nice extra. Very friendly staff. Big room is nice and includes all I need and all works but not as modern as it could be. Shower with path is not my favorite. View ok but not great. (but for both view and path there is better options to choose but you really need pay premium for it). Not tried restourangs or bars in hotel yet

Very nice hotel. Pros: Very convenient to the airport limo station. Each room came with a free phone with wifi. They sell special subway passes good for unlimited use for however many days you need. They have an automatic money converter in the lobby. There is a subway station under the hotel. Cons: I found the desk staff ( one in particular) not as helpful as expected. The room was small. The bathroom tiny and ( personal issue) flesh colored. Very difficult to get the room cool. The lobby is kept toasty (sweaty).

Great value but out of the way for young touristy places like Shinjuku etc on the west side. Great for family with kids since attractions are all over the map. This area is a bit more quiet and needs some hunting to find good eats which are plenty and cheaper but just as good. Not crowded either. Close to 2 different metro lines so pretty easy to get around even in the cold.

Very, very nice hotel. Majority of staff can speak good English. Everything was fantastic. They have the lounge at top floor that serves breakfast then teatime (coffee/ soft drinks and cookies) and then happy hour ( free alcohol and snacks)

Although it is not very modern hotel, the room is clean and the location of hotel is next to the Train Station where you can catch the Limousine Bus straight to airport with 25 minutes drive. Also the inner city train is on its underground. Best thing is it lend us the phone with internet to get around easily

Great location, very convenient both for business and for tourism. The hotel is connected directly with the T-CAT terminal and the subway station which is super handy for those rainy days. Family Mart across the street, a number of restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very polite. Rooms are clean. Breakfast can get crowded so going early might be better. Try the omelettes!

Pros: Huge lobby. A lot of restaurants. Nice staff. Right next to the subway. Cons: A/C didn't work well. Hot water was warm at best.

I always stay at this hotel. The lounge is so good and offers good service. The national emergency declaration was ended. So the top floor lounge reopened. Nice hntel.

In general, this hotel is great. Location is perfect to access to both city center and the airports (HND/NRT - the bus terminal is next to hotel that has the direct access). Service is excellent - they can support the guests as much as possible. One downside is the room. The rooms are well maintained but a bit outdated. Let’s say 80’s style. I stayed almost all room types in this hotel including the suites and the situation of the rooms is common.
