I am writing this one hour after checking in. We have had to switch rooms already because the first room was covered in someone else’s hair. They refused to refund us any of our money & instead encouraged us to upgrade. As we speak, their “upgrade” includes a broken bed. Horrible service, disgusting rooms, you are better off getting one of the Airbnbs for half the price & better customer service. Update: found a bug in the bed in the new room they moved us to. We have taken video & photo evidence of all of this. I can’t encourage you more to stay somewhere else. 20,000¥ for hair all over the place, a broken bed, & bugs crawling in your bed. My husband & I live in Osaka & are BAFFLED at how this place has 4 stars. There are love hotels cleaner than this in Japan.

Superb location. Right outside one of the Tokyo station exit (Tokyo Midtown Yaesu office). Rooms were clean, good-sized and service of the staff was good. Easy access using pin code and easy check in and out. They provide body lotion and face wash and pillows at lobby. Only disappointed that the onsen is small, cramped and lockers close by each other. and when I visited on Sunday night, I had to queue 5-10min for bathing each time. Overall really great value hotel and excellent location.

Amazing experience. Cleanliness: 5/5. Coming from someone who's a clean freak, this place is completely spotless. I am very impressed with how clean this place is. From the corners of the room, the walls, and even hard to reach areas like behind the toilet/sink, EVERYTHING IS SPOTLESS. Service: 5/5. I didn't really have to bother the front desk at all, because you are given everything you need as soon as you arrive. They make sure your room/bed is cleaned every day, and that you have new towels/yukata/bottled water everyday. Convenience: 5/5. Few steps away from Tokyo Station, shopping, and restaurants. Yet it is in a very relaxing location, away from the bustling streets nearby. Facility: 5/5. There is a fancy onsen, which I loved, because it allowed me to unwind after a long day of traveling. They give each guest a comfy yukata, slippers, towels, bottled water, and more. You can select a pillow of your liking. These pillows are amazing. There are vending machines on every floor, free filtered water on every floor, free coffee, and even a food vending machine, if you're too lazy to go to the convenient store nearby.

The room was clean and very functional. I thought that it was cleverly design to maximize the limited space for a hotel right next to the Tokyo station! They give you the option to choose a pillow with your softness preference. The staff were kind and they were very helpful. I recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near Tokyo station!

Never again. The pillow situation is completely ridiculous. The bed was also basically a mat on top of a hard frame. I couldn’t get a pillow except for a bean bag and it was really uncomfortable and hard. I don’t need a fancy or expensive feather pillow but I do expect an actual pillow even at the cheapest hotel. You’re supposed to pick your own according to taste which seems like a nice idea but they just don’t have enough. The front desk staff did try to find a different o e but there weren’t any available. Don’t waste your time or money. Stay at a hotel that puts actual pillows on the bed and get some sleep.

16/12/22 This hotel is very near to Tokyo Station. During the day time you can access the underground passage through the office building just behind the hotel. It is also walking distance ie less than 5mins walk to the Yeasu South Entrance where you can take airport bus to the airport. The hotel provides hot bath for both male and female. There is also self service laundry, microwave and ice making machines. No need card to access the room, just need to remember PIN code given to you during registration. However, the room is rather small. Hardly able to place a large luggage in the room. Overall if you don’t mind the space it is definitely a good place to stay.

Location is very close to Tokyo station. The room is comfortable, bed. The bathroom is small. Difficult to move But it's the style of a Japanese bathroom. Overall, it is impressive and will definitely stay again.

What was supposed to be a simple one night layover turned into our most memorable hotel of our trip. The hot spring was so incredible and relaxing, and we felt immersed from the beginning with the complimentary slippers and kimono. Our room had a bunk bed which of course our child couldn't tell us enough how much he loved it. Small room when compared to traditional western hotels but well worth it for the for authentic Japanese experience.

They have a place for carbonated bath! Check in was fast. Room was clean and quite spacious, by japanese standard. Bed was comfy. Best of all, they dont use key or card to enter room. Awesome location. Nothing to complain about, really. Maybe they should remove the building pic. I was looking for building with bright light surrounding the top. Can't find it. It's very misleading

Location is good. Has onsen. Room is very basic. Bed is very soft and old. Sleep until my back ache. Pillow is old smelly. Allow 3 person in a room but no extra bed or blanket. Hotel staff asked to squeeze 3 adults with 2 twin bed. Breakfast is average.

Location was incredible! This was a very easy 1 block walk from exit 26 of Tokyo Station (for Shinkansen bullet train and other lines) and just a 5 minute walk to Kyobashi Station (Ginza Line). The staff were wonderful. During our first stay, they helped us arrange shipping our luggage to our next destination. During our second stay, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out when we had an evening flight. This hotel is in more of the business district, so there's not a lot of nightlife, but we loved the ease of getting to/from Tokyo Station and the quiet. The rooms are very small, so it might be hard if you have lots of luggage or want tons of space to spread out. But if you're traveling light or average, the space isn't much of an issue.

It is a small reasonable business hotel by the Tokyo station but offers many amenities. I enjoyed the natural hot spring that comes with the stay.

Extremely accessible from Tokyo rail station and Express bus terminal, which means you could literally go anywhere in Tokyo within 30 minutes. Right next to the exit of Tokyo Yaechika (Tokyo underground street), you just need to endure bad weather in a 30-second walk, and then you find yourself indoor again. The service is good, and the receptionist could listen to your request and make arrangements accordingly. The hotel has a man-made onsen which allows you to enjoy a hot bath anytime from 1500hrs to 1000hrs. The ventilation system is good, and the window could be open if you prefer fresh air.

Super convenient! I’ll give it a six star if I can. The hotel is clean, the room is basic and clean, there are great eateries around the surrounding. The vicinity is business area and upper class. Tokyo station has all the major lines. Easy access to ginza, shinjuko and sibuya.

Good location. Maps gives you the long way to get to the hotel. You can cut through to the hotel by going through the walkway between Tokyo Midtown and Yanmar, which are across the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station.

I placed a booking for this hotel using Agoda. However, there are changes to my travel plan, and i overlooked to make a completed cancellation before the free cancellation period. As such, i ended up paying for the full accommodation fees when i didn't even check in to the hotel at all. Hence, i appealed through Agoda and the hotel directly to review my case so that the penalty would not be that harsh. To my disappointment, the hotel refused to amend their decision and provide me with a reasonable penalty instead. I am extremely upset over their unreasonable decision over my appeal request.

Just two minutes' walk from the Tokyo station. I arrived late at night but the staff were very welcoming. The room was nice and clean. You can also enjoy spa in the second floor. Excellent value for money. Definitely one of the best options in the Tokyo area.

It's a reasonable budget hotel, very well located near Tokyo Station and easy to walk to and from the station with luggage. Also very close to the newly opened Midtown Yaesu. The room is a bit basic and the one I got has an internal window, so there was almost no natural light in the morning. Also would have appreciated water in the room. The bed is very firm even by Asian standards (I could feel the wood on the bed frame) and the pillow is a strange bead one, also quite firm, you can get alternatives but I thought it's a strange default. Nevertheless my stay was pleasant and satisfactory overall.

Great location with good amenities. The free happy hour (16:00-1900) is nice, but selection is limited. The large bath was very nice, but many foreigners did not follow proper etiquette.

Hotels rooms are very small but very clean and accommodating. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to greet you coming and going. There was an afternoon beer and wine offering. Breakfast buffet with traditional Japanese offerings are available for purchase. They had vending machines that offered beer and highball. This hotel is conveniently located next to the bus station and across the street from Tokyo Station.

Location is ok, not superb, about 5 minutes walk from the train station. Room is a bit small for my liking as two travel airline checkin luggage takes up almost all the walking space. Well, they make do with the expensive land I suppose. BUT, there is no coffee or tea provided in the room. The tap water is abit cloudy, which is up to you to decide if that is acceptable but there is water dispenser the hall way and yes you need a bottle to fill up if you don't want to want walk to the dispenser every minute you get thirsty. Coffee maker is on the second floor and they have a bath for men and separate for women.

Very good location, right in the central. Check in was quick, staff kindness and friendliness is on another level. Absolutely amazing. Rooms are small but great and functional. You get slippers and a Japanese robe too. Would stay again any time!!

Not a bad place with cool onsens, but the receptionist was a China girl that started talking to us in Chinese and I really didn't like that

Very good location for the hotel; gives access to the whole city of Tokyo! The rooms were a bit small for my family of 7, and bathrooms could be a bit less dirty. The staff are amazing and cater to your every need.

Very cute and nice hotel! The staff were amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is also conveniently close to Tokyo Station. + Hotel public bath for men and women + Traditional Japanese robes + You get to choose the type of pillow you want

Super hotel, super small. The room is super small, I can’t spread my luggage. I have been to Tokyo for many days. This hotel is beyond my imagination. With such a pricey rate, to provide such a small room. I will never choose this hotel again.

Great business hotel directly next to Tokyo Station. Room is for a Tokyo business hotel good, there is a queen bed rather than a single. Otherwise there is as usual no space. Nevertheless the hotel has a public onsen and if you stay 6 nights the first time you get a 1000 yen rebate, that's nice for repeating travelers. Rooms are clean but make sure you order a non smoking room, otherwise it will be smelly.

Tiny! Don't get me wrong, it's clean, comfy, great location, and front desk is nice. But it's tiny, it's a glorified hostel in terms of size and amenities. Not enough is in English (ac, tv, more..). Can hear neighbors. No view from windows...Why? Stay at the Garden or somewhere else nearby for this price!

Love this hotel . The prices are great. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The price to stay is amazing. If people write bad about this hotel is because they are so complicated and for the price we are paying we are getting more than expected.

This hotel is very friendly, very clean, and in a very convenient location. The staff is incredibly helpful and their English is great! We got a really small room meant for one person, but two people manage to fit. They give some small gifts to make you comfortable. There's no room service and many things, like hairdryer and iron, are in a different location not in the rooms. There is an onsen for men and for women, which is very relaxing. No breakfast included. Overall it's a pretty nice hotel

Nice hotel very close (1 block) from Tokyo Station. You can see the yellow sign from the entrance/exit of the station. Has a small restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Public bath on 2 and 3 floor for men and women. Free WiFi. Decent bed which comes with one large pillow, but there is a room in the lobby area where you can choose from a variety of other pillow styles and firmness to soot your need. Several nearby restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room service is 11am to 3pm when they request that you not be in the room.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel last week and it had been a wonderful experience. The room is small (thankfully the toilet is not) but is impeccably clean with all the essential items present. In fact, the useful multi-socket charger for mobile device is an unexpected but welcomed feature in a budget hotel like this. The interior has a modern feel and looks very new. The sound proofing is good and we were able to sleep well (the slight noise from the aircon louver moving did not disturb our sleep also). And the toilet, it comes with "Health Ion Water" that you could wash and bathe with. Very LOHAS feel I must say. We chose this hotel mainly for the location and the affordability (compared to other nearby hotels) and were not disappointed. In fact, we left with a very good impression of this hotel and the warm and helpful staff who served us.

After staying here for 2 weeks, the day I checked out they didn't allow me to shower in the public bath beyond the checkout time. This was before a 20h flight and after the whole day outside. Such lack of flexibility is hard to understand. Will not recommend and definitely not come back!

overall great staying experience in term of hospitality, wide facilities, and hygiene. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi in this hotel would keep getting disconnected from my phone and laptop every 5-10 minutes which interrupted my online meetings.

Had a late arriving flight from Los Angeles and the friendly staff at this hotel held my room for me. Great service awesome breakfast and the public bath is so relaxing.

Poor service, small room with no bottle water supplied. Room feels unhygienic, disappointed with the fake comments The air-con with lots of dirt and mold

Favorite hotel in Tokyo, hustlers, business travelers who need high quality rest will love this place. Highly recommend the baths before work every morning. Book early, very desirable for the price.

Reasonably priced hotel at a wonderful location. Room is small but clean. The pillows are very hard, so I would propose taking the softer ones near reception near check-in time, if not they will run out. The location is great! Near enough to Tokyo station, hence a good night stay if you are heading off by JR etc the next day. There’s also a hertz car rental at Tokyo station, making it very convenient. I truly enjoyed their “free-to-take” lotion, cream disposable packs (max 5 per guest per night), and their 4-7pm happy hour (free alcohol and non alcohol drinks for all guests!)
