Stayed 4 nights here in a queen room. Arriving at the building, we were slightly confused as we were unable to locate the “official” hotel lobby. As the hotel occupies the space above the office building from level 16 onwards. It doesn’t have that “grand hotel lobby entrance”. Room was expected to small however it has sufficient space for 2. Cozy room & we really liked the toilet & the layout - comfortable 🏩🇯🇵🎌 *+++++ points, the view never gets old. Lobby at level 16 has the view of Tokyo tower 🗼toilet bowl was exceptional! We love it. Security is lacking as we thought that the room card can only tap to the level we were assigned but no, it is accessible to all levels. It seems like the access key card for a room in this hotel is able to access at every level in the elevator. All it was needed was 1 tap, and multiple floors could be accessed. It didn’t feel like a v secure lift for the hotel. Also, the room door’s gap was v high. ** We were confused when we requested for some water from the front desk upon checking out and we will politely declined “due to not being hotel guest anymore”.

One of the best hotels to stay in Ginza. I tried it 4 years ago and this year. It’s still amazing but I think it became abit pricy nowadays. What I love about it is the cleanliness of the rooms, the views, you can see Tokyo tower from the lobby, supermarkets nearby, close to ginza Main Street, and airport shuttle bus will drop you right infront of the door. ❤️

Really lacklustre service. Their answer to everything is "no" or "cannot". Asked front desk for a bottle of water, and they responded that they didn't have one. Asked to borrow a computer, and they again said they didn't have one. What then does this hotel have???

Finally we return to Tokyo But on this occasion we opted for a new location to reside Just off the main street of Ginza The hotel is well situated within 10 min walking distance to Train Station and Major Shopping Malls. Check-In was smooth Rooms are as expected small but well equipped including charging ports, extension cords & adaptors. The service is what stood out, especially when one of our parties left her wallet in a Taxi. The hotel went above and beyond to not only liaise with us but also the taxi company to recover the missing wallet within hours of losing it.

The location couldn’t be better as is steps away from public transit and fifteen minutes to Tokyo Station. The hotel is in the heart of Ginza where the high end shopping happens in Tokyo. We were not really into shopping but we were very happy that we could move anywhere so easy. The place is very nice, modern and with a killer view..in their lobby you can enjoy Tokyo Tower better than anywhere else. The hotel starts in the 16 th floor so chances of getting a nice view are quite high. The rooms are super clean with lots of attention to detail. The amenities are great and the hotel is quiet and modern. The size of the rooms are a bit bigger than most rooms in Tokyo but still small for what we are used to in other countries. The service is fantastic and they really try to make you feel welcomed. Their staff is super attentive and ready to help. The cherry on the cake is that the bus that goes to Narita stops at the hotel’s door so basically you just have to jump in and prepare for the airport.

I think the room is too small for a deluxe type, but the pillows are comfortable, control panel on the side table really helpful controlling lamp, room’s temperature, alarm, etc. The toiletries are nice and complete with face wash, moisturizer, body lotion, etc. The problem is you must take your laundry to front desk to do the request. And the halal food option is so limited. But the staff are competent enough to service international guests. The plus point of this hotel, and it’s the most important thing, the location is so strategic. It just a few minutes walk from Ginza shopping center and station or bus stop. There’s convenient store, tax free store around the hotel too.

Stayed here and it is always fun. I love the bed and pillows, the tub and the view from the room. Either day or night there is a lot to see. From the lobby you can see the Tokyo Tower.

It was a perfectly functional stay for us 3: Mr Hoshino kindly helped us to print bus tickets and with our laundry collection. They do provide sufficient amenities in the rooms but you have to do things like drop off and pick up laundry from reception yourself. The lobby is located on 17/f and has a stunning panoramic view of the city.

Convenient location and well situation to restaurants and shopping. Not far from Tsukiji Market. Rooms are small but that is to be expected. But they have all that you need and are clean and tidy. It is also always nice to have a bath and shower option which I believe is present in every room. The rooms are small and so you would be hard pressed to squeeze more than two people in. The restaurant downstairs is not operated by the hotel and there is no price for children. It is a set meal each time and really not worth it if you have kids.

My first stay in Tokyo, Japan : Excellent location, just few steps away from main Ginza Shopping Street. Staff is very professional, courteous & friendly. We stayed in triple occupancy room which were neat & clean, even had an air purifier in each room. I would highly recommend this hotel for you family & business stay.

Good hotel. Not the best breakfast buffet I've had in Japan, otherwise I'd have given 5 stars. Best parts: location in Ginza & they give you a free phone! Super helpful in getting around and calling local friends. I would stay here again, but not buy the breakfasts for every day.

The view was wonderful from both the room and lobby. They are also spacious! It was really a great memory. Also, the staff was nice and professional. We changed our plan and wanted to cancel the last night stay. The staff helped us to get refund. Definitely want to come back!

Didn’t enjoy my one night stay here. Had a much better experience at a different hotel in Tokyo. We requested a non-smoking room and after unpacking and leaving to explore — the more time we spent in the room it was clear that it previously was a smoking room. At this point it was late a night so we did not request a new room but I was upset about it all night and when I woke up with a sore throat and headache the next morning. Rooms were not cleaned up to my standards. Felt dusty and surfaces did not feel thoroughly cleaned. You can see mold in the grout of the shower tiles. Layout of the room was not good. There was barely space for 2 carry-on sized suit cases to be opened. There is no night stand or outlet for one side of the bed. Location was far from the Yamanote line (use JR pass) to go to popular places likes shinjuku and shibuya. Was a solid 8 min walk. I know you can’t control the other guests at the hotel but there was a large tour group of foreign tourists on our floor that would always talk very loudly in the halls

I'm not entirely sure what shampoo and conditioner they provide for all the guests at the hotel, but it turned my hair extremely brittle. Never had I ever had any issues with any hotel's shampoo and conditioner - will start bringing my own from now on. Or maybe it was because the shower head may have been dirty? The layout of the room itself makes it impossible for two check in bags to be opened. For what we paid for, I would have expected something better but there was also mold in the bathroom and the quality of the bathroom necessities were very poor. I had experienced better at a much cheaper hotel. Location-wise, it is not extremely close to the station. You will still have to walk around 8 minutes. You can walk directly to the station nearby Ginza or you would have to go up and down the stairs for the one in Shishinbashi. To some people that may be close, but I have stayed at a hotel where the station was right in front so for me, it was far. The lobby itself is built to be very luxurious, but the rooms are not. There is a designated place for smokers and I have only experienced one day where the elevator smelled like smoke.

We thought this place was very nice with amazing city views. Small rooms as expected in the center of a big city (have stayed in smaller in Manhattan, New York). We did carry our own bags, but we always do so not a big deal to us. The bar with jazz (you will be issued a coupon) was really a great experience. The music and sound were awesome and great cocktails!

Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location right in the heart of Ginza and near to transport links. Very comfortable rooms and great views across Tokyo. Also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was great quality and offered a very wide selection. The hotel is also immaculately clean and a good selection of toiletries is provided in guest rooms. Conveniently, there is a Lawson store just downstairs where you can buy food and various other items you might need. My main criticism would be that guest rooms are not available until quite late in the afternoon on your first day - this is a bit difficult if you have arrived on an early morning flight. If the hotel could allow guests access to their rooms earlier then that would be terrific. One other issue is that there is very limited wardrobe space to hang clothes in the rooms, although this seemed to be the case across Japan.

The rooms are so small that we struggle to get on bed during to day - to sit down, and at night - to get on bed since only one side of the bed is accessible, which shares a space with a chair, and the other side is leaning against a windowed wall! The internet is so slow in the rooms that a lot of web pages just won’t load. Also, there is only one English TV Channel, CNN, yet most of time you can only hear the Japanese translation of the English reporting - defeat the purpose of having an English Channel!

As most places in Tokyo, this place is very clean. View from 22nd floor is great, view from thier lobby is amazing as well. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay. Rooms are very nice, beds comfortable. Staff speaks enough English to get you by.

Such an amazing experience during my stay here in Tokyo. Spent a week here and I was absolutely impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and how convenient the location is. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, and will definitely be back in the future, if not next year.

The hotel staff is too rigged and inflexible. Rooms are ridiculously small and feel like a budget hotel. I do enjoy their breakfast and especially their dumplings. I wouldn't stay there for personal trips. Rooms are so small they leave towels on your bed and you have to remember to bring them for showers. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not tamper proof which is dangerous.

Great location, awesome view, and professional staff. Glad we chose this hotel for our most recent trip to Tokyo. We'd also like to give special thanks to Mr. Hoshino for his hospitality upon check-in!

Great hotel with an impeccable location that provides easy access to some iconic places in Tokyo. It is an excellent choice to get a combination of convenience, comfort and amazing view on the city.

Overall, the facility accommodation and services are very nice. However, don't bother joining their MGH Reward Club, as they don't honor bookings from other hotel booking apps and services. I redeemed points for breakfast, but they said it was for a different category of hotel they have, and I was not able to reverse the points I used to redeem the breakfast coupon. It's a useless reward club with too many restrictions.

We loved this hotel, especially because of the location and how extremely quiet it was. Also, it’s modern, has good housekeeping service, and amazing views of Tokyo tower and skyline. There was no rack for suitcases and the room was a bit on the small side, but that’s typical for Japan we found. Overall, we’d stay there again.

A poor service hotel NOT recommended. My friend and I booked 2 days there and we were surprisingly given a disabled room despite we were not disabled. When asked why, staff told that my booking internet agent advised them to offer us despite our booking did not require. But we were not aware anyway but most interesting part was that hotel was not responsible despite they could control room type to arrange! Cannot understand logic behind but can only guess that they are discriminaring Asian! A extremely poor service hotel we need to avoid!

Would recommend this place. Not that far from Tsukiji (15-18 min walk). An 7-8 stop to Shibuya by subway. Very close to Ginza 6 for shopping and got a few restaurant around this hotel that closes at 3-4 AM. Most of the hotel staff speaks fluent english, so communicating was really easy. Thank you for S Shresta for making our stay extra wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in a great area of town. Convenient to the train and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed staying here. The rooms are small but I think that’s how it is in Tokyo. Don’t expect to be able to open two pieces of luggage .it was clean and very nice.

Takes a bit of walk to the hotel. Staff service are between superb and mediocre. Room is a bit small but as expected in Ginza. Can get a bit warm as they are conserving energy and thus no adjustment can be done for the aircond in the winter.

Such a great hotel. Room we had was premium room but very small. Overall location was great, staff was friendly and bedding was soft and fluffy. Would definitely stay here again. Booked room on Agonda for around $100-120 USD per night. view from room was amazing.

The hotel is great. I booked a room with a twin bed for seven nights. It was perfect for one person. The room was on the 23rd floor with a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable. The bad room with shower and bad tub was very clean like the whole room. Very good conections with trains and metro.

This was our 3rd stay at the Mitsui, and we enjoyed it even more than previously. The Hotel is really convenient as it is a stop for the Airport Limousine Bus. We also had a nice meal at the Restaurant, which was a bit pricey though. Similarly at the Bar , we did have a nice New Year’s Eve enjoying some live jazz, as my wife was ill, and didn’t want to venture out in the cold.

Beyond expectation. We booked the double room, which is more spacious that I thought. Besides the bed, there’s a desk and a couch in the room. We were located on 23rd floor and the big window in the room gave us a great view of the city. As many have mentioned, you can see the Tokyo tower in the lobby. Very convenient location with subway, pharmacy, grocery, and restaurant within walking distance.

Lovely hotel. Great location, walking distance from main street shopping. Small yet practical room with all necessary amenities, very large windows with amazing views. Kind and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet was better than most and had a variety of Japanese and western options. The catch of the day for dinner was really amazing, as was the garden salad filled with fresh local produce.

I went to work in Tokyo 5-6 times. I stopped always here. Great service, great view, modern, clean, excellent food. Just perfect! Great brunch. An incredible bath and electronic toilette. The bath has an electronic glas that changes from transparent to opaque. It is situated in a very good and central location in Ginza. Ideal for business people or for going shopping.
