The ricotta hotcakes are to die for, so fluffy and light. I would come back just for the hot cakes. The granola bowl was refreshing. The Fresh-Aussie was ok, the toast was the best part of the dish. We both had the fresh carrot and ginger vodka drinks we good and somewhat healthy.

Excellent pancakes which lives up to its famed reputation. Very convenient location in Ginza. However, a very big negative is that the long queue for a table was over 1.5 hours and up several flights of stairs! Unbelievable! It would be much better if they take reservations to avoid the painful long wait times standing in the stairwell.

We tried to book in advance but it was always full on the website so we just tried to walk in. It was not a long wait and we were able to get a table right away as the place was not super full. Great chill vibe. Good place to eat, talk with friends/ family and have a drink or two. It's hard to find a good breakfast place in Ginza that opens early.

What a fancy place!!! Among the bills, this one is the fanciest. While Odaiba one has the best view for a beer or breakfast, this one has the best view for a dinner for sure!! I have been trying to make a reservation to Ginza Bills breakfast for a while. In the end, I gave up and made the reservation for 17:00 pm on a Saturday. I love bills classics such as its awesome pancake and sour dough bread with avocado. This time we were in for dinner, so shared a schnitzel and fries. It was delicious. Of course I did not want to leave without eating ricotta pancake, and we had to share that one too!! These ricotta pancakes are better than any regular pancake to me. They simply have a more complex taste. However, I do not like traditional pancakes that much, and people who like traditional pancakes may not enjoy as much as I did. I guess Ivy’s or oriental’s pancakes might be better option for them. We also had coffee. If I am not wrong, we paid around 6000 yen per person. ( I am not sure though). The place was full of friend groups and couples on dates. Bar area looked cool. Order is taken via a website opening from QR code, so you don’t need to call a waiter. I love bills, and I will continue visiting this place.

The perfect destination for Australian Cuisine in Tokyo. Their dishes are served in generous portions and exquisite toppings. Service is superb

We spent 7,500JPY for 2 pax. Ordered the following. I had the smoked salmon w poached eggs, avos and spinach, and found the spinach to be the nicest tasting thing on my plate. Am not a chef but I think I could make the exact same thing for 1/3 of the price! You could probably have 2 nice breakfasts that would taste more satisfying elsewhere. My partner had the big breakfast and he mentioned that it wasn’t the best too — flavour wise, and it wasn’t very satisfying either. Long black and espresso was mediocre at best it seems. Would not recommend and would not return. You’re likely better off at a Starbucks reserve bakery nearby.

Arrived at 8:25am without reservation and was asked to return at 9am. Service was fairly quick and the pancakes had a 20 min wait time. They were really delicious - light and fluffy. Overall a pretty good place for breakfast. Best to make a reservation ahead.

This was by by far the best breakfast I had in Tokyo! The pancakes were amazing along with the coffee and eggs as well. I didn’t need a reservation as I was by myself, but there was a queue not long after I got there around 9:15. You place your orders on the phone and they will bring it out for you. I definitely recommend this place if you want a nice brunch in Tokyo.

The coconut curry has a rich flavor and is highly recommended. But the desserts and coffee were very ordinary. The cheesecake was too sweet and had no cheese flavor. The soufflé waffles had no aroma. The dough was not even mixed well. It was impossible to finish it.

On the 12th floor, bills has a modern and sunny interior that reflects its Australian origins.☀️🌊 My partner and I walked-in without reservations a bit before they opened on a weekday. We were seated soon and the restaurant filled up quick. The food was light and clean-tasting despite being typically heavy items. Like almost every table, we got the pancakes - which were airy and surprisingly a lot. We paired that with the scrambled eggs and toast plus sausages. The scrambled eggs were one of the best I’ve ever had - fluffy, soft and flavorful. These two dishes were more than enough. The pancakes were generous and we could hardly finish. The carrot juice was really tasty and the matcha latte was good. Service was attentive and very nice. Overall, a fine option for a trendy and modern western breakfast in Ginza.

Had a very nice time. Coffee (Flat White) was amazing and beautiful, as was the perfect service. Pancakes are fluffy and not too sweet. The Aussie breakfast was spot on in any aspect. It gets pricey with the bill adding up quickly, so we chose the sharing menu, actually a good deal if you want to try a few dishes and get one of the amazing coffees.

The view and the interior design here is awesome. My friends and I enjoyed our brunch with their healthy style foods in accessible price. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a fine place to hang out with friends.

First off make sure if you can to reserve. Popped in on Wednesday morning and they were packed. Food is good. It's not a diner so don't expect diner prices. Beautiful space with very nice food presentation. I'd prefer to give 4.5 stars. Just my tea was a little over steeped and a bit bitter.

There is usually a long waiting time but worth it. Think these might of been the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Amazing texture and so delicious. The caramelized banana on top was perfect. Their matcha was awesome just like the rest of Japan. Beautiful dinning room too.

This is your fancy brunch dining in Ginza! We only managed to book for 8.30am seat and were lucky to get the corner window seat. Food was good and bread was impressive. Flat white was on the menu - meeting the expectation of an Aussie restaurant but it is very over priced (JPY980) and unfortunately not great price for value. Service wasn’t outstanding for a place like this (we had to ask for water to be refilled every time). Good ambience to hang out.

Amazing food as usual, but feel like a smaller portion compared to Odaiba branch. Also, restaurant management is pretty inefficient, many tables were vacant and yet customers were not served quickly enough and were required to wait for an hour. Besides the popular pancakes and big breakfast set, I could also recommend the coconut curry fish and prawn rice. Espresso avocado drink was also really good. I would rate this much higher should the management be more efficient, factoring in the wait and cost, I would definitely go to Odaiba branch or somewhere else for a good aussie meal.

Bills Ginza delivered a delightful dining experience with its delicious food and laid-back atmosphere. The service, facilitated through scanning a QR code, was efficient but lacked the usual personal touch, as there wasn't much interaction with the server. While it leans towards the pricier side, the quality of the food and overall experience make it a worthwhile choice. 👍

Food presentation is so good, the flavor is not as expected. With this price they should be more tasty and more portion of the main ingredient in one order. Pancake is just ordinary.

Excellent dinner with friends in a super nice and calm atmosphere ! We took couple of small plates that were also excellent and very nice taste of spices and original! The main course portion was also good enough and very tasty fish 🐠! We took a bottle of sparkling to share with my friends ! The mood light at the bar was also great Aka very spacious ! Definitely recommend it !

Beautiful dining area in the heart of Ginza. You can even take a peek at the Tokyo Tower from the waiting area. The food is good, but nothing you’ve never had before. You’re here for the vibe - to be in a thoughtfully designed interior over a coffee and some pancakes. The thing I’m not super thrilled about is the online order system. The servers will not take your order and you’re left to your own devices (quite literally). It’s quite hard to read the menu on the screen. Would’ve preferred a physical menu but maybe I’m too old school. What I enjoyed the most is actually picking up the cook book at the entrance and learning about Bill Grangers story of founding his restaurant. What a journey to making scramble eggs and avocado toasts a global diet.

The interior decoration is modern and the service is great. We ordered the classic pancake and the Austrian breakfast, they’re all delicious. Make sure having a reservation first as it’s easily getting fully tabled.

Great spot for breakfast. We had just flown in the night before from the states and were staying in Ginza. This popped up for breakfast and tried it out. You order and pay using there QR code. Although I do not have any pictures of the food, it was still wonderful. The drinks took some time to come out, but once they did they were good too. I highly recommend this for quick breakfast spot. Tip: Once you come up the elevator and exit into the restaurant lobby, you can catch a good picture of the Tokyo Tower.

Food is great We ordered -Pancake: delicious but thick -French toast: average and will be better if it doesn’t have yoghurt -Halloumi cheese: is ok but the portion is less -Sourdough egg is very delicious. You need to book before otherwise you will have to wait

I had their breakfast plate with fluffy and soft scrambled eggs, wonderfully aromatic herb spiced pork sausages, thick perfectly fried bacon, and delicious toast. Excellent tastes that complemented one another with beautiful plating. All this was complimented with a tropical mango mojito.

We were able to get a seat without reservation and the view is great. The hostess was a bit difficult to pin down when we tried to ask a question we had to call her to our table several times and even when she came it was only to tell us she didn’t have time to talk to us). The other servers though were fine. Tiramisu was excellent, hot chocolate and smoothies were good. The coffee was very acidic especially the iced coffee. Famous pancakes were good but not amazing- a little dense and eggy.

What a killer find this spot is. Pure breakfast heaven with chefs that actually really know their way around an egg! Coffees are perfect, pancakes sublime. But don’t only come for breakfast. This gorgeous space has lunch, tea, cocktails and dinner! The views by day or night are great. Especially when Tokyo is lit up. Service is friendly and very attentive. But then again, Japan has mastered service! This is a must when visiting Tokyo

The food is amazing, the service is sub par. They could be much better if they stop being this pretentious upscale restaurant for influencers and Instagramers. There's a huge line outside and there are at least 5 empty tables. We order everything at once and the two dishes arrived with more than ten minutes of difference, insane. The scrambled eggs and the ricotta pancakes were amazing though. I wouldn't come back.

Waited 1 hour for a table. I wish I would have made reservations but it was a last minute decision. Ordered our food and one of the plates came within 20 minutes and the last three plates took 45 minutes…. I only gave it 3 stars because the drinks and pancakes were delicious.

This place was everything and more. A great find in Japan. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. My only complaint is the wait time, but giving the quality of everything it is understood. And get the pancakes. You deserve it. Treat yourself

super delicious eggs! coffee and fresh juice were also cool. ricotta pancakes were ok, not sweet at all. for breakfast for two paid 72 euro. location is cool. we came around 9:30 am on Wednesday and had to wait for 10 mins. at 10:30am there was a long queue already.

June 2023: reservations are required definitely as they get filled up very soon with pre bookings. Not sure what the hype is actually. I might have ordered the wrong thing, and perhaps should have stuck to eggs and toast. The ricotta pancakes were a little heavy for me even after just having half of the first of three pancakes! Ambience and service were on point though. Love the olive green outfits of the staff. Order via app with English menu descriptions. Fuss free.

Very convenient location in Ginza. We had the famous pancake, two orders of breakfast and drinks. Enjoyed the breakfast with relaxing atmosphere and lovely interior design. Highly recommended! Make sure to make a reservation before you go.
