Easily the best Pokemon centre we went to in Japan. It is labelled as the main one to visit and there's good reason. The range is amazing - especially the soft toy section. It does get really busy so I would recommend getting there about 30mins before opening so that you can be one of the first to enter and have to fight as many crowds. If you're a Pokemon fan or know of one, this is the place to go.

This is the BEST Pokémon center I visited in Japan. It deserves 10 ⭐s ✓Great selection of memorabilia ✓Interactive digital Pokédex ✓Huge Snorlax at the entrance ✓ History of Pokémon and Pokémon games ✓ Visit the Pokémon café: it's a good pit stop. ✓ Pokémon Café: see Eevee dance with kids ✓ Pokémon Café: adorable treats and drinks.

A must visit place in Tokyo if you're a Pokemon fan! They have plenty of souvenirs to buy and the prices are very reasonable. The Pokemon cafe is right next to it, but getting a reservation for it can be a bit difficult. You'll have to use their official website but reservations are posted everyday at a certain time and you have to be quick since they get all booked in a matter of seconds. I managed to get a reservation after trying for 2 days.

First of all..when you are trying to get there don’t look for it inside the shopping center..the Pokémon Center has its own entrance on the side street of the mall. The Pokémon Center is really a super well organized store. It has hundreds of products and some of them you can only find here. The staff is very friendly with limited English. This is a great place to have a picture of your kids with their favourite Pokémon creature. The cafeteria is super busy and if you are planning to go...first go and put your name down and come back near the appointment...otherwise you will wait and wait. We didn’t try to cafeteria so I cannot comment on their food.

I recently visited the Pokémon store, and while I’m not personally a fan of Pokémon, I must say the store deserves a full 5-star rating for its overall shopping experience. The store was a delightful place to find gifts for my nephew, who is a big fan of Pokémon. The store itself was vibrant and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Each section was thoughtfully laid out, showcasing a wide range of Pokémon merchandise, from plush toys to apparel, and everything in between. The variety was impressive, catering to fans of all ages and preferences. What made my experience particularly enjoyable was the helpfulness of the staff. They were knowledgeable and eager to assist, making recommendations and helping me choose the perfect items for my nephew. Their enthusiasm for Pokémon was contagious, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. Even as someone who isn’t a Pokémon enthusiast, I appreciated the lively and engaging atmosphere of the store. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a welcoming space for fans and newcomers alike. In summary, whether you’re a Pokémon fan or shopping for one, this store is a fantastic destination. With its wide selection of merchandise, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere, it’s an ideal place for anyone looking for Pokémon-related items. Highly recommended for a pleasant and successful shopping experience!

Felt nostalgic going to the home country of Pokemon. As expected the store was very busy and had a number of soft toys and merchandise. The staff were attentive and gave free card souvenirs at the checkout. The Pokémon cafe is next door but you have to book in advance

I love this little Pokémon Center. It has a good selection of Pokémon products, but not a lot of variety. Like other Pokémon Centers, they offer birthday services. The Pokémon Cafe is a more enjoyable experience than the store. However, reservations are required for the Pokémon Cafe. You should try to go there!

The staff here are kind, we brought our own snorlax/kabigon plush and the staff are smiling at us saying kawaii kabigon or snorlax so cute. There are lot of cute plush available. They even have personal products like lip cream and hand cream. Lots of cute murals. Everything here looks cute. The place is not that spacious. It just looks spacious because of the wall mirror. It even has it’s own elevator which can lead through the entrance or exit of the mall

I’ve been to at least 4 different Pokemon centers in Japan, and this one is by far the most organized, clean, and least crowded! All the plushies were lined up so beautifully, service was wonderful, and we had the best experience here in comparison to the other locations. There’s also a cafe in this one!

A nice walk down memory lane. They have a lot of cool products that my son was excited about. The prices are more than reasonable for a Pokémon flagship store. We bought 5 items from them and all feel like high quality products.

Great Pokémon centre with lots of merch and nostalgic displays. They also had a Pokémon trading card game class going on too which was cool to see! Definitely crowded and it gets hot real quick so don’t put too many layers on like we did! Staff managed the crowd well and the line at the counter moves quick.

I believe this is their largest shop in Tokyo. Tons of great Merch that kids and kids at heart will truly enjoy. Getting there was easy, not so packed even on a friday. They have Pokemon cafe too! This Pokemon center has almost all types of merch and goodies from Nintendo Switch games to limited edition pokemon cards to sock, lanyards, action figures and stuffed toys! If you have time you can reserve on their pokemon cafe and have a pokemon themed lunch or dinner. A really good place for pokemon fans to visit.

Highly recommend to go on weekday, if you are looking for pokemon plushies this center has the more stocks compared to other centers in tokyo. And you will get to enjoy pokemon cafe next door without queue on week day.

One of the nicest pokemon stores I've been. My friend told they have stuff that other stores don't have. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

An interesting themed-cafe. A must go for all Pokemon fans. Please don't hold high expectation on the quality of the food... not so tasty but fun to look at. The "live" size Pikachu saved the day with its appearance during meal time.

This is THEE pokemon store one needs to stop by when in Japan. It is located in the Ginza area and has the famous pokemon Cafe and shop here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some had good English-speaking skills. I recommend to highly visit if you a big fan. Everything is so cute, can't help to want to buy half the store!

Pokemon is probably up there with one of the most successful companies from Japan. The worldwide awareness of Pikachu is wild! Anyways, coming to a Pokemon Center was definitely an interesting experience! When you enter the building they have huge wallpapers on the wall with Pokemon starters (you won't miss it, so don't worry!). On the upper floor where the actual Pokemon center is located, you would be able to purchase many Pokemon soft toys and there are arcade games that you could play (but it's all in Japanese). Nevertheless, I was expecting this place to be bigger because the Pokemons sold here aren't as complete as I'd thought! Now, if you are like me planning to come here and experience the Pokemon Cafe and don't have a booking? Chances are you are going to have to come again another day. Trying to book a table is crazy! I am talking about booking 2 months ahead of your trip here! Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend this place to anyone who is a fan of Pokemon! 💯🏯 TIP: - If you want to experience Pokemon cafe, book months ahead of time!

If you're a Pokémon fan, be sure to visit the Tokyo Pokémon Center! From the moment you walk in, you'll feel like you've entered the world of Pikachu and his friends. The store is full with merchandise will make you feel like you hit the jackpot. You can buy everything from Pokeballs to Stuffed Animals and even grab a bite to eat at Pokemon Café. (Be aware that a reservation is needed!)The friendly and helpful staff make shopping even more enjoyable. So pack your Poké bags and head to the Pokémon Center in Tokyo for a truly epic adventure. Sadly to get all your stuff paid you need to stay in line for some time. Nevermind: It‘s worth it.

A wonderful blast from the past and fulfilling childhood dreams. This PokeCenter as such a nice assortment of trinkets, apparel, games, toys, and of course PLUSHIES! For you kid who loves the little pocket monsters to the adults who grew up with them, I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look at all the collectables. Plus you can make reservations for the cafe that is right next door! Great memorable place for all Pokemon fans!

Really cool big Pokemon Store. The best one in Tokyo in my opinion. Also has the Pokemon Cafe, but make sure to book a table online in advance

This Pokémon Centre might be might favourite in Japan. It might be because it's connected to the Pokémon Cafe or it could be the wall of pokemon plushies to choose from. There's such a great variety of products and very kind, helpful staff. The theme of the products are always changing to keep things fresh and interesting, especially the seasonal themes. I can't wait to bring my daughter back one day. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Amazing Pokémon shop 🐰 you can find almost everything you want, from plushies 🧸to food 🍪, stationery ✏️ or goodies. There are some Pokémon arcade games too🕹 and some gatcha. There is a Pokémon cafe at the same floor ☕️ It’s really crowded during weekends.

Extremely lame. It’s a smallish gift shop, nothing more (the entrance is the coolest part, pictured here). I have seen better Pokémon merchandise in foreign countries. Even the attached cafeteria outright denied me entry over 2 hours before close time because apparently reservations are needed (it was a Friday). Plus there is little else in the area. Skip this unless you have a little kid who *needs* that stuffed squirtle.

Pokemon! Great selection, great atmosphere (for a Pokemon store, you know). Childhood bliss, nostalgic, you can’t leave without buying a fluffy toy, be careful not to spend all your hard earned money.

  • 5/5 Ro N. 1 year ago on Google
Of course, if you’re a fan, you’re going to love it. There is a lot of exclusive merchandise, so that is definitely a bonus. Plus, if you are looking for one specific Pokémon, they’ll almost certainly have it in plush form as they have all the Pokémon plushes organized by index number. There are also gachapon and arcade game machines inside the store too. So if you’re stopping by the café, I’d recommend stopping here too (unless you’re trying to save money~)

What can I say? I love Pokémon, this is a great place for people who are the same. Only shame is the lack of merchandise of certain popular Pokémon (cough cough Eevee) but it was cool otherwise. The cafe was great with generally good tasting food. The drinks were nice too though some were too sweet for my liking. If you plan on going to the cafe and love exclusive merchandise don't forget to pre-order some online as select items won't be available for purchase in person.

This is for the fans, it has hundreds of toys, keyring, magnets, gadgets and all. A bit of a history wall. Worth visiting. The Cafe requires reservations and gets booked out way ahead, don't do what I did and not book to only miss out.

This HUGE pokemon store is rammed! It is opposite the cafe and has a brilliant snorlax statue between them. Everything you want will be here. We went to 8 pokemon centres and this had the most variety. There will be items you wont have come across before, and the atmosphere will make you feel like you need to rush, but you don't. You can pay on card. Take your time because there is loads to look at and it is busy! The queuss go down quickly, but don't be in a rush to be anywhere. So glad i got a sakura pikachu, because i didn't see it in any of the other stores

This is pretty much the main Pokemon store in Tokyo which is surprisingly smaller than expected. It is only one floor. If you have the ability try to book a Pokemon Cafe visit (must be booked a month in advance). Lots of toys and pokemon plushies for purchase. There are also Pokemon cards and switch games.

The Pokemon Center Tokyo DX is a big place to shop, so I felt comfortable shopping. Easy to spot on where's where. Children and adults will definitely enjoy their shopping.

  • 5/5 Wilson H. 1 year ago on Google
still the best pokemon center in tokyo. we came on the 26th (boxing day), but it was unexpected not super crowded... unlike the ikebukuro store. this pokemon center has the most unique items (pillowcases, bags) + the best vibe and decor in my opinion. we bought earrings, rulers, erasers, stickers, nametags, keyrings and a bunch more items as gifts. even the seaweed tins have such great packaging that we bought some just for room decor. unfortunately, you'll find plushies but little else for more obscure pokemon (e.g even vaporeon only had plushies and no other items. flygon too).

  • 4/5 Ruben R. 1 year ago on Google
Really loved the center but expected it to be bigger, the one in Shibuya is like the same size and has more products such as the huge snorlax plushie for which I came but it wasn't there :'(

  • 5/5 Tomasz B. 2 years ago on Google
If you love Pokémon, you’ll love this place. Decorated in Pokémon tchotchkes everywhere and exclusive toys available to buy, it’s a must see. When I was in Japan a few years ago, I made a point of visiting the Pokémon center in each city I visited and enjoyed finding all the unique souvenirs available exclusively in each one.

  • 4/5 Anton G. 4 years ago on Google
Overall the staff is friendly but completely unable to speak English. Even some basics. They really need some kind of a small museum - not just transition video wall which shows their game development through years. Cafe is way too pre-booked and all the instructions are in Japanese except for a few general lines. Still, it's a great place for Pokémon fans and they give every visitor a Pokémon card which is really cute! Chuuuuu!

  • 4/5 Nismology5 4 years ago on Google
Actually pretty small, and isn't obvious to find as on the upper floor of a nondescript building. Great selection of plush toys of most of the favourite pokemon, not too overpriced. Wanted a Gardevoir or Milotic plush and was disappointed, but got a Charizard so all is well! 😄.

There is a very rude and unfriendly staff called Wataxxbe, which is damaging the Company image and his service is very poor, he is unhappy and even arrogant with clients. I really don't understand how a Company can keep those kind of staff, while so many young and motivated Japanese are struggling to find a job. The company should pay more attention for who they are hiring at the front desk and make sure people like him are replaced.

Awesome!!! I love Pokemon and this palce is a must visit in Tokyo for every fan. It's one of the biggest Pokemon Center in Japan and it has a big variety of goods. If it is your birthday month don't forget to pickup your present (bring an ID)
