Typical JCPenney, but they do have quite a selection of big and tall. There are no employees around to help, and there are very few changing rooms with fairly long lines.

This is one of the nicer Penney stores I have visited. I no longer shop department stores. As the business model changes, stores like this may become a thing of the past. This once great giant who used to put out seasonal catalogs now sees much less foot traffic and one week before Christmas was mostly empty. Mall location does not help as they are on the less busy side of the Citrus Park Town Center.

They have no family restroom. Dillard's in Countryside Mall has two amazing family restrooms, one on each floor with a lovely elevated parent toilet with a beautiful pole flusher and a child toilet sitting on the ground. I loved how the toilets looked there. Thi store has no family restroom for anyone with ice powers to use so I was forced in to stalls. Not nice. If a special needs person has a caretaker of the opposite gender and they need them to be right outside the bathroom door, not outside of a room where they are all the way in the back handicap stall, then don't shop here. No to this store because they don't know how to manage a family restroom which is necessary for special needs customers. I have uncontrollable ice powers like Elsafire. My ice powers need my caretaker no matter regardinless close. Now I can only shop here with my mom and grandma, but not with my dad, my grandpa, or any man. You guys have no compassion on your customers all you care about is makin' sales! Well I won't be shopping at this location. I'll be shopping at the WestShore location or Dillard's in Countryside Mall which has two family restrooms to avoid me peeing my pants because of people like you!! Make a family restroom or there should be a boycott of this specific location!!

Got what I needed but the cashier asked.me about three times how was.my day going? Also the whole mall was asking people to round.off their.totals for donations. It got to be.tiresome after making three purchases hases in three different stores.

Large anchor store at the mall. Not busy and only had one checkout open on the first floor, but okay since there were virtually no shoppers. Sales pretty decent. Sephora is located right in the store.

The Sephora located in this JCPenny store has two employees that presented very discriminative and racist behavior during a visit while shopping for my daughters homecoming make-up. I would never spend my money or time with a business who allows employees like Michelle and Devin to act they way they did on October 19th, 2023 between 4:00pm and 4:30pm Est. I have reached out to corporate to escalate this matter as it was beyond unacceptable.

Mom and I love this store. Today was Mom's birthday we went to Olive Garden first and then came here to walk off our meal but today they're clearance racks weren't as good as they used to be still got a good couple things.

Hair salon visit. Loved the result. Will def be going back. As always, making an appointment first is best option.
