The only black nurse there is a witch. She would tell me to move to a certain area and if I wasn't prompt there was tension between her and I. Christina the arnp keep trying to convince me that I I am bipolar. I have been under psychiatric care for 10 years and her lack of Education in order to make that conclusion should be enough for her to give up trying to convince me. After convincing Christina I WANTED my blood work done the black nurse goes to take my blood and completely goes in and through my vein and keeps wiggling inside as I start to have a panic attack. It is known that I get panic and anxiety attacks during blood work but what she did was malicious. I have had minimal training in plasma clinics and I can tell you right now she missed my vein because she chose to. At the end the black nurse insist I need to get my blood taken out because the doctor really wants me to get it done. First of all I did not see the doctor second of all I convinced arnp to do my blood work. I'm not sure who she thought she was fooling. Stay away from here unless you want to die. (sooner than later)

I came into this clinic because I was in a lot of pain. Instead of the usual clinics that rush you out I felt like they took their time too understand what was going on and give me their opinion of the best options. The staff is just phenomenal. I have had extreme issues going to any medical facility since a bad accident and this is the first time I felt cared for. They wanted me to feel better, understood my anxiety and didn't leave me. I even decided to have them as my primary PCP after this experience. Thank you so much to everyone for making a really bad day better by caring and helping me.

Thank you so much for treating my bipolar successfully. After a little over a year the doctors finally found a medication that works and smashes that bipolar to the ground! It takes some time to get used to, but these doctors are even better than the psychiatrists I've dealt with when it comes to mental illness. Thank you, Dr. Rivas and the entire staff for treating me like a human (unlike some other clinics I've been at) and truly understanding me and my illness. I bet in a few years you'll see me studying for a career I've always wanted. And it's all thanks to the staff. Incredible.

I called Dr. Rivas office yesterday and left a message for Dr. Longoria to call me back. Assuming the receptionist gave her my message,she never call me back. Terrible customer service.

The service that they have here is horrible I been going to them for many years and I can’t believe that they are denying me my medication that I need and can’t be without because I have a life threatening disease. I called today to get a refill and they told me I had no more refills and that I had to make an appointment with them and I tried to make an appointment with them for today or tomorrow and they said no everything is full so they gave it to me until next Thursday so I’m going to be 6 days without medication and with pain because of the negligence of them not letting me know before hand that I need to make a appointment to get my medication refilled. This is not the first time they do this they have done it to my father. My father is diabetic and he needs insulin for his diabetes. When he went place the order to refill his insulin they Told him that he could not get a refill because he needed to make a appointment. I asked them if they could give him insulin until he could make his appointment and they told me no they could not. So my father right now is without insulin and he has his blood sugar high. This is not the first time this happens to me and I’m tired of there negligence and there staff being rude and lying to me about important things.

I think I’m at a Causeway medical clinic for a number of years. The staff is awesome! Era is a nurse there and provides outstanding service.

Dr Rivas and his staff are top notch. Quality of care is very good and very personal. Bilingual Drs and staff.

I really like Dr. Rivas, he is very thorough and is very accurate in his diagnosis. The pharmacy is equally awesome. The only criticism I could add is the wait time for appointments or when there to see the doctor.

Great staff. Dr. Longoria is awesome she explains everything so easy to understand. She speaks SPANISH. I love that they alow student to practice because we all need to learn. I highly recommend this doctor office

Don't ever go here they lie to you I called this place because my insurance app said they were in network gave them my insurance info they even CALLED to verify they were in network and before I even set up my appointment I asked what EXACTLY would be my costs of they appointment they told me my co-pay which is 20 dollars would be my cost I show up today and they tell me at my appointment that they don't know who said that to me and the appointment fee is 100 dollars then they're still be a charge for anything they do at the appointment and after my 350 deductible I would have to pay 15% of everything done That is not what I was told when I specifically asked how much it would be all they do is tell you what you wanna hear to get you in the door then try to screw you if I could give a zero start I would I even have the voicemail they sent me saying they take my insurance and it's a 20 dollar co-pay.

Excellent service from nurse Era MA she is so caring listens to your health concerns. Very helpful and courteous. She never seems to have a down day always smiles and make you feel comfortable.

I have lost 35 lbs with their treatment plan and still have more to lose. They have been terrific and always squeeze me in when possible. Will continue to use this service.

I love this Clinic and staff they have done an amazing job over the 7 yrs I've been coing here. Their good with listening to you and actually caring with making sure they get the the bottom of figuring out what's going on with you. I would recommend them.

I have united Health Care for insurance and idk if it’s because they are a smaller business but I think it’s crazy that I have to pay $30+ every time I see them . I never pay at the Tampa Family place . Also I can’t make an appt. for birth control so I kind of just have to show up and hope someone can see me , that sucks . But everyone is always nice to me when I go ! I definitely will stick with them for now , I just wish I didn’t have to come out of pocket so much just to get a little shot ! Also I can’t even get my meds from them I have to go to Walgreens and bring the meds back so they can give it to me , even though they have their own pharmacy . I guess that’s for the best too but it sucks lol . All my issues are things they can’t help with , but they’re still issues of mine so I give them a 4 star rating .
