Great little campsite that's not expensive with good shower/toilet facilities, a small shop and lots of shade. Right by the river Creuse and with a view of the old bridge from some emplacements. There's also a huge giant redwood tree right in the middle of the site, which is impressive.

A delightful municipal campsite next to beautiful public gardens, and adjoining a 'voie vert'. Peaceful, and with excellent security. Next to the river Creuse, and a stone's throw from medieval Descartes. Spotless (limited) facilities. Will definitely return!

very nice, affordable, clean camping with great facilities just next door: outdoor swimming pools, really beautifull park, with really old trees and flower garden, tennis and beach volleyball court, kayak rental, animal farm, located at the river la creuse!

Hi sorry it's not a hotel people come there either in campervans, tents, or they rent a wooden chalet for a week or two, it's a nice area by the river dogs are allowed on leads, the chalets are nice my sister-in-law & partner hired one when her brother & I got PACS in 2018. I take my dog there for a nice country walk, there's a small animal park there & lovely gardens.

What a beautiful site and location. We had a warm welcome from reception and lots of information on things to do and see. Site next to river, adjoining public open air swimming pool, just a couple of minutes walk from the town and next to an off road cycle path to local villages. The public gardens next door were amazing. Incredibly clean toilet and shower facilities. Thank you Descartes, we will be back.

Excellent place,the guy who runs the site is first class,everything is spotlessly clean,and the situation is idyllic, and 500mts from the village centre.

Camping au calme. Emplacements un peu petits et pas très bien délimités. Sanitaires très propres et bien entretenus. Parc de jeux pour enfants et animalier proches et très propres. Il est cependant dommage que le centre aquatique soit fermé. De belles petites promenades sont à faire aux abords et pas loin d'eux centre ville. Le gérant est sympathique. Je recommande ce terrain de camping.
