An absolutely wonderful dinner. It was the restaurant's first day open after a break and you would never know--everything was amazing. We ordered an Aperol Spritz, a Caïpirinha, a Caïpirinha do Brasil, une salade thaï with shrimp, filet mignon (pork), cœur coulant au chocolat avec du glace, et Charlotte poire. All that came out to under 100 euros and definitely tasted more expensive. The Caïpirinha do Brasil was a standout, delicious drink. The salade was light, but enough for a meal on a warm summer evening. The service was leisurely, but comfortably slow as to enjoy the meal. As two Americans who know a little French, our serveuse was very patient and mostly communicated in French. Overall a delightful experience.

I recently visited L'Entracte Restaurant and was blown away by the delicious food and attentive service. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Saint-Jacques scallops as an entree, which was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the accompanying sauce. The main course was equally impressive; the Paysanne salad and the sides were all equally delicious. The service was also exceptional. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, and she was happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu. The rest of the staff was also friendly and efficient, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great. The lighting was just right and the decor was tasteful and elegant. Despite the bustling energy of the restaurant, the noise level was still low enough that we could carry on a conversation without having to shout. Overall, I would highly recommend L'Entracte to anyone looking for an enjoyable french dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal.

Had a very nice lunch on the spacious terrace overlooking a parc. Menu options and food was very good. Chocolate mousse is very generous in size (lucky me). The cocktails had nothing exceptional but were fair in price. Will definitely come again.

We had a nice lunch in this new restaurant with my family at Ville d'avray after visiting the Palace of Versailles... Good fresh food and a good quality service. -Entrecôte TOP with fries fresh and salade -cœur coulant, crème brulée delicious. Owner and staff are very kind and hospitalible we felt like we are family. I recommend this new restaurant for the tourist who visit Versailles. Great JOB. 😊👏

I have eaten at this place hundreds of times as this building was our family home in 1967-1968. Fantastic to see how beautiful the space has been redecorated. If the owners want more info about the history of the building, I can help. Très Belle!

The place is beautiful and the staff very friendly. They have, however, only one vegetarian option, a vegetarian-burger, which unfortunately is truly terrible. The burger itself is just a loose orange-looking mass with a strong artificial flavour. I have the impression it was taken from a freezer and quickly prepared. I would advice L'entracte to invest more in developing vegetarian options. The place is great and would like to return but there is nothing else in the menu I can eat. I would also suggest the addition of more draft beers of decent quality on the menu.

Lorsque l’on pousse la porte de ce nouveau restaurant on se sent comme transporté. Le lieu est magnifique (ancienne bibliothèque aménagée en restaurant) - la terrasse est sublime ainsi que le mobilier décoré avec goût et la cave est belle. Malheureusement la promesse du lieu n’est pas au rendez-vous. 30 min pour venir prendre la commande. Il vaut donc mieux se lever et commander au bar, ce qui nous est arrivé à 3 reprises: 1. Pour la commande du plat 2. Pour avoir du ketchup avec le burger 3. Pour commander le dessert. La viande est bonne, et il n’y a que 4 plats maximum à la carte (souvent signe que les produits sont choisis avec soin et faits sur place). En revanche, en sortant de table, on ne peut pas dire être rassasié. Le fish&chips est minuscule, bien que très bon et bien préparé. La quantité de frites juste suffisante. Au moment d’apporter l’addition le serveur vous indique (avec maladresse) qu’il vous offre les bonbons que vous trouvez sur la plupart des comptoirs de bar-hôtels. Vraiment dommage, car le lieu vaut vraiment le détour.
