We've been to a lot of home appliances stores around Paris and this was by far the best. Nice store, bright, big choice and very very friendly helpful staff.

2 stars only because the lady at the front desk is very rude. She got angry because we came to service our washing machine which was acting up. She was rude and told her colleagues as to why they accepted our request to check at the washing machine...All else staff were very nice and helpful. Corporate should check on her attitude towards customer.

To buy electronic items I suggest going to have a search on Boulanger and the Villiers-sur-Marne branch was pretty good and you can have more options here, a nice presentation and convenient prices. So electronic buyers attend here!!!
