I don't know anything about the park, other than it's an easy spot to get photos of the strip. So if a storm is rolling in from the west, you might want to zip over there and set up your camera gear!

Nice outdoor water Park. Two water slides green one is fast blue is just right. We went on a Sunday they opened at 1pm there was a lot of conflicting information about Sunday hours on the internet search. We paid with cash nice and easy. The indoor pools are open on different days

It’s one of our favorite places during summertime. Not only is there an outdoor pool, but they also have an indoor family pool. It’s $3 per adult and $2 per child. If your child is between 8-17 they get a wristband indicating they can be away/alone from parent or guardian in the pool. Otherwise, you’d have to be at arms reach.

Looks very Fun for kids, lots of activity centers, many classrooms, indoor basketball, mini arcade/play area for kids, Well staffed. I like that the walls are all glass so you can see the Mountain views outdoors. The parking is easy and big. The park is not adjoining the Rec center. It's a little farther up a hill. Is nice place.

Nice park and nice walking path. It has 4 dog runs and the grass is well kept. I hope they don't spray weed killers and pesticides because it causes many dogs to have skin allergies. I'm not sure if most of the people realize it, but it is the law to spay or neuter your dog. I only saw 2 male dogs that were neutered besides mine. It causes aggression & male dominance fights which could be dangerous. There were a lot of people by 8pm. The dogs were so cute and all got along except for the unaltered males. Not many benches for seating, but I will start bringing my chair. There is a dog fountain in each run, poo bags and a large trash can. This is such a nice park and the views of the city are breathtaking. There's much more here, but I haven't seen it all yet.

We celebrated my grand daughter's bday. I loved that the tables were clean, the trash cans were emptied and the homeless weren't laying around the area. Thank you for making it easier on us.

Very spacious and nice place where you can play and relax all day, next to the mountain you’ll have a great view of the valley. There’s the aquatic center and the rec too, quiet area

Where Sahara East ends. Spectacular view of the entire Las Vegas Valley. Sunset is the best, watching the city come to life!

The place is quite nice at night time and you get a beautiful view of the city. There's a lot of mountain terrain nearby, which made also be nice to view. Some water fountains could use some work, but otherwise, it is a great place to sit back and enjoy.

It's so nice that a park and hiking trails were opened up off Hollywood. It's part of the recreation center. I would like there to be more trails going towards the Sunrise foothills, I think they will expand but the views of the entire skyline and valley is amazing 😍

Such a really nice park filled with many activities for families and organized sports. Had a chancecto go when my grandson had a soccer game. The fields were grass and well kept up. Next to them were new pickle ball courts. This park is as far east in the valley you can go. This is for now if your planning on going and getting off on Charleston, expect long delays as construction on the freeway along with construction on Charleston on lane exiting.

It's a very great park, I recommend you go, it has amazing history, and you can bring your family there, the playground is small and there are a ton of kids there, you can also see the city when you're in the playground, but it's better at night time, so also recommend you go at night, when I was with my family, we didn't go to the restrooms, so I have nothing to say about or the dog park, and the picnic area, so yeah, but overall, it's a very great pqrk and should go with your friends, family, and love ones.

Being that it has gotten to hot for me to walk around the track outside, I joined the this Recreation Center to use the treadmill and fitness equipment and I must say I absolutely love it here!!! It's in a very nice area off Hollywood and Sahara with a park on the grounds also. The Center is very clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. There are bottles of disinfectant and paper towels so that you can wipe down the equipment before and after using it. The fitness room is large so you don't feel cramped up or crowded when other people are there. There is a special rate for seniors and an affordable rate for everyone. There are also yoga classes and other classes you can purchase. I love it and look forward to being a member here for many years to come!!!!

Nice recreation center, the park has a Hollywood sitting. the staff is always friendly, nice outdoor swimming pool with two slides. Plus they have a giant water bucket water cannons.

I visited the Hollywood public pool. It was very that day and they only had 5 Very large umbrellas more like a round canopy. So if you don't get there way early ur sitting in the sun. Very disappointing. Also the pool deck gets very hot! I'm surprised they didn't have water misters or something like that to keep the deck somewhat cool.

Nice place for the kids and during the summer a decent water park for the family.

Be careful bringing kids here at night. I saw multiple couples doing the dirty. One couple in the soccer field and one couple in a car right next to a family sitting under a gazebo very visible. Park expansion is amazing though but people are nasty.

The extension is really nice!! It’s huge, lots of trails, a dog park, soccer field, pickle ball field, racket ball, brand new restrooms, nice new landscape, lots of space for picnics and parties. I think it was a great addition I’m glad Nevada is using money on building more family friendly attractions.

    Nice place.

Great new expansion. Love the new soccer fields. So far everything is clean and well kept, hopefully it's kept that way. There are two issues I have with the expansion: 1. Why are the soccer fields sometimes closed? Is there a schedule? It seems it's at random times. 2. Why didn't they build a playground in the expansion? The older playground it's far away from the fields and dog parks.

The need to focus on the restrooms when having functions at park, there was no hand soap in either men's or women's. Park itself was nice though

It looks like they are doing some expansion of the park, it will be big and it's great to have a place close by to bring kids around

Nice softball park. Fields are well kept. Bathrooms were not that bad. Bathrooms in fields are usually not well kept.

2 water slides. Miniature lazy river. Dunk bucket. Great atmosphere from staff and life guards whom are very watchful of the children's safety.

Watched my neices play softball. Very nice park.

  • 3/5 Karen H. 1 year ago on Google
Park is fine. But with large softball tournaments it would've been nice to have food concessions or food trucks. Don't know who would be responsible for that but just a thought.

  • 3/5 Robert P. 1 year ago on Google
It's an OK park. The Park is small. It's more less for kids who's parents play softball. Nice ball fields though

Hollywood aquatic pool is so wonderful. Music laughter and nice people. And the kids love it. Not to mention the price. You can bring your whole family daily for fun in the sun!

Nice Park! Short walk from the Hollywood Aquatic Center. Love the two horseshoe pits!

  • 3/5 Jeff E. 1 year ago on Google
Bases need to be replaced. Outfield grass in very bad shape. For a major softball tournament that we pay dearly to play in, these items should be in better shape. Updated 2022, Bases replaced. Major issue, water fountains are not working. That is not good. PLEASE FIX THE WATER FOUNTAINS
