From start to finish, the experience dining at DW Bistro was absolutely amazing. Bryce greeted everyone who entered the restaurant with a genuine, specific compliment, which I felt kicked brunch off with a great vibe. We started with the tequila tasting on the patio, which was a super fun experience. The DJ providing entertainment had a very creative, diverse, and awesome mix. The food itself was amazing. This was my first time visiting, and I just had to try as many things as possible. EVERY pastry in the pastry basket was amazing! The fried jerk chicken was crunchy and had a fantastic flavor to it while the waffles were just OK. The French toast was beautiful and delicious. The beef ribs were amazing. The bloody Mary had a nice kick to it. The old fashioned was tasty. We will definitely be back for more!

I can’t say enough about this place! I found my new favorite brunch spot! My friend introduced me to this place this past Saturday and it was amazing! We went around 12:30pm and stayed till they closed at 3. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by not just one but three people which really already had me thinking “I’m gonna like this place!” Because it’s rare that that happens when you feel genuinely welcomed into a restaurant! It’s so cute as soon as you walk in! Great for families and for your brunch buddies! You can come in brunchy dress type of outfit or even your jeans. Drinks were amazing we had these pineapple infused vodka shots that were so delicious I couldn’t shoot it I had to savor and sip on it. Also had tons of Mimosas which are always good. These also came with berries in the glasses! Food was just as great! I had the Eggs Benedict special they had going on that day which was with strips of meat (Braised short ribs) instead of salmon and that was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever have! My friends had the flautas (amazing), chicken and waffles (he cleared his plate), and the omelet of the day (she said was delicious)! Customer service was also outstanding as well! We had Alfonso as our waiter, Ayler brought us our drinks, and even the manager Bryce came by to say hello and chat with us! Great people, great place, great food! It’s even been on some tv shows before including 90 Day Fiancé, Gigolo’s (haha!), and with Bryce and Dalton from the food network or Wb but it was just featured on their YouTube. Pretty cool! I can’t wait to go back again!!!

*Beautiful atmosphere, clean & professional area* but was not happy with my experience here. :/ We came around 9am… the menu was quite limited. (CHICKEN & waffles is a lunch thing, not breakfast here) & we couldn’t have the French toast per the server takes a long time to make and it’s not ready. Shouldn’t that be something prepped before hand then? So we ended up getting the chicken sandwich.. it was dry but oily? the chicken was very oily & I promise the thick sauce was just dotted on, & not spread throughout the bread. So when I tried to spread it, it wasn’t enough to cover the entire bread. the potatoes 🥔 had no flavor when bitten into it. There was seasoning outside, but so plain on the inside? I had high expectations, since this places is beautiful & rated highly. Would not recommend;/.

The best meal I had in Las Vegas was, unsurprisingly, off the Strip. 😄DW Bistro is the brainchild of dynamic duo, Chef Dalton (who’s Jamaican) & frontman Bryce, whose love & care re: the menu, restaurant, customers is evident. Everything we ordered was delicious: 🔸CHICKEN CURRY — I’ve never had Jamaican curry so I absolutely had to try it. I requested for extra heat & true to form, this was a vibrant, wickedly spicy, phenomenally delicious bowl w sautéed assorted veggies on couscous. Strong, robust flavours! I was in heaven!! 😍 🔸JERK AHI COUSCOUS SALAD — That Jamaican jerk seared ahi was awesome, together with the goat cheese, pesto & truffle oil. Beautiful.😍 🔸PESTO TORTE — cream cheese & goat cheese, pesto, macadamia, served with crackers & crudités. I died. 😍 🔸FLAUTAS — never had these before. Crispy, crunchy rolled-up tacos (like spring rolls) with chicken, pico de gallo, avocado tomatillo & queso crema. 👍😍 🔸NM CHILE BURGER — jalapeño bacon, Jack cheese, New Mexican green chillis, chipotle mayo. JUICYYYYY 😍 🔸Desserts were off-menu: KEYLIME PIE (great combi of sweet & tart), and CHOC TARTS (smooth, rich ganache 😍) *** Jose the bartender wheeled over 5 awesome bourbons 🥃 to sample, capping a glorious lunch. DW Bistro is *the* gold star standard for food & service omg. ❤️

Went during Super Bowl Sunday brunch. Tried the jerk wings, had a side of fries, carrot cake and some vodka spritzer drink that grey goose was promoting. It was my first time so I’m not sure if there’s usually a DJ but it was loud and poppin.’ Server was great. Informative and prompt. Plenty of parking in the back. Shares a lot with the apartment complex in the back.

Can you say delicious! Everything we ordered was good, and even seeing the food on other tables made us want more. The Chilaquiles was super good and everything tasted very fresh. I am not a spice lover, but I was still able to eat this dish because the spice level was VERY mild. The Salmon Spinach DW Benedict tasted just as good as it looks. The staff were very attentive and more than kind. Be sure to check this place out!

I can’t say enough about this place.. it’s fire 🔥 I love the ambience, the comfortable outdoor seating, the welcoming attitude from all the staff, I mean it just checks all the boxes. If you like jerk spices and New Mexican fusion food than look no further. All I’ll say is sometimes it can be a wait (it’s worth the wait) but they let you enjoy a cocktail in the meantime. Also, if u like French toast they have a rendition that is too good for words just order it, you won’t regret it.

We’ve been coming to DW since they opened 12yrs ago. We love this place, food and service is always consistently good. Stand outs are the fried chicken waffles and the the chilaquiles. Awesome cocktails and happy hour too.

This is a great place off the beaten path. The interior is very open with high ceilings and plenty of space between tables and also has a bar. Depending on where you're seated you can have a nice view of the Spring Mountains or the Las Vegas Valley(especially at night). Our server was awesome and quite funny. The food is a Jamaican blend with items like jerk chicken, but they also have other items like grilled salmon, chili burger, etc. The food was outstanding! Our party of 5 had diverse tastes and ran the spectrum of spicy food to non-spicy food. They were happy to leave off anything too hot or spicy on request. We left absolutely stuffed and happy. The next time we're in town we will definitely stop by.

Great atmosphere and Luis, the bartender made our day and also the most delicious pineapple vodka martini ever. We loved the vibe, music, and decor of the place. Food options are limited for lunch but the pork dish was pretty good. Beautiful bar setup.

Moving to Vegas and was viewing apartments near here. Stopped for Lunch because I've never had Jamaican fusion before. Absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of the food. To me, how the food was plated made me more hungry! The Flautas blew my taste buds away, incredible. The Salmon Bowl was filling, the Salmon well seasoned and moist, not dry at all. Veggies were fresh and colorful. Gina was my bartender, she was very friendly. I cannot wait to come back here again!

The weekday menu is limited but good choices. I prefer this to huge menus. The food was prepared beautifully. I had the NM Chile Burger (very good), my friend had the Salmon bowl with Couscous and it reportedly was great. The French Fries were a stand out, crisp outside fluffy inside well seasoned. This restaurant is out of my local area but when on the west side I would definitely visit again.

Great drinks and food customer service could have been a bit better. Our server was a bit scattered throughout the dining experience. Waited over 30 minutes to get our check even we were in good company we were ready to go. Definitely would recommend for breakfast / brunch.

I had to arrange a lunch for 50 and it turned out wonderfully. I was nervous with that many people if our lunch was going to be delayed, but our all our food came out right on time, accurately. Christian and his staff did an incredible job moving the lunch right along. The food was excellent! Everyone raved about the atmosphere and they all thought their food was delicious. I would absolutely recommend DW Bistro for a their impeccable service and unique menu, perfect for everyone.

Excellent preparation of food and savory flavors. Very attentive and friendly service. Cool atmosphere and interior decor. Food portion was bit small for one plate but the other was plenty. The sliders were delicious and the key lime tort was also very good. The Jamaican Mule drink with tequila was excellent. Only thing negative was that the AC was a bit too cool.

Ok so I only came here because it was listed as a Black owned restaurant, however it’s not. The chef is black and hails from Jamaica. The assistant McKenzie was super nice and so was the entire staff. I enjoyed my visit and the atmosphere. I had the jerk fried chicken and it wasn’t as “jerk” as I was expecting. The greens and cornbread were good but I could have skipped the chicken as it was a bit bland. I ended up doctoring it up w/some honey and hot sauce mixed together to give it more flavor. I was only in town for a day but would visit again to try the brunch. 4 stars because the place is welcoming and inviting and the bartender made me an EXCELLENT Jamaican mojito!

We were so impressed ! The service was above and beyond and my Jamaican husband was pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavor of the jerk. It’s hard to find true Jamaican jerk. Even the detail of the banana leaf blew him away. I got the salad which was HUGE. This salad is like overflowing from the plate. I highly highly recommend coming here Thank you for taking such good care of us

DW Bistro is a great place! We came for their Concert in the Courtyard and all I can say is WOW. Bryce really loves the Las Vegas community. We had the flautas, couscous salad, and sliders. We had the DW Coffee and Jamaican Mule to drink. The food and atmosphere are phenomenal. Stop in and give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
