Mediocre fast food style restaurant. Nothing unique about this place. Our taco Tuesday’s at home are of better quality. I am positive that nothing in this restaurant is made in house. This place does not disappoint if you have low expectations. It lacks flavor and due to the fact that everything is generic nothing stands out. Vegas has better places to dine then this. The staff was great.

Im not vegan, but I really like the food that I have ordered her. Chilaquiles, al pastor fries, and the mole torta. I've tasted their street tacos, and they are really good too!...

This place is awful. I went for lunch with my husband the other day since we were in the area, and we like the original location a lot, but quickly we came to find out is not the same. the service we got was terrible. Salsas were bland and the nachos were a mess. I was going to say stay away from the tamales but really just stay away from this location period.

I came here to pick up dinner through the drive thru. They clearly were short staffed because I was asked to wait several minutes before giving my order. But when I pulled up to the drive they window I was prompted to pay, given my drinks, and then was sitting for about 15 minutes waiting for the attendant to bring my food. I watched through the window as another person inside complained & everyone who worked there gave him their attention while my food sat on the counter getting cold after paying $30. I knew it was my food because one of the women actually went back to close it up, but still left it there instead of bringing it to me. I watched as the original attendant proceeded to clean the dining area while she had a whole line of people in the drive thru. I had to turn my car off. Not once did someone from inside come check on us waiting for our food at the drive thru. The only reason I didn’t give my cold food back or ask for a refund was bc I’m pregnant and was starving. But this will be the last time I come to this location.

This was my first time going to this Pancho's vegan tacos location. I usually go to the Pancho's vegan tacos located on Tropicana. This particular pancho's was closest to my sister's house so we decided to go here to get a meal. I was so so disappointed at this location it's not even funny. We place an online order at 5:32 pm. The email informed us that the food would be ready at 6:02 pm. when we arrived at the drive-in to pick up the food it was 6:01 pm. The cashier informed me and my sister that two of the items we ordered they ran out of. She told my sister that she tried to call and was not able to reach us. That is a lie! We were by our phone the whole time. She then asked us if we would like to order something else to replace the missing items or will be just like a refund? we let her know we would just like a refund for the two dessert items they ran out of. Once I got the food in my hand I was so disappointed. The food was not hot at all, the food was not even lukewarm. You can tell by the saw he container the food was in it have been sitting for awhile. They probably made the food to get it out of the way and didn't bother to call us to tell us to come in and pick up our food early. Once I got home and opened the container I was even more upset. The food was even colder than I had imagined. the serving size is nothing like they give you when you dine in. There were only two scoops of beans and the rice wasn't even enough to get you halfway full. The enchiladas were extremely dry and lackluster and flavor. I had ordered an extra side of avocado for $1. I thought the avocado would be slice and place on top of the enchiladas but it was not. The avocado that they gave was very mushy and in a small container it seem to already be turning brown which meant it was old. I was so upset that I actually wasted money on this horrible horrible meal. The location on Tropicana I go to often the service is superb the food is always hot in the servings are very plentiful. I love ponchos so I will definitely give them another shot. This particular location on fort Apache is not one I would ever return to. I would not recommend coming here to get quality food. I am so disappointed in this experience I had to write a review to let them know to step it up and stop serving customers cold food!

Try this place - you won’t be disappointed!!! They have a big menu so it was hard to choose. We got the supreme fries with the chickend and it was so good. I could have just eaten those for my lunch. I also got the huaraches with mushrooms and it was heavenly. Husband got the California burrito - it was huge! We will definitely be back!!!

My mom and kids love coming here because it's right by her house. They always get crunchy tacos, but I tried a chorizo burrito and enjoyed it. The place is clean and the service was very friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, and it cracked me up that you can get bottle service with mixers if you like. I would go back.

Had Mothers day lunch. Place was clean and cool, they also played some good easy to listen to music and had one of those awesome short film channels on. Menue was great and food was amazing 👏 They are also about the vegan and clean life culture. Recommend

I enjoyed the spicy chorizo taco more than the California burrito but both dishes had nice seasonings and came out quick. I'm not sure if this place gets more traffic on days closer to the weekend but it was pretty much empty the entire time I ate my meal. The staff were really nice but not many mandatory mask being worn by the staff which was a bit concerning. Great decor and very clean. I would recommend trying their delicious street tacos!

I had dined here while on a business trip with family. I throughly enjoyed my meal and I tip my hat to the chefs that prepared it. This establishment has great plating food presentation and beautiful aesthetic that really elevates your food experience. The food was surprisingly very filing. I really enjoy having a vegan meal as I have many food allergies. I spoke with the kind server Jen and asked her to break down the Vegan meat options as I was looking to try out their Mole in-house made sauce. Their mole was a creamy, light-weight sauce, smooth on the tongue and not rich in taste. I believe they have a great Mole recipe, it's unlike other mole's I've had the opportunity to taste Thus far. I regularly wouldn't order an Al pastor Mole Enchilada however our server Jen helped me better interpret the menu and I felt for today the flavors and textures may compliment one another. The Al pastor was filing, well marinated with traditional flavoring and had yummy bits of roasted Pineapple. Take note, this vegan cheese does not melt this is common within vegan cheeses. I enjoyed the smooth creaminess of the beans and I did notice the flavor was quite unique as it does not have animal fat in it, a more modern take on a traditional dish. The Spanish Rice had great color, great presentation style and the flavors in the rice were very familiar to the traditional dish. I appreciate the vegan sour cream. If I had known the plating style I would have, asked for it on the side. My party and I were attacked by a group of flies that had snuck in after a large party of guests walked through the entrance. The selection of Music was nice, not too loud and the noise filled up the almost empty dining hall which made it feel even more an relaxed dining experience. Jen made her way back around to my table and came with a glass and gave me a free refill to go of the Agua Frescas mixed Lemonade drink. This kind gesture made my day and I won't forget my great experience dining at this location. I enjoyed my dining experience my company was happy to dine here and actually looked forward to it for months. I highly recommend dining at this location for their customer service, and inviting culture they foster. I hope my next dining experience doesn't include making fashioning table napkins into tents to cover your plate, protecting it from the flys. This food also heats up very well for left overs.

Jen & Ashlee were the star of my night. Such beautiful people, providing incredible service. All recommendations were so tasty & we even got to try a couple of new tequilas that I have yet to have had. They had latin night when I went (Friday I believe) & it was really good. Live percussion & a phenomenal deejay. It wasn’t too busy; but it was nice for experiencing a new place for the first time. All in all, nothing you could order will be bad & the company you get, is priceless. Can’t wait to come back.

First timer here and let me tell you it was goooood! I definitely recommend the sopes with vegan asada and the vegan asada fries are great too. They have amazing agua frescas as well. And the restaurant has a great atmosphere. You have to try it at least once!

Sooo YUMMY!! Pancho’s is Fantastic! Amazing quality and taste Vegan food! My favorite is the mushroom taco! So great to have such a variety of vegan food and there is something for everyone although I would have liked to have more vegetable options😊 And the service was pretty great, our server was attentive and very helpful

😍🥰😍 delicious food, really kind staff, and great prices. Order a taco platter and try their different “meat” options—the al pastor is awesome. You’ll definitely want to order a burrito and tamale when they have them. Wishing there was a MN location.

Great food but lacking service. We love the food so much we come here at least once a week. Sometimes up to 3 times a week. However as many times as I’ve been here they have never had tamales. Not sure what the deal with that is but they say they didn’t get any?? Also same with some dessert items as well. This company has a great opportunity during these times. We still love the food but the leadership here needs to care a little more. I’ve gotten the impression that I’ve seen new faces often there is because they are just left to figure it out and not given much direction. Get someone in there to consult the business to see where cost of production needs to be reduced to bring down some of your prices and invest in your employees. Thank you.

I was impressed just from walking in the door. It's a great place to gather with lots of tables and space and beautiful set. I am not easily impressed but its love at first bite. I feel like i found a gem.

I’ve only ordered once from the Tropicana location and my experience there wasn’t bad. I ordered a burrito and 3 (asada) taco plate from this location and am so disappointed. It was flavorless and dry. It looked pretty sad to begin with. There was hardly any cilantro or onions on it. I didn’t even have salsa to be able to cover up the taste, which made it worse. I guess I should’ve asked for it in the notes for my order, I assumed they would add some. Overall bummed.

I hesitated to post this review. I’m not a fan of tearing businesses down, especially Vegan ones. Unfortunately, I was beyond disappointed with my most recent visit. We had family visiting and of course I absolutely love to treat my (non-vegan) family to delicious Vegan food. Panchos is at the top of our favorites list but I usually order from the other two locations. Anyhow, we ordered over $100 worth of food and I was absolutely embarrassed at the condition the food arrived in. The beans had obviously sat out and were at this point dehydrated. The sauce on our Chile relleno and chilaquiles was a nasty thick paste. The burritos were wrapped in what seemed like raw unheated tortillas that were barely playable. I had ordered carne asada in our Chile relleno and it came stuffed with dry beans. I felt so bad for our visitors who I’m sure felt obligated to eat it, considering we had just spent over $100 on this takeout. However, I called Pancho’s the next day to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation that I had tried to explain in the most loving way. I was told the manager would call me back. She never did. It’s been 2 weeks. And yes I kindly called to remind them that I was waiting for a call and still nothing. This makes me sad because If I owned a restaurant, I would want to know where I could make improvements to provide the best service possible. I can only hope that you learn from this review.

The worst price and beans I've ever had. But the green enchilada was decent. I still cant believe a mexican place has rice and beans that awful. Wouldnt reccomend at all.

  • 5/5 Amanda H. 3 years ago on Google
Food was great! The wet burrito is HUGE! Taco plate was awesome as well as the supreme fries with carnitas. The “meats” are well seasoned and cooked so they don’t taste funky. Everything we ordered was excellent. Service was on point as well. We are a vegan family who highly recommends. Nummynummyeats.com I will blog about our visit here.
