The new girl overnight she’s really new I think she wears glasses is honestly one of the worst and slowest employees at this location and I also saw her loitering around while she was cleaning she would stop to talk to some tall buff guy instead of finishing cleaning her section and she would leave the front desk unattended for multiple minutes at a time and there was a lot of people coming in and checking in and also trying to ask questions. She also has preferences on who gets to go on the black card section first.

It's cool the staff is awesome definitely a cool place to get a workout get a massage and use all the other cool machines to help you relax after a good workout

Always clean...staff is always pleasant and professional. Love this place. Only 2 issues I've had is that the wellness pod is not always in service and random patrons come in to the 30 minute workout area to use a specific machine and sometimes stay on that machine so long I am unable to fully complete the workout due to one or more machines being occupied by someone not doing the actual 30 minute workout that area is designed to do. Its a bit annoying and inconsiderate on their part and there should be a sign to discourage this from happening so the people serious about completing the full workout can get max results.

Planet fitness is a judgement-free zone you work with change employees or you work alone they have everything to fit your needs there I enjoy being a member there .They have guest pass to see if you would like to join, it is optional

The supervisor was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I asked several questions about the mysterious charges on my account, he proceeded to yell at me and belittle me saying I need to listen when I was just explaining what’s going on. Refused to give me his name after being asked 3 times. Will not be visiting this gym again. Cancelled my membership. What a waste of money when EOS or any other gym has better hospitality.

I love planet fitness

It's great only problem I have are the rest room I know they try there best to keep it clean as possible but when I'm trying to wash my hard there's no hand soap or paper towels, I work out around 1am stop around 4am biggest problem are the showers they hardly look clean that's what I only wish they kept clean.

This is my go to gym since its really close to my house and I'm in the gym really early in the morning. But right now that it is cold they never turn on the heater and its really cold in the gym and the restrooms. I looked at the temperature this morning and it was 52 degrees in the gym area. But when your sweating and battling the cold you tend to get sick. I asked one of the workers to turn on the heat and thy told me only the manager controls the heating system. Please turn on the heat on a little.

I would've rated this gym 4-5 stars previously. Rather clean - minus some trash cans that needed to be emptied on occasion. Busy - but what would you expect from a gym? The massage beds were broken - normal gym problems. However , tonight at the gym (09/25/2023), a star was lost due to lack of concern from the Planet Fitness front desk employee. At 7:58 p.m., an elderly gentleman was working out on some equipment. While transferring to his wheelchair, he fell to the ground- stuck between his power wheelchair and the exercise equipment. I , along with bystanders who noticed his plight, were trying to get him up. He groaned in pain while trying to be lifted to his wheelchair. I got the attention of the young man at the front desk and informed him the elderly gentleman had fallen and was having trouble getting back up. With no sense of urgency, he glanced over - seeing what the fuss was about. HE NEVER EVEN WENT TO CHECK ON THE MAN. The lack of empathy, concern and outright indifference shown by the employee was appalling. If that had been my grandpa, I would be livid at the lack of care displayed. I hope that the elderly gentleman gets a letter or call from Planet Fitness to check on his well-being and to apologize for their employee's lack of concern.

This is a good location especially for the side of town it's in. It's clean in the equipment is in good condition. They have sanitation spray and paper towels to keep the equipment clean. I go at nights and it's a cool calm environment. I would definitely recommend going to this location.

Love this location as it is so close and convenient the only thing I do have a issue with and it's been an ongoing issue is that I go every day before my shift so I take my gym bag to hit the shower after well you have to leave the water on ATLEAST 40 MINS so that it can get alittle barely even warm that's pretty frustrating

Love this location but it is missing one of my favorite machines ( whatever the core twist machine is called for abs and sides) Also PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TURN DOWN THE HEAT. You should NOT start sweating as soon as you walk in the door plus that makes germs grow that much faster

its so hot and stuffy in there and nobody does anything about it. it wasnt like this last winter. its hard to get a workout during a lunch break because you start pouring sweat just from stretching there. you either have to go back to work pouring sweat after a workout or cut your workout in half to shower. and the showers rarely get hot water and the bathroom is freezing, it makes no sense.

What more can I say then I love the staff at planet fitness and the staff and members make sure that we clean the machines before and after every use we wear a masks etc. I go everyday different times of the day to workout and the staff is always so friendly. I'm there so much They become apart of my family. I ,❤️ planet fitness and the staff

I've been here several times when my usual gym was too far away to go to. The machines were well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet, even when a decent number of people were in there! I haven't had a bad experience yet and would recommend anyone go here. Thinking about making this my go-to gym from now on.

The new girl they hired not long ago she’s there until 10 I think is horrible! Also when she’s cleaning I’ve seen her talking to her acquaintances instead of cleaning and she’s also a super slow worker she takes forever to help people at the front desk.

I rarely do reviews and when I do it’s for a reason. I called in back in January to cancel my membership as I moved and where I moved to there is no planet fitness in the area so I figured why pay for something I’m not using. Anyways, when I called (back in January ) the employee did not mention I had to go other routes to cancel my membership he made it seem as though he would take care of it over the phone. I wake up today and the annually $49 was withdraw from my account. I called and Luke answered. Very bad customer service I explained to him my situation and he basically called me a liar and was yelling and talking over me stating “THERES NO NOTES ON YOUR ACCOUNT CALL BACK AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ILL LEAVE YOUR NUMBER BASICALLY THERES NOTHING HE CAN DO” Told me I’m not listening to what he’s saying you cant cancel over phone. I don’t work there and that’s not my problem that I was misled. Luke needs better Customer service and better ways to help customers that gets misinformed.

The employees are the most attentive and polite when I was there. The machines work properly and I had never had an issue in the establishment. Give those employees a raise! Sincerely, me.

To be honest everything is pretty organized and its clean also thanks to everyone who actually clean after yourself every time you use a machine! 🥰

My experience at Planet Fitness has been nothing short of spectacular!! For starters the front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The gym itself was very clean and the equipment was very clean as well ! I look forward to going there everyday

From my experience it’s been okay. The only thing I don’t like it how much the first time charge is for signing up. And how little equipment there really is for everyone you most of the time are gonna have to wait to use a machine which I don’t like. It’s could be better but it’s not bad.

I love the calm and friendly nature of of the employees. It’s always a pleasure to talk with them, wether if its about different workout types or just general a conversation. They are always polite and helpful.

4.3 ACTUALLY it's good if you want to just stay in shape... If your looking to get super huge this isn't the place....the black card isn't really in used here I go and use the massage chairs they never asked me or do I need to use the app to go in the room... Makes me wonder if I wasted money should have just went with the 10 dollars in stead of 25.00.. plus after you pay your annual dues it brings the total 27.00 a month more then LVAC... I don't know I'll try it alittle longer .. before I cut

Staff was amazing, I signed up for my membership the day I went. 🙌 The guys at front desk were warm & friendly, & the gentleman who gave me the tour was so nice & helpful so that when I do go I won't be lost. He even showed me how to use some of the equipment I had questions about.

Honest review here.... I was homeless for a month before I moved in my apartment and I came here to shower , work out and use the ac and massage chairs maybe to charge my phone and everytime I came in I didn't feel judged ...Ive kept my membership because of it honestly even if I don't go as much

ONE PERSON SHOULD NOT DISTURB OTHER MEMBERS WORKOUT! This gym would be five stars except they allow a woman who coughs, spittles and makes guttural noises take over the gym treadmill area. Spittle Lady does this the ENTIRE time! Members who know don't go on treadmills in front of her. Unless they want to be totally disgusted and coughed on!. Many members have mentioned this to the staff. And nothing has been done about it! How about instructing her to cover her mouth when she coughs? And enforcing it. That is just common courtesy! SHE DID NOT HAVE THROAT SURGERY! And if she did that is not an excuse for disturbing all members who are around her! When a person coughs it travels 50 feet. That is the length of the gym floor! ALL members should have a pleasant workout!

Perfect gym for the average person looking to better themselves while being budget friendly. There are smith machines but no free weight benches. Plenty of dumbbells all the way up to 110. The spa is a night touch with water massage tables for an extra fee.

I hate when people give false information with a smile and try to act like you are at fault. That's exactly what this blond lady at front dest did. Walked in for a nice workout with the wife, and upon entering, we were immediately blasted to sign in. Told to sign in as a guest. Acted like we were not actual members. The encounter left a bad taste in our mouths, and we went to cancel. The blond lady at the counter told us with such enthusiasm that we were able to cancel our membership in person, no problem. Come to find out, she had no idea what she was talking about. Have to email planet fitness...Straight up didn't know her own job. Maybe being an uppity b* isn't a good look, especially when you don't even know your own job!

Could use a mop job in the booths but it's alright. Equipment seems like they need new internal batteries bc it loses your progress immediately after you stop to get a drink. I'll still go though. Stock's going to the 🌛too.

Friend took me here. It was very clean and had everything for a good workout. Thinking of getting my own membership here!

I really love the when i walk in to Planet Fitness it's like peace and sincerity, to me just to my cardio, but at the same time I need this mentally and physically, because I have lost so much, my daughter, and this helps me take mind off of just thinking in that moment, So thank you Planet Fitness Team, you guys are awesome.

this is my home gym, i don't come as often as i should but whenever i show up, it's clean, not many people and relatively new equipment, the front desk staff are always cool, patrons often exercise bad gym etiquette though

Could be decent, but certain things about this gym are janky. Like some of the equipment being broken, there's almost NEVER hot water, and while both men's toilets are disgusting instead of cleaning them the worker is sitting down in here with me on his phone as I type

The staff here is extremely polite and friendly! They let me use and abuse the massage room every time with smiles on their faces! Great location! 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥🦾👊🏾

They have all the equipment you need without the high price. The employees always greet customers when they enter and when they leave.

Not the best gym to workout at they dint have free weights and have to many rules that seem dumb oh and they also have free pizza on Mondays not very good for people that want to workout and lose weight or build muscle staff is the only thing thats good about planet fitness and the guy that cleans it is always clean but there are better gyms out there

The gym equipment is basic to put it nicely, the gym itself is never dirty but it feels grimy and dirty especially when you see the roof leaking anytime there is a drip of rain. Now the worst part about this place is the bathrooms, they always smell like vomit and there is rarely soap. I again had to ask the people in the front for some soap so I can clean my hands after relieving myself, and the staff are passive aggressive and rude like I am inconsiderate for asking. We are in the middle of a public health crisis, I would like to clean my hands, I would think my membership dues could cover soap. I guess you get what you pay for with planet shitness

I think the gym needs more machines, the space to do chest is very limited, it also has no pool, or humid steam, it's great because you don't have to pay a contract, but you're paying $ 22, in Vegas we have other gyms that have $ 25 all services, and space is greater

Love working out and they are following COVID guidelines and require members to clean the equipment after they use.

I kinda rate an establishment by how clean the rest room is, they get an A for that, they had ample cleaning stations throughout the gym, the people are friendly and most, but not all are practicing a safe distance from each other, this is my go to gym when I am in Las Vegas 😉

I have been attending this gym for a little while. I really like to come early at about 4-5 am because I like working out with as little people as possible but even when I go at 4:30-5:30 pm it is really not as crowded as some gyms I have been to. Planet Fitness doesn’t have all the best machines/free weights but it is enough for someone who’s not a serious weight lifter (not what planet fitness is for anyway). Never have any issues here and the bathroom/locker room is nice.

It's a big gym with a lot of different machines, only 3 shower stalls here. The planet fitness' on the west side of town are much nicer and have updated tanning beds and treadmills you can run on with out them bouncing all around.

When remodeling the store interrupts your work out or tanning it's a problem especially when they don't say anything about it! Just show up and the place in under construction! Ask the people at the desk when it's going to be done so you don't keep been charged cause you can't use the gym or tanning beds! I understand things need to be changed out and worked on, but at what cost to the customers do you tell your customers youoght want to hold your payments or something instead of still collecting payments when every time atleast when I go in I can't do what I need to do cause something is in the way like people remodeling! Ugh make it make sense.for planet fitness not to send out notifications so people don't waste they time and gas money. 🙄

One of the planet fitness centers i go too...I go to at least 4 different ones it's the area I'm working at or it on my way home.ill go to the closet one.laid back place no one is slamming the weights around...perfect for me .it the same price as LVAC but PF rates you as a black card member for that price..so you can use all of their amenites

I really enjoyed going to this gym in the beginning however I signed up for the yearly membership because for me that would be easier I noticed that they are charging me yearly plus they are charging me monthly which I do not seem to understand how you can charge me for a year but every month I am still being charged every month so when you add that up it's really like they're getting paid twice to me and when I called to ask them they're like oh yeah that's normal not talk to other people that have a membership at Planet Fitness and they signed up for a year and they only recharge for the year they were not charge monthly as well so I just plan to cancel my membership here because it's really costing me a lot of money and it's not worth it I'll go somewhere else where they charge you for a year that's it

This planet fitness is the closest to my house but I have only gone here twice in one year and both times have been disappointed so I go to the other ones. It looks nice but they do not have all the equipment that the other planet fitnesses do. Now it is under construction maybe they will but the VIP room stuff is in front of the main open lobby with all the construction stuff for you to use A (1) bed. That is unacceptable.

I love my gym and Jose always checks on me and my coworker just disappointed my trainer is gone but all in all I love this gym.

There's a girl with short hair that works the front desk with no sense of common courtesy, rude and just has no people skills whatsoever. If the gym wasn't 2 minutes from my house or had another option near by? I wouldn't go there.

The tall skinny kid was very helpful when I asked how one of the machines worked. I’m a beginner and he made me feel very welcome. I believe his name was Luke? Either way I love this location and will continue to work out here because of the welcoming environment!

The club is kept super clean. I joined January 1st and have been there twice. The entire staff was cleaning the club from top to bottom. I've never seen that before, and I've been going to gyms more for 38 years. Much cleaner than some of EOS Fitness' gyms, where I have a membership, too. In addition, they have plenty of weighs and equipment.

The changing rooms have a soaking wet floor bc the showers drain to them. You need to change in them and not the locker room because there is always a man working in the women’s locker room. The curtains are see through and do not close completely, so my socks get soaking wet in exchange for 40% privacy while changing. There is no hook or chair in the red light room for you to put your things so my things get covered in dust every time I go in there and put them on the floor. There is no clock anywhere in the whole gym to keep track of your work out time. By far the worst planet fitness I’ve been to in Vegas

Both the hip abduction machines don't quite work right and that's kind of a small detail that will give you the overall atmosphere in this gym. They're currently remodeling so hopefully it'll be better but I wish they would just fix the machines and invest in more, a lot of the machines they only have one so you're waiting forever.

They are thieves, when you spend time with them they take more money from you and they say it is because the account that was there was not valid. Be careful
