Great Tuna Sandwich. I highly recommend it.

Taking my order was grueling but the young cashier was doing her best. It took easily 8-10mins to take our order of two 8inch tuna sub combos on wheat. See the pic of what an 8" wheat bread sub looks like. The only redemption is it was delicious! They deserve a second chance. Bathrooms were very clean.

Verv slow. About 7 minutes after order placed. Employees talk a lot. This was at 1:15pm in the early afternoon, a slow part of the day. It isn't what it used to be. Oh well. Time to go elsewhere.

I've been going to this Jimmy John's for pretty long while I usually get there about 10 till 10 before they closed so apparently the young lady that made my sandwich thought it would be a funny idea not to put meat on it about time I discovered there's no meat on it it's 1001. Thanks. At McDonald's. Wow

A GREAT RESTAURANT I VISIT ONCE OR MORE A MONTH, WHEN I COME DOWN TOWN THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY NICE, I ALWAYS FEELS RESPECTED, AND WELCOME TO COME THERE, NOT ALL DOWN TOWN IS LIKE THAT, I BUY 2 BOX LUNCHES, THEY HAVE, THE BEST TUNA SANDWICH, WITH A PICKLE,A GREAT COOKIE ,AND A BAG CHIPS, TO ME WELL WORTH THE PRICE, THEY HAVE A GREAT SANDWICH. TO ME KINDNESS ONLY TAKES A MINUTE, HELLO,, MORNING, A GREAT PlACE.

I ordered at 1115 am. Food was supposed to arrive delivered at 1215. Called at 1255 when app said delivered, and person that answered call stated food had been delivered to wrong address and they were picking it up for redelivery. (Yuck) Never offered a discount or to remake sandwiches. It's 115 now and my lunch is over.. still no food.

Web ordered here twice. Food is always done before I get there. No complaints!!! (12/22) Edit: the delivery side if things sucksssssss. Took over 30 mins to receive my order that was 4 mins away. Pickup only at this (5/23)location.

Chk#299 when I received my sandwich I asked if I could add tomato and the clerk told me there was tomato on the bottom of the sandwich. I wanted to add tomato to the top as well but I wasn't allowed to apparently.

Called to place a delivery order. Very polite call taker, very accurate order, very polite and courteous delivery driver! Delicious and accurate order, will order as often as possible for my lunch 🤘

Just wished this place stayed open till 8pm. That way, I could grab a sub on my way home after work.

The people that work at JJ's are awesome! Service is always accurate, helpful, and fast. As far as sandwiches go, they're pretty good; they could be better and other people do it better and that could be said the same as for the atmosphere. It's a go-to for my lunch downtown.

Always very good service when I come here for lunch. Very clean as well. Best deal in this part of downtown as far as cost goes. Greatly prefer it to other sandwich places.

It would have been 5 stars but my order was to go, i had other items in my hands but they didn't put them in a bag (is that a normal Jimmy Johns procedure?) I had to ask for a bag and the one he gave me was the smallest possible bag. No thank you have a good day. So they lost a customer service star.

Jimmy Johns sandwiches are amazing...but the real star is the employees at this location. I was dumb today and ordered at the wrong store online. They volunteered to go get it for me and make it right while subtly taking the blame when I know that was my error. I'm a loyalist for life because that was above and beyond.

Always great food and fast service.

Refused to deliver to us at Norton Children's Hospital. Said the E Market St location was supposed to deliver to us, but that location said it was W Jefferson. How about one of decide you want some business and make the delivery.

Neither of the Jimmy John's ckose to where I live will deliver here.Not the one on Market, orJefferson. If I am willing to walk there, I can eat there.. Delivery isn't ann option anymore.And I love their Unwich. By losing Dosker Manor, that's a lot of business.
