We
really
want
to
share
our
expierence
with
this
incompetent
hotel.
We
booked
this
hotel
24
hours
before
checkin
claiming
in
green
and
in
bold
"Free
cancelation",
on
the
next
day
of
the
actual
check
in
I've
started
to
present
some
symptoms
of
Covid
19
such
as
fever.
We
immediately
decided
to
go
back
home
and
cancel
the
rest
of
our
trip.
We
immediately
let
the
hotel
know
which
replied
not
even
by
a
sorry
to
hear
you
are
sick,
or
thanks
for
letting
us
know,
but
by
a
very
rude
"YOU
NEED
TO
PAY
IN
ANY
CASE".
They
did
not
even
say
thank
you
for
letting
us
know,
any
normal
professional
behavior
that
you
would
expect
from
a
professional
establishment.
Further
more
we've
found
out
via
booking.com
that
they
had
5
more
rooms
available
for
that
night.
Since
the
room
as
been
booked
for
less
than
24
hours
and
since
they
have
more
availabilities
for
the
same
night
it
seems
completely
FAIR
to
cancel
and
not
charge
90%
of
the
fee.
It's
been
even
suggested
that
it
would
have
been
better
to
show
up
(and
infect
everyone?)
We
are
truly
considering
taking
legal
action
against
this
hotel
who
forces
individuals
to
show
up
when
having
signs
of
corona
virus.
This
hotel
management
have
no
sense
of
business
trying
to
cash
wherever
and
whenever
possible
(this
has
been
confirmed
by
other
reviews
on
Google.)
It
is
a
bunch
of
unrespectful
individuals
who
only
try
to
take
advantage
of
the
situation
and
from
the
potential
clients.
Do
not
care
about
word
of
mouth,
doing
false
claims
about
free
cancelation,
and
not
finding
any
correct
solutions
in
such
an
extrem
cases.
When
reading
the
negative
reviews
we've
been
reassured
to
read
that
many
individuals
felt
the
same
way
and
have
been
over
charged
in
an
unfair
manner,
that
is
more
identified
as
stealing
than
legal
normal
business.
I
would
advice
to
stay
VERY
far
from
this
hotel
who
clearly
do
not
know
the
basics
of
the
hospitality
industry
as
being
kind
and
trying
to
offer
solutions
instead
of
treating
people
in
a
extremely
rude
manner.
We'll
definitely
let
people
know
from
our
side
and
we'll
engage
further
action
as
it
is
against
local
rules
and
regulation
which
ask
people
to
go
in
quarantine.
We'll
definitely
remember
this
behaviour
in
such
an
extrem
case!
