This was the sorriest service I have had anywhere. I ordered curbside pick up and arrived at the time emailed to me. I parked and called the stores. I sat on hold for 10 min until I went in. I told the server I was there to pick up my order. I was told that my order wasn't ready. I waited another 20 min for my order. When I get home my order wasn't even close to what I ordered. The eggs were cold, my wife's omelet was not what she ordered, no pancakes were in the bag and who added chocolate chips to a fruit bowl. The kicker is the ticket on the bag had my order exactly right but apparently nobody knows how to read. What really has made me mad is that I have been on hold to talk to the manager for 30 minutes and nobody has picked up. The only person happy with this meal are my dogs!

One star is too many. Worst ihop I have ever been too. Never bring food out to curbside pickup so don’t waste your time ordering it that way. Always have to go inside after waiting 20 plus minutes. No one ever answers the phone. The staff are always clueless. Apparently can NEVER see your order. So your order isn’t started till you show them your email proof of placing it and Then they start it. So wait another 30 minutes cause they either don’t have a chef or they only have one working. Place is literally NEVER busy. So no idea what the staff are doing. Besides walking around with our shoes on. Place is always filthy so their not cleaning. So no idea. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Drive 30 minutes away and go to Burleson ihop. This place should be shut down. Just read the other negative comments. Also good luck getting a refund Waited an additional 20 minutes to be told to come back tomorrow for a refund.

Wife wanted some pancakes and ordered our food off the app. Time said fifteen minutes. I arrived exactly at that time. Food wasn't ready. More people walked in after I did, and everyone just waited. Employee's kept walking by and not sitting anyone. More customers left then being seated. It took another 20 minutes for me to finally get food. IHOP gradually gets worse throughout the years.

My husband, young daughter, and myself stopped in for breakfast this morning. We were seated by a kind hostess and given our menus. We decided to leave after about 15 minutes of no one waiting on us at all...no drinks...nothing. No one even talked to us and about 3 or 4 servers walked past us numerous times. I am sure everyone was doing their best, but great improvements need to be made here.

Horrible Experience! The restaurant was not busy. At least 50% of the tables were empty. I counted 10 employees. We arrived along with 2 other parties at the same time. No greater and we waited 10 minutes before someone helped us. Twice employees came to the front but didn’t acknowledge any of us. Then a scattered young man seated us. Again no one came to wait on us take a drink order. We waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. I emphasize the restaurant was not busy. I would have been understanding, I’ve waited 30 minutes to be seated when a place is busy. The employees seemed confused, disorganized and no since of urgency. When we left I asked the young man that seated us what was the problem today. He shrugged his shoulders and asked what did I mean. REALLY!! Worst IHOP EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. Usually IHOP is great. Not the Cleburne IHOP

*** DO NOT COME HERE *** WASTE OF TIME we arrived at 10:00 am and got seated right away! The restaurant was not busy. There were at least 6 parties already seated with their drinks. We waited 50 minutes and decided to leave. Restrooms are disgusting. Everyone who was seated had ZERO food. They have plenty of servers but no cook staff in the back. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We went at dinner time and there were not a lot of people there. There was only 1 waitress and the food took over an hour to come out. We got our food after a larger group who came in after us. I ordered the cinnastack pancakes and they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I showed the waitress my pancakes vs the picture on the menu and she just shrugged it off. Didn't fix the order or reduce the price. Horrible and slow service.

Food took a long time, hash browns were ice cold, bacon half raw. Finish breakfast and waited forever for pancakes, and they were doughy in the middle. Poor experience for a $29 before tip breakfast for two. Should have ate at home. Waitress was nice...only good thing about breakfast; won't be back.

After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to notice us, after having 4 wait staff walk by us without acknowledging us, BTW, there were multiple open tables. We finally were walked to the other side of the restaurant, where we waited for 10+ minutes for a waitress to realize no one had helped us. We quickly ordered but wait over 15 minutes for our food. My Husband attempted to to use the restroom, but there were no towels and the urinal was. flooded. The food was good, but nothing else about out visit acceptable.

I see a lot of negative reviews and I hate to beat a place up, but unfortunately, I am going to have to join the bad review bandwagon because this was the absolute worst experience that I have had at any restaurant in a long time. We were one of three tables, and the service was painfully slow. We waited to be sat. A spoon falls out of the rolled up napkin and onto the floor. The waiter picks it up and puts it back into the napkin! Doesn't bother to get a new one! Then we wait over 20 minutes for simple meals and the worst part is, the food is coming out piece meal. The manager doesn't come out to check on anyone. We ask for condiments. Fifteen minutes later, I get up and go into the kitchen to get condiments. Food is now cold, and one person at the table doesn't have food yet, which is chocolate pancakes. Had to wait long periods for everything. Had to wait for refills. Apparently, checking in on your customers when only 3 tables were full is difficult. Then we ask for our ticket....get this...they don't have cash!!! This is a poorly ran business. No sense of urgency. Failed on customer satisfaction and experience. With an experience like this, it doesn't appear that this particular location has any leadership. The only positive was that this place was clean.

Waited a very long time to be greeted. We were finally escorted to a table by a guy wearing a dirty waste management shirt. Very few servers, tons of empty tables. Slow service, incomplete orders. Food was ok.

Went inside this morning (Sunday) with my husband, we were seated by a very friendly hostess, but after that it went downhill. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one even looked our way. There was even a waitress that bumped into my husband while delivering the check and to go boxes to the table next to us. Then she went back to sweeping and ignoring us. There were 3 families in that whole place including us. I recommend visiting the Chaf-In for a much better experience and food!!!

Delicious food. Number one for Blueberry pancakes 🥞 😋. Our waitress was SLAMMED!! I think she was flying solo, maybe one other waitress and it was crazy busy. With all that she did her job with a smile and Great customer service.

I’ve never had a good experience here, which is so disappointing. I have loved IHOP all my life, but this one is just lost. Last to go order I got I waited 50 minutes for and then when I got home I didn’t get everything I ordered. When I came in for the to go order I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There was a man bringing food out in street clothes fit for a bar. Nothin on him had any type of employee identification. There were a few people who came in to be seated while I was waiting for my food and they were not acknowledged for long periods of time either. They were not busy. The women’s bathroom was out of order. I can say that it was so clean that I heard someone make a comment that they thought the restaurant was brand new. But what is cleanliness worth if you’re waiting 50 minutes for pancakes and eggs with 2 toddlers.

Tried to order Crepes but nobody was on staff that could make them. Food that was ordered was ehhh... if that. I've eaten IHOP all over the country and I praise the chain for it's consistency, but this was without question the worst experience I've had dining there.

It was a disaster! There was only 1 cook, few waitresses and a hostess that didn't speak English. After being totally ignored by the staff for 30 minutes and speaking up about it, a very kind waitress seated us. She explained the situation, took our orders and then told us about the cook. We were actually there 2 hours...just to have pancakes!

It is ok; basic breakfast food but ordinary. I can make a better meal at home. Becky was an excellent server. I gave her a decent tip. She makes the restaurant special.

Every time I go there is NEVER anyone at the front desk and most everyone is in the kitchen at all times so I have to stand around for a long time to be seated even if I'm the only one here like right now. I'm actually sitting on the front desk waiting for service.

Ordered a steak, they were out. Gave me cold potatoes and my sons pancakes were cold. It’s like the cook didn’t want to cook today. Please figure it out. The picture is when I sent the cold potatoes back.

I really thought the old saying “third times a charm” would be accurate here…WRONG! We have tried to come here three times and every time the service is horrible. We never complain and we typically suffer through it because they are one of the few places that offer gluten free waffles and pancakes. Unfortunately today was our last straw. When we arrived our server had four tables so no reason to be overwhelmed or offer terrible service. He seemed very agitated that he had to take our order which was weird…you do know you work for tips, right??? We sat at our table waiting on our food for a little over an hour. No drinks. When our food arrived it looked soggy like it had been sitting there a while so I touched it. It was not even luke warm but actually cold. About five minutes later he showed up with our bacon and hash browns. I said, “Sir, this food is cold.” He yanked it off of the table slinging the silverware and blueberry juice all over my daughter then stormed off. He never apologized and to my knowledge we were never rude. I’m not going to spend my hard earned money in a place that treats people so poorly. The sweet couple next to us saw what happened and got up to walk out also. I see there are far more bad reviews than good ones so it’s clear the owner and management are not trying to fix the problem. There are a ton of local restaurants that are delicious and appreciate your business. Save your money and don’t ruin your day even over gluten free blueberry waffles!

our server was extremely nice and really helpful, however wait time was ridiculous. waited about 45 to an hour for food, and when food arrived the hashbrowns were lukewarm and the omelet was poorly assembled. everything else was prepared well, and customer service was amazing, but the time wait greatly affected the evening.

The staff was great!! Everyone who helped were friendly. The service was slow though. It wasnt really an issue for me as I didn't have anything to do later but chores. I'm pretty sure they're short handed but that's no excuse for the cleanliness. It wasn't dirty dirty but there was food under my table, which I dont even think the table was clean. The food was great. Probably the best tasting location I've been to.

The waitress was slow. The way we ordered our eggs cook was incorrect. The food was cold. Another table ordered 10 mins after us and received their food before us. It's only eggs and bacon and toast. That's a fast, easy breakfast. We assumed that our food was just out of sitting before it was given to us. We had a doctor's appointment in less than 15 mins, so we just ate a little of it and had to rush and leave. Otherwise, I would have sent it back. I was disappointed with how everything turned out. It was my first visit there.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Arrived to the restaurant after order said ready for pickup. Waited 30 min to get the complete wrong order. They didn’t want to talk to any of the 15 people waiting to be seated. Then waited another 20 min for them to not even give me my entire order. This was actually the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Cold food that I didn’t order, I had to call over people to talk to, and still didn’t even get my correct order, and spent almost $50 for cold food and bad service.

Got there for breakfast not crowded at all. They sat us right under the a/c vent. It was 45' outside. We asked to move and they said no. That's 2 strikes for me. So we left without eating. Who has the a/c on when it's freezing cold outside?

All around just not a good look for the IHOP franchise. We had a big group coming around 11pm after just playing music for 5 hours. 1st round of food came out about midnight. And after about 10 minutes of wondering where everyone else’s food was, the waiter came back and said they switched cooks and thinks that some meals were missed. So he asked everyone lacking food what they ordered and went back to the kitchen. About 12:30 3 more plates of food came out but the group was still missing 3 people’s food that they didn’t have. Finally around 12:50 food for 2 more people came out. I ended up just telling them to cancel my entire meal because at this point everyone was finished eating (or boxing up the food they just got). Also there was trash all over the floor in the walk ways. Like someone started to sweep but just left piles in the middle of the floors.

The service was the best and the food was AWESOME! This is the best breakfast in Cleburne by far! I will be...
