Waited over two hours for our delivery that said it would take 28 minutes. The driver said he tried to call multiple times because a road was closed but never received any calls and when I questioned when he called he sent me to a manager. The manager then hung up and we had no idea if we were getting our food. We called multiple times and each time they said it was on its way. We finally got a call from a new driver who we had to walk two blocks to get to. We got our food cold and when we called to complain they said in order to get any refund or credit we would have to give our food back. Absolutely ridiculous and awful customer service!!

So our DM ordered us pizza since we would be working 12 hours for 1 of the (4) 12 hour days of our holiday sale. Originally myself and Co worker ordered half veggie have meat as I don't eat pork. We got the pizza it seemed fresh kinda sloppy but no big deal. Opened it started taking it out the box the veggie side had meat, called to ask for remake person who answered all but called me a liar when I told her it was mistake because she made it herself. 2 hours later ( just now) I'm getting a cold half and half pizza. Long story short this place is a no terrible customer service pizza not the best might be ok if it's hot.

Poor customer service. We called in an order at 4:30 in the afternoon. After 1 hour, we called back and they said it was out for delivery. After 2 hours, we called back and said the same thing. After 2.5 hours, we called to get our money back and they told us the driver had “attempted delivery” - no one every knocked on our door or called us. Next they claimed they had “taken down the wrong number” - we had confirmed the correct information three times. It’s clear that they are just making up excuses. Highly disappointed.

Excellent service good. I came to this one instead of My normal place. I will go back

$2.75 for a bottle water that is $1.00 in the store? Staff is unknowledgeable about prices or specials even the ones that they just posted on the window.. can't add even when the machine is doing the work for them. And they're quite rudely nosey. Every 5 minutes I noticed them all whisper in each other's ears at least 5 times I 40 minutes.

The rat pizza with pepperoni and monkey armpit hair was very good my favorite part was KFC deep fried rats in every slice 10/10 would eat again.

Ordered a pizza at 10:18 am and it just got here at 11:36 am. It was order online it was suppose to be ready in 40 minutes. Called the store they lady said they only got one driver and and a really big order. She said it would be fresh....it was barely warm. Service is really bad.

I ordered 2 pizzas today and they sent the wrong ones. I called there and spoke with the manager. He argued with me and said that was what I ordered. I can not believe how rude he was. I will not ever order from there again.

I have been ordering from this location for quite awhile and I am just now writing my review because I was actually waiting for the too good to be true part to kick in and it never has!! I live in Ohio City with plenty of new and old pizza options and I find that they are amazing! My orders are always unbelievably fast!! food still Oven hot I actually have to wait a few to bite into it. Quality has tasted look received above honestly some area competitors. Great work from dish to delivery drivers and all in between..

The lady at the front counter Angelica is amazing, she greets her customers and tries her best to help you choose what you want.. She smiles and has manners.. Juan as well he improvised with what he had to make a happy customer I will be back. Thank you guys…

Don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I placed an order online and estimated 15 minutes. I got there then and they said it was going to be another 10 min which was fine. I go in and they give me the wrong pizza (same first name dif last name). I walk immediately back in when I realized. They didn’t have my order and just stared at me blankly. I just really wanted pizza :(

I love this papa John’s. I never leave reviews on anything but the staff working on Sunday nights makes me want to personally drive there and give everyone a hug and kiss. It’s always delivered so fast and the drivers are all really nice; honorable mention to the extra pepperoncini peppers like I could cry I appreciate you guys sm

OK hear me out…. 11 times out of 10 I come correct regardless the situation or circumstances but tonight was a learning experience. I learned that I need to up my odds to 11/12 because halfway to the store location I realized I was gonna be making a fool of myself and planned on the embarrassment but the staff and manager Emily shattered expectations… Just know. These are masters of their craft, assemblers of advancement, and surly those of which that should be held to no standard….. They are beyond standards. They are pizza people. These. Are. The. Ones.

The food is always good! but when the manager is there it's amazing he definitely puts love into all his food. It's always the best when he is there. Today was good but I wish that manager was in. Today was a 7.5 but when he's there it's for sure a 10. We usually just get trash food on weet 25th but this Location is pretty awesome!!!!! 😍

Not going lie my wife loves there food they keeping us fed up here at the hospital there staff friendly af and drivers are cool.
