This hotel does not deserve the Hyatt branding. The long looks ok but the ceiling is horrible and once you go go the rooms the hallways are old, the doors look so old and worn out. Inside the rooms they have patched walls with paint missing, outlets away from the beds, mold and missing trim in the bathrooms. The food is horrible, under cooked and just lousy. The shuttle system is idiotically discombobulated and a waste of time. The rates don’t even match motel 6 and neither does the property. The rooms don’t latch when closed so your room basically stays open or unlocked. The mgr on duty would not do anything about that. After telling them two times that the heat doesn’t work they offered a portable heater. This property is a joke and I would not stay there again or recommend it.

This Hyatt Regency was very tastefully decorated with contemporary sculptures, modern art and used pleasant illuminating lighting everywhere. It is conveniently located near the airport and has excellent amenities: WiFi booths, comfortable common areas to recharge your cell phone, iPad or other personal electronic devices, a baby grand piano in the lobby, signature bathrobes & slippers, and hair dryers in each room. This hotel is dated. I can tell that they have done somethings to try to update but the shower still looked old. The room was bigger than most hotels in the city but a regular size compared to most American hotels. We stayed here because we were flying out early in the morning and they have a shuttle. But the shuttle only carries 7 people. Luckily we left on a Monday which wasn't busy but I can imagine on a busy Sunday some people don't fit in the shuttle and if that is a main reason for choosing the hotel then that would be disappointing.

I had a free 3-night stay at any Hyatt worldwide, through a Hyatt promotion, and it happened to line up with a family vacation we took in Europe. My wife and I were able to get a weekend away in Paris. The hotel was good. We didn't do much more in the hotel than check in. We spent most of our time in Paris. But the room was great, very comfortable, and plenty of space. We thought the hotel being located right by the airport would be convenient with taxis going in and out of the airport. But, when we got off the train from Paris after 10 PM, there wasn't even a taxi available to take us to the hotel.

Booked this because I thought it would be a safe bed near the airport. I was wrong. It was dirty, gross and old. There was mold in the fridge. The shower entirely flooded the bathroom. The airport shuttle is a JOKE. We had to legit fight for a spot in the van. It only had seven seats and we came down 45 mins early. Literally awful don’t stay here. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere closer and better.

This is a hard one. The staff, service, and breakfast buffet were all fantastic and highly recommended. The experience with these had a major influence on getting to 'four' stars. The room layouts and comfort were 'ok', but the cleanliness less so. Things felt...dated and old. I expect more from an airport Hyatt Regency, and hope that this can improve so that the overall hotel can be an amazing '5 star' place to stay in the future.
