This is the worst KFC I ever have it. Totally disrespectful for customer . Regular portion of 🍟 for staff in this KFC meen 8 pieces of 🍟. Chicken could looks like waiting for customers long time. I will never stop in this place again.

Hi, I am joseph, yesterday 26th Jan I bought from KFC CLONDLKIN , 1 FAMILY FEST 10 PIECES, 6 WRAP, 1 MEGABOX AT NEARLY 7.30 P M,. after I bought it from shop , i reached home and open my bag some of items are missing. Counter staff didn't check properly. They are not good service give to customer. It's not good for right bussiness. Any way this branch very bad dealings.......?

I gave the drive thru another chance after a very bad experience a couple of years ago, when I was left waiting for almost an hour in the car park, only to receive the wrong food and kept waiting again on my return for almost another hour. This time I was told to wait in the car park, when I refused, after my last experience, the cashier demanded I do so and that I HAD to, they needed to serve customers behind me, of which there were none! When I refused a second time, the cashier decided to be abusive and started shouting at me, unfortunately I got a little abusive after veing called a liar, so I asked for my money back! The supervisor came to the window and handed me my money, not a look, an apology, nothing! Nice (not!) to see some things never change! Sharon

Waiting for an order for 30 mins, no communication from any staff, very bad management and organization.

I love a KFC as a treat however this was a sorry excuse for a KFC. I got the Trilogy box meal after driving away, I realised they had forgotten my chips. I didn't mind too much until I took a bite of my burger, the chicken was super rubbery and I'm not sure if it was even cooked properly. The place itself it really poor and sad looking. Staff were fine. I love KFC and always have but this is a sad state of affairs.

Literally every single order is wrong. Every time. It's very frustrating. But I have a soft spot for KFC so I keep ordering. But someone in management should look at this and ask the question why are the orders always wrong.

Will never order from here again. I’ve just paid 17.27 for 4 tiny,dried up little marbles of chicken, about 20 little chips and a tiny tub of gravy. Last time I had it in Liffey valley it was also disgraceful and dry but at least the portion size was good

The staff was a little rude and ordered the 3 piece serving sizes are ridiculous the pieces of chicken I got were the size of a chicken nugget also were dry if you want to give your money away and feel like you get nothing come to this place

Ordered for delivery- after 90 minutes no food no contact. Couldn’t get through on phone. Food never arrived.

25 mins in warm weather stuck in drive true til i got served!! 3kids in car.. While 2 cars infront of me waiting for food.. All together 40mins later i received my food told to then go around the front to get my food,

Wet day went into drive thru,Ordered 3pcs on the bone,went back to work and discovered 2 tiny pieces on the bone and 2 wings!!(morsels)absolute rubbish,coffee was good,wont b going back.

There is not many seats downstairs they're all upstairs so that is why I only gave them four stairs for agnosphere

Shocking shocking shocking I went last night to KFC clondalkin drive through they was close 30 mins before the reason they give me chicken is finish so they are close now.its big brand KFC not some local takeaway

Ordered two vegan burgers with chips. The burger was not freshly made and wasn't crispy. They didn't give us chips and they also forgot to put the mayo into the burger which made it totally dry. Very disappointing for €16.05. The burger only had 3 things in it and they forgot one plus the chips

Disaster, waited 15min in drive through at the window while the staff pretend not to see me. I had to go inside to place my order, I asked why they ignored me, they replied "we are to busy". Would not go back there or recommend this KFC.

Absolutely disgraceful service Staff very rude. Stephanie Manager also very rude. Customer service was a disgrace. I was told if i didnt like it to go elsewhere. Will Never go back there again
