A wonderful experience. Good quality food at a reasonable price. The owner and staff provide top-notch service with a smile. The restaurant was clean and spacious with modern decor. I highly recommend this place.

The chicken kebab and shawarma are both awesome. Portions are big and I love that it comes with hummus and pita. Cashiers were very friendly and the food came out fast. Takeout containers are high quality so you don't have to worry about it spilling.

We went to Ark Mediterranean for lunch on a weekday. There were people at a few other tables, but the place was definitely not busy. The friendly waitress/cashier took our order, and read it back to us to confirm. I ordered the lamb kebab and my wife ordered chicken Lula kebab. The food came out surprisingly quickly. Each platter came with a salad and hummus. The lamb was reasonably tender and cooked to medium 'doneness'. I like my lamb extra rare, but most folks prefer medium, so job well done to the cook. The lamb was tasty, as was the pilaf, but the star of the platter was the hummus, very rich, smooth, creamy and slightly tangy. My wife's chicken lulal kebab was also well cooked and well seasoned. A touch of salt Zinged it right up. The bill, with tip, approached $50, quite a bit more than I usually spend on lunch. The place has a fast food vibe, decor and atmosphere, but the price leans towards fine dining. On the other hand, the portions are generous and the flavours are good, and best of all, upon request they will give you clear covers that snap onto the platter the food arrived on... and the generous portions become a happy midnight snack.

LOVE love LOVVVE the beef kabob and their walnut baklava is soooo good. Rice pilaf AND Basmati are both moist and mouth watering. Been here 3 times & each time has been consistent. Friendly staff. Will def be back!!!!

Cheese burek is great, lamb wrap is very plain with no sauces or anything and their "spicy sauce" tastes like blended canned salsa.. no lie alot is disappointing... even just regular ranch makes the lamb wrap taste better why can't they put any sauce on it or offer it? It seriously is dry and bland. All and all I can't see how anyone could give this place 5 stars unless they know or are involved with this place somehow. Or they're getting paid to leave those reviews... no way was this bland food with poor service 5 stars at all

I like coming to Ark but this will be my last time. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed that one of the employees making my meal was rubbing his armpit and touching his nose making my plate and other customers plates with no gloves. He turned out to be one of the supervisors and he never talked to me about it nor apologized. But luckily, the cashier handled the situation well and was able to give me a refund.

Very good choice of authentic beers and sodas. I would highly recommend the georgian soda Natakhtari Cream. Last time I tried it in Armenia 8 years ago and couldn't find it anywhere since then. I was really surprised and happy to find it in this restaurant.

Amazing food. The staff however needs more training. I called in an order for my family early in the day knowing it was going to be busy due to Valentine's Day. When I arrived they had inadvertently mixed up my order with someone else's. I heard the conversation of what happened and instead of just being honest the gal came and told me they had to use my order because it was sitting there to long. Knowing she was not being honest I did let her know I had owned my own restaurant and been in the food service for many years. That was simply not true. Accidents happen but remember that honesty is always the best policy. I did not mind waiting for a remake. That aside the food was absolutely amazing as always.

First time eating here, and we weren't disappointed. The food was fantastic, and the portions were large. We will definitely be eating here again soon.

Love their tabbouleh salad - the best in Clovis/Fresno! Today I ordered it again, but the credit card readers weren't working. Ark was generous enough to still give me the salad on the house! Fantastic gesture!

Went here the other night, and got the gyro with extra tzatziki sauce, fries, and the cheese Burek. When it comes to the Burek it was enjoyable on the parts where I was able to taste the feta cheese inside, however, personally, I would have wish there was more feta cheese to breading ratio. But good. Nevertheless, The fries were very well seasoned and they gave definitely a good amount. Then the main entree for my night, the Gyro I will say so far of the Mediterranean places I have tried this one so far is my favorite. The Gyro had great bread to meat to veggie ratio. I will definitely be eating here again given it's price for everything and then the quality of the food. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic. The service was fast and nice. The food was very good I got the combo with chicken and steak. The chicken was well cooked and not dry. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium/ medium rare. The rice was flavorful and added greatly to the overall meal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Mediterranean food. PS: Get the spicy sause it adds tons of more flavor to the food.

The steak kabob is my favorite! Amazing flavor and texture. My wife loves the salmon and the kids really enjoy the chicken. Service is always quick and friendly! Perfect spot for a quick dinner or lunch.

Good food. Hubby and I really enjoy eating here. Prices have gone up significantly though. I understand with the economy everything has gone up, but because of this we don't eat here very much.
