It's sad because I wanted to give kfc a good review because when I was a kid it was so good but this Clovis KFC is consistently bad. Chicken was extremely dry , bun was soggy , chicken nuggets were drier than sand and the lady at the desk forgot my sauce which isn't a big deal but she had an attitude about it. I've been here probably 4 times and only 1 out of those 4 did they not forget something and the chicken is always just as dry. I don't mean to sound like a Karen but it's really just as bad as everyone in the reviews said.

Worse food ever! We try and give them the benefit of the doubt, and it's the only chicken place, so we go again. There's always something wrong with our food. Chicken is very dry, fries are burnt and inedible, and the service stinks! I called the corporate office to complain not the Clovis store because they could care less about their screw ups or their customers. I wish they'd shut it down completely!! Cannot wait for Popeyes to open.

Great overall experience - wonderful food. A patron was very rude to the staff- so much so that we left ,.not the employees or corporations fault

Can't ever get the employee at the drive through to realize the family meal gets more than 2 different side options when I order. Always railroaded into whatever makes the interaction as fast as possible for them.

The young lady taking our order in the drive thru was rude. I had to wait over 20 mins to get my order. Got our food it was nice and hot. It was very delicious up to the point were I was so disgusted. I called the manager at KFC and she told me I had to take my whole order back to get it replaced because they've never ever heard or had under cooked chicken as if I was lying. I just spent $69.97 and she made me feel as if I was lying about the chicken. I told her I didn't have a ride that's why I got it early. She said all the pieces back. So there's my review. A number 3 plus a side of 3 breasts an a large macaroni an cheese 27.79 .. I wasn't impressed with the size of the breasts either. Service was sub par at best the manager forgot to give us the cup. Then the manager was in the back with the employees whole we were eating my girlfriend went up to the front desk an noby came to the front desk for at least 5 minutes ir wasn't until I hollered for some one .. one person came. I won't be eating inside every again.

Ordered a potpie and the darn thing had NO chicken in the pie .This so called pie was less than 1/3 full. NOT even worth calling it a pie. I'll NEVER buy anything at KFC ever again it's a WASTE of money!!!!!!

People are great, food is good. Got the smallest, terrible biscuits I've gotten though. The prices also just keep going up.

The girl taking orders at the drive through was instantly rude. Then they got our order wrong and we informed them we were missing items and had items we didn't order and they argued with us, like I can't see what is and isn't in the bag. We still didn't get everything we ordered.
