Very kind people who help you with everything! Also comfortable beds, lots of spaces to chill (even netflix room). Good breakfast included, nice showers, a bar across the street... What else do you want?

Very nice hostel, a tad expensive but worth it in the end. Comfy beds with plugs (sometimes oddly placed), light and nightstand. Generally hot showers. Decent breakfast included, and there's a nice restaurant on the ground floor. But mostly: super nice and helpful staff! One dark spot though: the WiFi is at best decent, and quite bad a good chunk of the time.

Marta and Daniela were so kind and helpful. They have answers for every question and lots of time to give advice! Best reception staff in months! Very comfortable beds with plugs, lights. Hot shower, lots of corners to relax in, hammocks too. Great kitchen with blender and oven! Breakfast was included and the cook was also so kind and friendly.

Great hostel in Cochabamba. The (common) rooms and facilities were very nice, the location was great and the staff was very kind and could speak English. We took the 2 person room, with bunkbeds. The shower was warm and the beds were cozy. The only unpractical thing was the placement of the wooden board to lay your phone ect on. Because of that you couldn't sit upright in bed. But that's a minor point. I would recommend this place!:)

Rarely found such a great hostel. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. There is a kitchen, great breakfast and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended

We LOVED our stay at the Running Chaski hostel. The workers were kind, welcoming and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious - fresh squeezed juice, an egg, bread with marmalade, fresh cut fruit and cereals with yogurt and milk. The hostel had three different outdoor spaces to chill, which meant we could easily chill out alone, or with other travelers if we wanted. It had a great vibe, lots of other backpackers and was very social, but not a party hostel. This was one of our favorite places we stayed so far and we didn't want to leave!

Centric hostal close to town center. Wifi is a bit slow, for the rest, it has interior patio to relax. Another downside is that it would be nice to have a curtain in the bathroom windows, there are tall building around. Also the room was not too clean, we found at night lot of hair on the floor coming from under the bed. We ordered a taxi with the crew on late shift and when we got to reception in the morning the taxi was not ordered and the lady said in a not really nice tone that all taxis have to be ordered in the morning not in the evening.

Possibly the best hostel in a year of travelling in South America! Great showers, fantastic beds, AMAZING STAFF. Has a bar and some good food options. Arrived for two days stayed two weeks.

Great hostel, comfy beds with all facilities like lockers, charging points, lights and a great breakfast. The staff have been very friendly and accomodating... they just need to start accepting credit cards.

Staff was awesome. Gotta go for that bottom bunk though. Awesome park nearby and Chaski has a stellar back yard with hammocks.

Great hostel and friendly helpful staff

One of the best hostels in Latin America ! We arrived at Running Chaski after a long day of buses and we were welcomed by a super nice and caring lady. She showed us around, explaining us the history of the building. I really recommend this hostel because the rooms are clean, it smells well, the beds are comfortable, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a tv room. Many places to chill with great garden and hamacs. The breakfast is included and it is delicious. There is hot shower and the wifi works pretty well. We used the laundry service and it was 20bob per kg, our clothes were smelling super good. Finally it is well located, 8 minute drive from the bus terminal. One recommandation would be to put a bin in the shared room.

My bus from Sucre arrived into Cochobamba at 4.30am and I was allowed to sleep in the TV room until check in which was very kind of the hostel. The quality of the facilities here is excellent, good breakfast too including eggs.

We had a wonderful time at the Running Chaski. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful, and there's a great vibe. The rooms and shared areas are beautiful and very comfortable, with little details that make life easier for travellers, like sockets that can take plugs from any country. Special thanks to Johnny for all the great recommendations, for always being available to help and just for being awesome.

Greta hostel! Comfortable beds, fab communal facilities including a well equipped kitchen and tv room. Breakfast is included and excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and it felt more like being in a 4* hotel than hostel! Special shout out to Daniela who could not have been more lovely and helpful with information about Torotoro, busses and Cochabamba- thank you!

Nice place and close to the plaza 14 de Septiembre. I found a bit difficult to sleep quietly after midnight due to the noise of the guests chatting in the bar very loudly downstairs. The windows do not isolate the noise very well. Anyway, the place has a good location and it has a nice small garden with 3 hammocks!.

Great hostel with very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Really nice outside areas as well - we were quite happy to spend half a day lounging in the hammocks out in the garden with a beer. The kitchen is also one of the best we've seen in a hostel in South America. Breakfast is bread, jam, eggs, coffee and juice, although we had to wait 30 minutes for it whilst the staff went to the supermarket. This hostel is quite pricey for Bolivia - 75 Bs for a 10 bed dorm.
