Milano Vintage Centrale Hotel is in a great location near Milano Centrale, making it easy to get around the city. The highlight for me was the smart TV in the room — having YouTube and other streaming platforms made relaxing in the evenings so much better. That said, the bathroom was very small, and the toilet area in particular felt cramped. There was also nowhere to put shampoo, soap, or even clothes — no shelves, racks, or hooks, which made it a bit inconvenient when showering or getting ready. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place with great entertainment options in the room, but could use some practical improvements in the bathroom setup.

DONT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! I was surprised that children aged 3–12 were not allowed to stay for free. The policy was mentioned on Agoda, but it still feels unfair as most hotels usually allow children in this age range without extra charges. In addition, there was no clear mention of extra fees for late check-in during booking, yet I was charged €30. The booking showed €7 for city tax, but I was asked to pay €21 instead. Clearer and more accurate information in advance would make the experience much better.

So far as a traveler I had luck regarding hotels - my luck ran out in Milan unfortunately. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. We checked in around 4 p.m. and bailed out around 8 p.m. due to insect bites while resting on our beds. We weren’t offered a different room nor reimbursed. I decided my family deserved something better upon the end of their Italian holiday than bed bugs and shady room so we abandoned it.

They charge 30€ if you arrive after 6 PM, they charge extra 14€ for cleaning fee, they don’t receive credit card. Don’t stay there

Horrible experience! We do not recommend hotel Vintage Milano. The rooms were very dirty... including old marks of urine in the bathroom. The majority of the windows were broken. A lot of mold and dumpness on the walls. Also, we booked three triple rooms and we received 3 different rooms: a single one, a twin one and a triple one. The staff was very rude about this situation and ask us to leave if we don't agree the situation. Considering the fact that was night when this happened we choose to stay.

Nothing about this place met my expectations. The room looked nothing like the photos online, which showed a modern, well-maintained space. In reality, it was the worst scam I’ve ever encountered. As soon as we entered the room next to the reception, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor. The room was one of the smallest I've ever seen and definitely in need of renovation. Everything felt sticky and unclean. There was a strange device attached to the radiator, pointed directly at the bed, which resembled a camera. Then came the shock of the bathroom—it was damp, there was no hot water in the shower, the shower cabin was the dirtiest I've ever seen, and there were likely mold deposits. Additionally, there was a significant safety hazard with an exposed electrical socket in the bathroom and cables poorly taped with the cheapest possible tape. Although the room did have air conditioning, we were told we’d need to pay an additional €10 per day to use it—this was not mentioned anywhere prior to our arrival! With temperatures outside reaching 34°C, we didn’t want to pay the extra fee, so we tried to open the windows slightly. However, this wasn’t possible as the option was blocked. The only way to open the window was fully, which was extremely unsafe as we were on the ground floor, directly facing a main street, making it easy for anyone to enter our room. In summary, this place is a total scam. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We ended up switching to another hotel just down the street for the same price, and the difference in standard was like night and day. I can’t understand how this kind of deception is allowed

Staff were super nice and took care of us. However there is a tourist fee of €6 per person, as well as the room we stayed in had a horrible bathroom. Room 109’s shower is cached in mold and it’s nasty. My husband also found blood spots on his pillow so that wasn’t great. Overall good cheap place to stay but they need to clean their showers and get rid of the mold in their bathrooms. It looked like moss it was so thick.

Don't stay there, just don't. Pay the extra and book another one. The hotel changed its name, and the old reviews are more pertinent. I've never seen a place that bad in my entire life. The bathroom smelled worse than public toilets, pillows cases aren't washed, and because of the smell of them, I couldn't trust the towels either. I couldn't shower there, and I couldn't sleep either. The walls are razor thin, you can hear your neighbours snoring, and the hotel managers talking right in front of your door in the middle of the night ! Again, don't stay there...

Tourists beware and avoid especially if you're booking from Agoda. It might be a cheap option but they will insert an outrageous amount of fees for "cleaning" and tourist tax which is not even mentioned inside the Agoda booking page but somehow valid since it's mentioned inside Expedia where the booking did not take place. Trust the other 1 star review as they have been victims of this dishonest scam hotel. I definitely could have gotten a better hotel for the price I've paid.

Best hotel for tourists to get scammed. The owner will kindly provide you with the smallest room for the biggest price. The same owner has his own rules that he creates on the go, so if you book here, be prepared that rules and fees change daily, if not hourly and depend only on the owner’s imagination. Be advised. P.S. the device on a thermostat really looks like a camera, photos are attached. The guy charged us 170€ for a night seeing that we came exhausted with under 9 hours of sleep for the last 3 days. We payed 190€ (+10€ extra for each of two our dogs), and for the next day he wanted us to pay more for the same dogs. The guy just imagines the prices from his head.

If possible, avoid this property. While it offers low prices and shows decent pictures of the rooms online, the reality is quite different. Upon arrival, you'll find unclean bathrooms, smelly toilets, and musty rooms. The beds are uncomfortable, and the sheets are not clean. Additionally, you’ll be charged 25 euros for late check-in (after 10 PM) and an extra fee for air conditioning that barely works. To make matters worse, they only accept cash payments—no cards are allowed. The parking situation is also misleading. There’s only a small parking lot that closes around 11 PM, and it’s almost impossible to find nearby parking. If you make any mistake with your booking, don’t expect a refund. The property never responds to calls or emails from booking agencies or apps. So just avoid staying at this place if you can, and don’t be fooled by the low prices.
