Very comfortable stay & superb service; everything v clean & also nice & quiet with secure parking

the hotel provided basic services, there were several areas that fell short of expectations, including the breakfast and the air conditioning.. For a short stay, it may be tolerable.

Good location close the center. Private parking and quiet at night.

I'm not new to F1 hotels and normally they are fabulous for the price. This one however has changed my opinion. After sitting in paint on the bench, thepainter gets aggressive with me while the receptionist is unable to take control of the situation. As a paying customer, I would have appreciated some type of compensation or even a verbal response.. astonishing... When asked about insurance.. blank eyed ... Best morning coffee ever. Avoid if possible.

Good place to spend the night. Parking adjacent to the hotel and closed by a gate at night. Doors work with keypad (6 digits personal code) works on front door hotel + gate. Rooms have double bed with one single bed over these for a kid. There is a small sink in the room some TV and 230v outlet. For shower and toilet you need to go down the hallway. No towels in the room! You can rent or buy towels at reception. Vending machines can provide some food and drinks but there are "restaurants" in walking distance and also supermarkets. Good enough for passing through.

Good place to spend the night

Location is quite outside of the city, but it makes sense to keep prices low. Nevertheless, the ways they are trying to save and make accommodation cheap are ridiculous. They don't offer towels and it isn't mentioned while booking. There aren't rooms with private bathrooms. The public/shared bathrooms are cleaned only by rinsing with a hose, I saw the staff clean without using any type of desinfectant, that's not enough for a shared bathroom. The staff barely spoke any English and it was a whole adventure to try and ask whether there was any soap in the room to wash my hands (there was a sink in the room). And there wasn't, not in offer. Ridiculous...

People smoke in the room. And room was not completely clean. People use the emergency door to go smoke. That's not what the door is meant for. And also irritating, because the room is right next to it and makes quite a lot of noise. Breakfast was not good, the milk from the previous day was spoiled. When you go inside you walk into a wall of cigarette smoke. Many people are smoking in front of the entrance. And also intimidating to stand in front of the entrance with a group.

Tried to enter many times and the card machine was broken called for help and they put the phone down on me eventually went to a b and b up the st and had an excellent service there
