Initially had a good impression during the buying process. They do not even try to help out in product exchange. I had a defective wall clock that I wanted to exchange. But they outright refused to attempt exchange of product because its too much work for them. Very poor customisation service. I would refrain if you want services for your watches.

So glad I found this wonderful shop. I just popped in to buy a battery and ended up getting a fabulous Tissot watch. Rajeev who patiently showed me so many watches was excellent. I can really recommend his sound advice and professional service. Gather it first opened in1948! Fabulous.

12/6/2023 Had given a seiko pendulam wall clock for service. After a few months and upteem number of calls recieved the serviced clock with the pendulam missing … Very disappointed with the careless attitude of the service authorities…How good is a pendulam wall clock without a pendulam??? They assured me they would give it within a couple of days….. Now it’s almost a month and have not recieved it yet.. When contacted they keep saying they are tracing it Still hoping my issue will be resolved 23/6/2023 Very satisfied that my grievance has been addressed and my issue resolved.. Very thankful to Mr . Khalid Ahmed & Mr. Shinoj for speeding up the process…

Very bad experience partiality in treating the customers.I bought a Casio watches.within six months the rear case lost it coatings.I went to the shop just for an enquiry he told that @ 3k range this would be quality. The highlight is he told if u have frequent sweat better don’t wear watch.I don’t know who he to decide whether I should wear watch or not.
