Today I have visited this hospital with my 3 year old kid, since he had some tiny piece stuck in his nose. After checking the kid the doctors making a seen like nurse we need to take him to the operation theatre. There is something struck between his nose not like a recent one, which may lead him to get lots of blood from his nose. And he advised us to treat him immediately. Once he left staffs asked us to paid advance of 5000 for the treatment and not allowing me to move further. Since everything is little weird I thought of asking second opinion to the near by hospital. So I left and checked him in another hospital. You can't believe it they took just 30 seconds to remove the tiny piece from his nose and everything is fine now. Such a disturbing incident. I would not recommend anyone to visit this crappie hospital.

Hospital is located in a decent area with good parking, apart from that there is nothing good about this hospital. The female doctor we initially consulted with appeared to be very lathergic in her mannerisms and didn't seem to care. She recommended an auditory test, where the doctor or person who tested had a machine set up that didn't work. This person attended personal phone calls and took around 30 mins get a new machine and completed the test. By the time we finish the test the female doctor who asked us to get the tests bailed so we had to see the main doctor/surgeon. He got annoyed when we asked doubts about the problem and for a surgeon his hands were massively shivering. Next steps about the surgery requirements, were for some reason provided to us by the receptionist who seemed to be taunting us when we asked questions about the accommodation facilities. Overall, very poor experience. Definitely will not be going back for surgery or recommending this hospital to anyone. --------------- I appreciate your good wishes for my mother. Just to clarify my annoyance was not with the doctor's suggested surgery approach but the way it was delivered and the doctor's attitude towards answering any queries we had regarding the surgery. You are also failing to acknowledge the overall terrible service provided to us. While your instant reply to the review is good your hospitals lack accountability, condescending way in which you treat your patients and just overall terrible service is well demonstrated via your reply to my review. Fyi you probably might want to provide better customer service to get better judgement and do something about the terrible mosquito situation at your hospital while you are at it. Good luck!

Horrible services and insane pricing. They totally exploit people for money. Have you ever gone to a hospital where they ask money for looking inside your ear? How are they doing consultation without even looking? Using the basic infrastructure and scopes a ENT setup grabs money from people without basic ethics Looking in your ear costs 500 rupees and consultation costs 200 rupees. A total of 700. All just for consulting. At this rate it won't be a surprise if they charge us extra 500 is they use a stethoscope.

Got admitted to treat my sleep apnea. Had to undergo surgery to remover my tonsils and adenoids. The overall experience was very pleasant and all the doctors and nurses were very caring and considerate. Dr. Karthikeyan is one of the best ENT doctors in Coimbatore and he lives up to his reputation. A big thank you to sister Jamuna to helping and providing the care and confidence to undergo the surgery in the first place.

1) Price is less on surgery comparing with most of the private hospital 2) Hospital is neat 3) Location of hospital is good 4) Post discharge their is good care at time of review 5) Doctor gave good explanation on the issue and what to be done for it. Improvement points: 1) No canteen facility, if food is provided at least for admitted patient it will be very help full. 2) Can improve on staff response, if there is any delay they can explain the reason for delay.

After all reviews, I just went to Vishnu ent hospital saibaba colony. I had suffered from left ear discharge and vertigo and breathing issues for around 10 years. Dr. Karthikeyan who checked me and he suggested me to go for tests and scan and After all the reports I had mastoidectomy and nose bend problem which I was suffered a lot and doctor suggested me to go for immediate surgery. The surgery process was very clean and neat I had undergone totally 5 surgeries at a time septoplasty mastoidectomy conflation turbinoplasty sinus surgery all things done at a time and for the surprise I got recovered within a week of time. Specials thanks to Receptionist Jamuna madam who took care of all the insurance process and for my surprise it is done within 30 mins. If you think you have any ent issues there is no other go other than Vishnu ent hospital. Thanks to all the nurses and staffs who took care me personally.

Recently, my wife experienced excruciating ear discomfort, and after consulting with the hospital, injection and medication were recommended. However, my wife experienced severe adverse effects, and by the second day after the injection, she had developed a severe viral infection. We visit the hospital a week later and inform them of the issue, but they are unaware of it, so their initial response is to charge a consultation fee. There are just junior doctors on the premises. I don't know how experienced the doctors and nurses handling the patients are...

Twenty days ago, I had sinus surgery at Vishnu ENT. Dr. Ali Sultan suggested this hospital, which I did. Dr. Ali Sultan is a superb ENT surgeon, and I had a great experience with him. When I visited Vishnu ENT hospital, I had a positive impression. Hygienic rooms added my comfort. Every day, the experts at Vishnu ENT Hospital in particular do meticulous time-consuming examinations. The administrative and nursing staffs are really kind, encouraging and accommodating. Insurance desk made the paper works very easier. I highly recommend Vishnu ENT.

I visited a hospital for my ear pain and met with Dr. Madhumitha who diagnosed me with an ear infection and prescribed medication. However, after two days, I experienced the same pain again. I returned to the hospital, and the doctor repeated the tests with different machines. Despite this, I continued to suffer from the pain for four days, and then went back to the hospital again. This time, the doctor used a camera to examine my ear and prescribed medicine for seven days. However, even after taking the medication, I was still experiencing pain. The doctor suggested an ultrasound, and after waiting for seven more days, I was still experiencing the same issue. I decided to go to another ENT hospital near Ganapathy, and the doctor there was finally able to explain the issue and prescribe the right medication. After nearly a month, I am finally feeling better.

In simple words, find a better hospital where you can get treatment in peace. None of their staff takes responsibility. All they care is paying your bills. And they want it in cash at most. You will have to pay 10% extra if we need the bill. You won’t get the bill on the same time of discharge because they need to adjust it to the cost whatever they are taking from the patients. Only pro is they have all equipments for ENT treatments and surgery. They have an inpatient ward but no canteen or even a tea available in the hospital. Never go until it’s emergency and you have no option at that time.

Good hygiene rooms and operation theatre was of top quality. on 7/09/2021, I underwent Endoscopic septoplasty and coblation turbinoplasty surgery for treating septum deviation in my nose. Surgery was done by Dr.V.Karthikeyen. I'm very much satisfied with the quality of the surgery and his explanations. I'm breathing all good now. Price was very reasonable and the quality of service was higher than the price of the service in my perspective. Special thanks to all the nurses and Support staff for their kind service during my surgery and aftercare. All were very polite and attentive.contented with the service they provided. Thank you!

We approached the hospital for tonsillectomy. The condition was very severe as many ENT's haven't told us the seriousness and the intensity of the problem.Same time the problem in the nose was never diagnosed. Meeting Dr.Karthikeyan for consultation given a great relief and relaxation. The next day surgery was fixed. Tonsillectomy was done by cobulation method and Septoplasty done perfectly on September 20,2022. 14 days now. All the pains are gone. Patient is very stable and perfect. The package was very economy and affordable. Thanks a ton for Dr.Karthikeyan and the whole crew. The standard of the hospital is to be appreciated especially the toilet and the bathroom. The usage of Hindware Italian collection closets, Jaguar fittings, Geberit flush systems and hopefully J&J tiles added more class to the facility. Our heartfelt thanks to the Vishu ENT hospital. The 3 senior staff we so kind with smiling face and enquirying all the time as a family(I don't know their names (Jamuna and Shanthi I guess 2 of them) We highly recommend that anyone need anything with regards to EAT, NOSE and THROAT to please come straight here and go stress free with your problems. When I started looking for an ENT hospital to diagnose my sinus issue that surfaced recently, I found Vishnu ENT Hospital as one of the top rated in Coimbatore. I decided to visit after analyzing other ENT hospitals and when I stepped into Vishnu ENT I found high standards of cleanliness which is very important for a hospital. ‘First impression is the best impression’ and it made my decision-making process easy. The process to check-up with Doctor was very much streamlined and easy to transition between different departments. Dr.Noor Fathima was good in diagnosing my problem where she identified my deviation in the septum. I was advised to go for a scan and later it was reviewed by Dr.Karthikeyan who is the Chief Consultant with around 15 years of experience. Dr.Karthikeyan has an expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He is also an excellent surgeon. As advised by Doctor I had my Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Endoscopic Septoplasty & Coblation Turbinoplasty. Dr.Karthikeyan was excellent and knowledgeable about the surgery and he made sure to clear my doubts about the change of nose shape post surgery (Post surgery my nose looked better). The pre and post surgery accommodation was really good with clean and hygienic rooms. The discharge process along with insurance claim was smooth and easy. Also, the follow-up after discharge was very good with proper instructions for medication, post-operative care, etc. I also appreciate all the staff members who did an excellent service during my visit and stay at the hospital especially Jamuna Madam, Kokila Sister and Surabhi Sister for their dedication and service. This review is regarding my experience with Dr. Valliappan. I would avoid this place and this doctor. After sharing one of my symptoms as fever, not once did they take my temperature through my entire visit. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic for an infection I did NOT have, along with random ”probiotic vitamins”. A rapid antigen test costs INR 500 (only cash) which is otherwise less than 100 outside. The lab tech didn’t bother to prepare the bill until we insisted and stood there. And this doctor only accepts cash!

I undergone a septoplasty surgery a month ago, and I'm feeling much better now and not getting the symptoms I had earlier. Last week, my wife underwent surgery done by the Chief doctor Sri.V.Karthikeyan.This hospital has a good ambience with all facilities under one roof. The administrative as well as the nursing staff are all energetic, proactive and quite helpful. Kudos to the Insurance department staff of this hospital for the speed and dexterity with which she got me the approval from TPA for cashless facility. The charges are quite reasonable comparing to the facilities we command. Low level cot may be arranged in a few IP wards for the convenience of elders especially.women.I have communicated to my retired colleagues and employees recommending this hospital for treatment of E.N.T problems.

A nice experience. From bottom to top everybody is very much attentive. Hospital is clean and neat. Charging nominally. Only drawback is, the patient bed is little high. so difficult to get up and down easily.

I had decrease in hearing loss and bone problem in both Ear. I went Vishnu ENT hospital they told to do surgery and it was compulsory. Within one week I finished my surgery in right ear(02/09/2021). I was feel so better and my hearing problem was cured in right ear. After one month(08.10.2021) I finished my left ear surgery iam totally perfect to hearing now and also they solved my bone problems in both ear. Staffs, nurses are very friendly and give smooth service to the patients. Dr. Karthikeyan sir was very kind and friendly to do surgery in operation theatre. And also he expline the problems how to cure and how to solve the problems to train the nursing students and nurses. I had deviation in my central bone nose for years right from my birth from which I suffer cold, uncomfort,etc frequently. So I came here, consulated the doctor, undergone nasal deviation surgery and after week now I feel perfectly normal and good inhalisation..
