I will be the most experienced person in the gym since 2014 ,This is the Gym where you can build muscle quickly,here I find for each workout you will get great support from trainer and all weights are pure iron and dumbbells available upto 40kg. Machines are Available for all types of you can do cardio in threadmill,Sfx, cycling and Punching Bag.

Gym is quite vast, spacious , well equipped and sorrounded by good trainers around. PS: one of the best gym around !!!

I joined this gym this month. Gym is good and clean well maintained. Following proper protocol to ensure the safety of us. Training is also good. Has wide variety of equipments. Best gym in this location. Loving it.

I’ve been training with Vels Fitness and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. He is knowledgeable about all aspect of fitness and gave me some excellent advice regarding nutrition. Separate timing for women is also available.

One such rare place which can change your physic completely and guaranteed transformation if you are really willing to have one. Best training and very comfortable atmosphere . Personal care for every single client . Happy to review on this gym which personally changed myself.
