Anyone here reading this please never visit this hospital at any point of medical emergency.. All they need is money just only money.. Patients health was never given priority. Doctors won't visit patients on time..we need to wait and wait for knowing about the treatment provided nor to talk with a doctor. They will keep patients in ICU for days and days to make money. Won't give an update nor let us see. Atlast I got my dad home dead. Worst doctors, worst hospital.

I’ve been visiting the hospital for over an year. Well experienced and caring team of doctors. The dialysis units in both the city unit and Neelambur are maintained exceptionally well and the staff are professional, courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The city unit staff right from the reception to the housekeeping and the staff at the pharmacy are warm, caring and respectful and attend to the needs of the patient without any delay. I’m extremely happy with the staff and their services.

This hospital has the TOP and EXPERIENCED team of doctors. Very kind and caring. Hospital is kept very clean and tidy. Patients are not loaded with unwanted medication. They guide you well. In my worst situation they were the ONLY people who helped. God bless the team of doctors, the staff and all who are in the hospital.

Royal care hospital is just another buisness establishment where money out weighs values and competencies. The doctors usually suggest very costly treatment procedures and once opted they leave you high and dry. The experience with this hospital has been disappointing distressing. There is nothing special about this speciality hospital. Other options are far better. .

I did my master health check in Royalcare, they have a very good process to make sure we don’t have to wait longer. The staffs are really very helpful, and were very happy to assist. Best thing about the Master Health Checkup is the doctor Dr. Janardanan who was very calm and took his time in answering all my stupid questions, and his advise was very professional. When I visited him I had a feel that I used to get when I visit my family doctor in my native. Thank you doctor! One final suggestion is the approach road to the hospital, I had to cross a highway with no signals, a bit scary! I hope the management is already looking into it.

Money minded people. They are not fit to be a doctor. Their only aim is to get as much as money from patient as possible. My grandpa was admitted in this hospital in emergency care. Doctor said he is fine and we can take him home next day morning. Next day doctor didn't come till evening. After that he came and said he is fine but want to keep admitted for two more days. When we said we taking grandpa home they treated us very bad. They are not ready to prescribe any medicines. Please don't go to this hospital at all. WORST EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I had a very wonderful stay at Royal Care City Unit. Very kind and supportive staff which speak good (enough) English to be easily understood. In my experience the Royal Care hospital is very clean and neat. All the doctors and staffs are very supportive. They assured that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The support they provided gave me the strength to go through my difficult period. My sincere thanks to Dr. Kutharathulla for all his wholehearted support, kindness and caring who held our hands the whole time during the treatment and afterwards. I also thank Dr. Arunadhi chelvan, Dr Sudhakar, Dr. Devi Gayathiri, Dr. Pradeep and Dr. Samnath for all their sincere support. I highly recommend this hospital.

We are consulting with Mr.Chandrasekar for our child and he is very very good. My friends recommended him and he is very good doctor. He also gives us knowledge about basics and how to take care of the baby. Service is impeccable and perfect, and waiting period is also very low which is nice when we are bringing a kid around for consulting.

Hospital with few superb doctors like Dr. Vijayan and Dr. Chokkalingam, but a worst canteen facility and very high price for treatment. Their canteen got nothing except rice and puffs after 11.30 am. No roast no idly nothing they serve. They serve Veg and Non Veg food at same place. That is not a good thing for a hospital canteen. There is nothing is nearby of Royal care so patient n attenders get no options left. KMCH is far far better in treatment and other services.Parking restrooms are also pathetic and unhygienic.Management should consider these points to make a better environment.

I have experienced the worst hospitality a hospital can provide at Royal Care Hospital coimbatore. Inspite of making multiple calls to book an appointment for master health checkup, there is no records maintained by the hospital regarding the same. However they confirmed over the call that the appointment is confirmed. But at the time we arrived at the hospital, the staffs said that there is no such appointment booked. They just denied a wheelchair for a person who couldn't walk as he was doing only master health checkup. The staffs say that the wheelchair will be provided only for the patients who visit the orthopaedic doctor. They are intended to collect the fees for an orthopaedic doctor just to use a wheelchair.

I wish i could give 0 stars how does this hospital operate by making patient wait for 6-7 hours..... no prior appointment is available Really.... they expect person who is sick to wait for 6-7 hours.....anyone who has plenty of time to waste in life and also if the patient has enough time and patience then only visit this hospital or else its a big no don't even take it as an option

Ambience is so good that you will not feel like it's an Hospital but more like a residential. It is so clean and tidy. Very good support from Doctors. Great care was taken by Nurse. Treatment is good and definitely one of the right Hospitals to get treated. Even treatment cost is not expensive, everything else is perfect. This is my first visit to your Hospital, the worst experience I have ever had. I filled up the registration Form and asked for Ortho Doctor Karthikeyan availability but they mentioned Doctor Dinesh before reaching the Hospital. I called 4 times to your Landline number to know Ortho Doctor availability; nobody attended. When we went to OPD Nurse said the doctor was in Operation Hall, so we requested to show it to the other Doctor, as another Doctor available in the OPD Dr Ramesh but she asked us to wait for 30 minutes as she spoke with Dr Dinesh, he informed her to wait for 30 minutes he will return back. We waited when Dr Dinesh came and when we approached he refused to see us. Then we shifted to Dr Ramesh without any reason Dr Dinesh was looking at other patients. Dr Ramesh attended us and asked us to get X ray, when we returned from X-ray he was not available and he went for round said by the Nurse and waited again for 45 minutes to show it our Report to him which is not safisfactory at all he did not even touched my Knee nor he checked us properly. Very bad experience with your Hospital specially I came from Dindigul. to know that your Hospital is a good but very bad experience. In the Parking they are charging Rs.20 whereas no ther Hospital was charging Parking Fee.

Wonderful treatment and behaviours including staffs and doctors..i dont know whether some doctors are bad...My treatment belongs to ortho Mr.Karthikeyan sir a Genuine and Nice personality with calm and care in nature and never hide any details with any patients regarding treatments....very polite and highly skilled in any kind of Ortho treatmemts.Thankyou very much karthikeyan sir(ortho) You have bring my mom back to normal. Strongly Recommend to all who suffers from Ortho Problems.

Dr CHANDAR SHEKHAR is agood doctor who is very sweet for children and giving a good treatment for everyone . He is a great and talented PADEATRICION for child. We are going for health checkups for 10 years. In that 10 years there was no complaint on him.

Wrong billing system.. items included in Bill are not approvalable by any madiclaim company so we can hardly get 30% amount Of the total bill given by hospital Need to change billing system as per requirement of madiclaim company so people can get atleast 90% amount from madiclaim company.

Recently my friend had been admitted in Royal care hospital, Ramnagar branch in Coimbatore. The Gynaecologist- Dr. N. Anitha, was very unprofessional and extremely rude to her, she scolded her and passed sarcastic comments to her husband and didn’t make my friend feel comfortable. I please suggest royal care hospital to look into the conduct of their doctors with patients, because we aren’t getting services for free for them to ill-treat us.

I visited Dr. Matheswaran Mani Rheumatologist on 28th October regarding certain rheumatic issues of mine. Doctor was very patient enough to hear all my previous medical history of 27 years and also went thru all the documents for which I am really grateful. Doctor advised to take necessarily required tests. The way of diagnosing is straight forward and he guided us in a proper manner . I am very much satisfied with the way Doctor dealt my case. Thank you so much Doctor. In addition to the kind service of Doctor, the service offered by the staff , i.e Sister Jaya chitra is also to be appreciated since I went there with high stress in my mind but her words relaxed me and I was at ease throughout my waiting time. Generally patients go with pain and stress. The approach of Doctor and his staff is very very important, which I experienced in Royal Care Hospital.

The management and staff do not care about the outpatients who come...Difficulty in getting an appointment with Dr Vijayan. Other Drs Appointment is available online but there is no facility to see him...It is very difficult to get an appointment by contacting him over the phone..After four days of struggle, we have reached the appointed time of 10 am to 11 am but we are waiting without knowing when we will see the dr. Even if we ask the nurse, they don't give the right answer, we are waiting for 5.5 hours, we don't know when we will see Dr Vijayan, who has the best reputation in the medical field, and the management is very bad at respecting people... There are no basic facilities...

I have appointment with Dr chandramohan my tocken number is 5 but the sister allowed all the tocken after me like 7,8,9 I we ask they tell wait doctor decide and call which file he want to see too late I came here by 9a.m now time is 1.00pm for seeing a doctor in correct manner is the fault too late and I have mild chest pain nurse are too lazy and not proper response the 2 tocken 3an4 are waiting don't know what's going in the hospital

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Madheswaran mani sir, were all very friendly and helpful. Evening time patient's who visit for specialist specific Doctors can still be treated with Respect,Empathy and courtesy by the Nurses and usheres... pathetic way they behave.

I had booked an appointment with the ENT doctor in the morning for 3.30 pm. The doctors assistant called 3 times in between to confirm the appointment. When I finally reached at 3.27 pm, the assistant and receptionist sent us up and down 3 times for payment of the fees even before meeting the doctor. The doctor was late by half an hour and when he came, the assistant sent all the walk in patients before us.Wheh we questioned the doctor and assistant, the assistant said "They came only in the end. Everyone came before them" What is the definition of an appointment then?? And why did she call 3 times to check?? We walked out immediately, never to step foot in the horrible hospital again.

1st I like to thank Dr. Shajitha mam in ICU who explained all the details about the condition of the patient and treatment plan. Previous hospital were money minded they treat patients only if we pay the amount. But in Royal care hospital they did not pressurise us to pay the amout in advance they gave some time to pay the amout they did not stop the ongoing treatment. Specially the ICU securities Ms Vimala and Ms Sumathi coordinated very well.. All the ICU doctors updated the patient condition on day to day basis. Even if I ask them to explain us once again they explain to us in a understanding way. I came to Royal care hospital by putting my all trust and hope with Dr. Pattabhiraman sir. I thank him his fr provinding the best treatment and saving my husband from a critical condition. Masha Allaha.

Dear Sir, experience very good. Fast work and prompt attendance by sister and doctor. Consultation fees also reasonable. Only parking charges of Rs.20/- for just one hour of hospital time, seems to be a lot considering we travel around 20km to and fro from home. It hurts. Overall a very loving and caring experience. There are many exits including fire exit, ‘EXIT’ is displayed with arrow mark but when we reach the gate is locked. It gives confusion. It is poor admin, Security personnel are corrupt.

I had visited royal care for my spouse out patient consultation. I got a pathetic reply from the lab responsible about the report. The report costed in 1000s and it will be ready only after a week. But they will not call and intimate if the report is ready or not. The reply is how can we call and respond everyone?? But they get the money from everyone, do the billing etc etc... Why this can't be done??? Such a poor customer experience even though we pay for our treatment. With such experience, I could never recommend royal care to anyone. Doctors are good, but cost wise it is not worth the experience you will feel.

ICU Doctors did an excellent job. Nurses took care of the patient extremely well. Very clean environment. I have been here multiple times. Doctors identified the problems systematically and addressed the issues. Overall everyone strives to make improvements continuously.

The patient care is poor. It is better to avoid this hospital. The radiology department will not even care to follow the standard practice of referring the old report to compare the disease progression or cure to give a fresh report, which is a basic thing. Without I am surprised how doctors plan course of treatment.

My brother was admitted in RCH ICU. The nurses were very polite in answering the queries especially Ms. Dharshini and Ms gomathi. Dr. Senthilnathan and Dr. P Nandakumar 's explanation about the patient condition was very clear and encouraging. Dr. Ragu Raja prakash did the surgery and took almost care of the patient and gave positive feedback which made us fearless. Overall the ICU and hospital treatment was excellent. Moreover the hospitality by the security personnel sumathi akka and vimala akka was very good. ICU manager Mr. Dhanabal gave a good suggestion about billing details. Thanks to the team
