Estoy teniendo un problema con la Doctored resulta que estuve internado dos veces en el Sanatorio Colegiales, una vez (1semana) por un infarto y la segunda vez (1semana) por un dolor precordial, se determinó por Unidad Coronaria y los cirujanos que me iban a operar el 03/11/22 ... empezó a dar vueltas la obra social Doctored y me terminaron derivando a un equipo de cirugía (Hemoglobal) que operan en distintos lugares como la clínica de los bancarios, clínicas de camioneros, el Santollani, una clínica de Morón...en fin... pero ocurre que lo mío es una operación urgente (remplazo de la válvula aórtica y coronarias) y éste nuevo médico que me derivaron yo pensé que era un auditoría pero no es para ponerme en manos de quién no me conoce y no sabe nada de mí, por eso me pide una serie de estudios nuevos, que éso no es lo peor...lo peor es que no sé dónde va a ser la operación y el médico tampoco porque éso lo define la Obra Social (cuando lo defina) y quedo a los tiempos de espera del lugar que me asignen (cuando lo asignen) y de la demora que halla en cirugía Cardiovascular, cuando lo mío es de carácter de urgencia y el 03/11iba a ser intervenido solo restaban la autorización y la entrega del set de Válvulas Biológicas...cosa que nunca sucedió...hoy las órdenes que me envió el doctor de Hemoglobal tampoco me las autorizaron porque dicen que falta todos los estudios que ellos ya poseen y resumen de la historia clínica que también ellos tienen y me están boludiando mal....

Mi Obra Social lo tiene contratado para hacer seguimiento de casos Covid El 31/12/2021 a las 18 hs les informé que había dado positivo, que estaba en aislamiento en mi casa. Nunca se comunicaron para hacer ningún seguimiento, ni un teléfono o email para contactarme si tenía alguna duda o preguntarme como estaba Busquen otra cosa, estos no van a estar cuando los necesites

Muy mala experiencia! La auditoria medica pretende ocupar el lugar de tu medico de confianza, negándote los estudios que tu medico te esta pidiendo. y cuando llamas para ver cual es el problema.. te maltratan! Muy mal atendido . Ellos gerencian varias obras sociales y lo que intentan hacer es ahorrar por eso ponen trabas para los pedidos de los medicos.

Son maravillosos! Las chicas de Auditoría Médica son excelentes, tienen un trato ejemplar! Atienden los teléfonos enseguida y en segundos averiguan lo que les pedís, con amabilidad . Siempre resolvieron mis problemas y me autorizaron estudios, tratamientos y medicamentos rapidísimo. Realmente estoy muy agradecida y me siento muy acompañada por Uds.
