It
is
open
for
booking
24/7
with
near
perfect
location
however,
the
service
both
at
11.30pm
(checkin)
and
8.10am
(checkout)
was
cold
and
inconsiderate
so
if
you
are
aiming
to
checkin
around
these
times,
expect
to
deal
with
your
own
problems.
If
it's
rained
within
12
hours,
chose
a
different
place
as
a
room
here
requires
trekking
through
wet
and
mushy
grass
for
about
3
mins.
Imagine
carrying
all
your
bags
by
yourself
in
the
dark,
slipping
and
sliding
while
the
receptionist
(the
only
employee
there)
very
clearly
did
not
want
to
offer
any
help
even
to
open
the
door
for
us.
She
would
have
rather
left
us
to
fiddle
with
the
keys
in
the
dark
trying
to
hold
all
our
bags
up
and
away
from
the
wet
ground
if
we
didn't
kick
up
a
fuss.
Our
shoes
were
soaked
with
no
facilities
to
even
attempt
to
dry
them.
There's
no
mat
outside
the
room
and
the
tiled
floors
were
so
cold
that
we
were
forced
to
track
mud
in
to
keep
our
shoes
on.
There
was
loadshedding
2
hours
before
we
were
scheduled
to
checkout
-
there
is
a
generator
but
for
whatever
reason,
it
was
not
functioning
so
we
had
to
get
on
the
road
with
flat
phones
and
cold
showers
during
winter.
The
employees
at
reception
brushed
off
our
complaint.
they
give
500mb
or
750mb
capped
WiFi
vouchers
(given
at
reception
only
after
I
asked,
one
voucher
per
person
per
night)
so
don't
expect
an
uncapped
connection.
In
conclusion,
cold
service
(literally
and
figuratively)
and
very
inconvenient
for
their
target
demographic
(people
travelling
down
the
N1)
